A peine 5 jours apres l'oragan berryl, l'hotel avait de l'électricité, de l'eau chaude, donc air conditionné. Le dejeuner continental compris etait parfait a mon gout, suffisant. La piscine a été qqs jours non fonctionnel pour finaliser le traitement de l'eau. Je le recommande fortement

Room was in poor condition. Curtains were very shabby. No hot water was available to shower.

We had a rough 1st week. Checked in on Jan30th. Perhaps still some issues post Hurricane Melissa. Our Block 2 had power issues for 2 days. I sleep with a CPAP and so does my sister and power in our block only, went out at 12:30 at night. An electrician came the next day and fixed the problem but a couple of hours later power was lost again. By this time the resort was running on a generator so every one else had power but our block did not. Thankfully the electrician was called back and had the issue fixed before bedtime. The second week went much better. Generator no longer needed. Also there was a Lady Boss who came the second week, who assessed work needed and we could see work being done around the property.

No hot water. No towels. Power outage. Restaurant service was horrible. We have stayed here several times and this will probably be our last. We understand that there was a recent hurricane, but that has nothing to do with these issues.
