Great hotel, very clean and thought hr food was great for all inclusive. We did fancy club which gave us access to a fab area with sunbeds overlooking the sea and a private bar - all very nice. Beach ia pretty and nice but public so lots of kids. You get a sunbed for free if you are in the hotel which makes it nicer. Sunbeds by pools go quickly so have to be up early which is a pain but that’s every hotel nowadays. Fine dining restaurants were lovely and not too bad to book and we had a massage in the spa which was good value and nice. Great to walk to little parade of shops/restaurants at night -2 mins away) and marina lovely and only 10-15 mins walk. On the whole lovely hotel, clean, great food, (sushi night was fab and Daniel the chef makes amazing sushi) and had a great time.

Stayed here for a week. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and happy to help, and the many dining options in the hotel were delicious. The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus. Please note that some of the restaurants were not open every day, and it would have been helpful to get access to the app used for making dinner reservations, before we arrived at the hotel. Otherwise an extremely enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Dejligt hotel. God mad og meget at vælge imellem. Ærgeligt at stranden er offentlig da der så kommer familie med mindre børn ( støj) vi havde jo netop valgt hotellet for ro. Der er lydt på gange og værelser. Flere aftener støj fra stranden om natten. Støjer meget i spise område når tjenere tager af bordene. Kunne anbefale solsejl i fitness området. God underholdning af god kvalitet. Anbefaler Upgrades til My favorit Club. Med skøn morgenmads restaurant. Stille område med lille pool og skøn udsigt.

시설은 낡고 오래되긴 했지만 전반적으로 괜찮은 경험이었습니다. 체크인할때 팔찌를 채워주는데 제일 끝방을 배정받았는데 팔찌에 문제가 있어 다시 프론트 데스크에 왔다 가야 했습니다. 비치 타월 사용을 위해서는 개당 10유로의 보증금을 현금으로 내야 하고, 계속 새것으로 교체할 수 있습니다. 최종 반납시 보증금은 돌려받을 수 있습니다. 하프 보드로 이용했는데 앱으로 레스토랑을 예약하라고 안내받았는데 성수기가 아니라 그런지 원래 그런건지 모르겠지만 체크인 하고 바로 예약 시도했음에도 불구하고 예약 없이 갈 수 있는 메인 부페를 제외하고 전체 숙박 기간 중 예약 가능한 레스토랑이 한군데뿐이었습니다. 저녁 부페 음식 상태는 별로고 음료를 항상 추가했어야 했습니다. 해변은 꽤 멀리까지 나가도 수심이 아주 깊지 않고 모래 상태가 좋아서 안전하게 놀 수 있고 수영장도 매우 관리가 잘돼서 물놀이 하기는 좋습니다. 밤 11시쯤까지 각종 행사를 하는데 방음은 거의 되지 않습니다.

Schöne Anlage, kein Warten an Bars oder im Restaurant, nettes Personal. Essen generell gut, aber vor allem für Vegetarier wenig Abwechslung. Liegen werden reserviert, ab 9 Uhr am Hauptpool kaum möglich, eine Liege zu bekommen- das ist etwas schade.

This stay was below average. The rooms were very basic and if you don’t select sea-view, you face dumpsters. The shower and sink was all saltwater and the AC didn’t work well at all which caused the floors to be damp all the time. The spa steam room and sauna were not working. Our poolside restaurant food order was wrong and drinks were disappointing and overpriced. The only bright spot of this hotel/resort was the excellent breakfast buffet and the beautiful cove that you can walk and swim along.

Sehr schöne Lage an einer super ruhigen Bucht. Das Bad war leider nicht so sauber wie man es sich wünschen würde (der Boden sehr dreckig) und das Bett bestand aus zwei einzelnen super wackeligen lauten Betten die alles andere als bequem waren. Die Cocktails wären nicht so lecker dafür war das Essen immer ziemlich abwechslungsreich und frisch mit einer sehr großen Auswahl.

Staff is nice, area is good. Breakfast is good and entertainmemt was great. The only issue was the room and building. We stayed in the secondary building, the one without the restaurant, and it was quite dated and unkept. For example stains on the hallways and yellowing in the bathroom tub. Felt more like a budget motel than a resort. Also the smell if the dumpsters which seem to surrond both buildings was quite unpleasant. Unsure, however, if this is the fault of the hotel or city but either way it was very smelly.

Heel fijn en net hotel! Mooie, schone kamers. Heerlijk eten, goed gevarieerd. Veel gezonde opties! Lekkere koffie. Aan een mooie baai, waar je kan wandelen over de rotsen en een prachtig uitzicht hebt. Waar het 's ochtends lekker rustig en je echt kunt genieten van de omgeving. Medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk en helpen je graag.

Very beautiful area but the hotel didn't quite meet our expectations. Rooms and rest of hotel are in need of some TLC and a revamp. Our room, despite being a superior double with frontal seaview, felt very bog standard and couldn't see the sea very well. Definitely not worth the extra £. The floors were dirty (a damp white floor towel showed this) and parts were falling off in the bathroom. Not too mention mould all around the shower and water damage in the ceilings. The AC smelt funny (like it needs a clean) and didn't work very well either but just enough to be able to sleep. Bed was very comfortable. The outside main pool was nice but also needs some love. EG. Pool lights weren't attached and just floating. One encounter was particularly unpleasant where my partner and I put our pool things on one of the paid-for sun beds which were met with a lady (called Natalia I believe) saying we can't sit there we have to go to the bar to reserve and pay in a very rude manor and it wasn't clearly signed at all (I'm used to most paid sunbeds where they come to you) we said ok, she came back less than 2 mins later and told us we still haven't paid. When I went to the bar and have my room number and that was all that was needed. Not great customer service and left a slightly sour taste. Apart from that experience, the staff were lovely! The 'My Favourite Club' was worth the extra with the slightly better breakfast and secluded area with free soft drinks and fruit.

Bon séjour, petit déjeuner avec une vue magnifique sur la crique . Nous avions une suite my favorite pendant 3 nuits très agréable mais la musique du bar lounge se trouvant juste en dessous jusqu’à tard et remis à 8h le matin et le personnels du ménage qui commence très tôt, il est impossible de faire une nuit correcte de plus de 4h de sommeil .

I had such an amazing stay here! The room was super nice and clean and the view from our balcony was AMAZING! Breakfast and dinner was included in our room which made it super convenient and there were multiple bars and restaurants on the property. The beach is also right there so you don’t even need to go anywhere to enjoy a nice day! I will definitely be staying here again!

Definitiv kein 4-Sterne Hotel, eher 3-Sterne. Was wirklich gut war, war das Essen, zumindest das Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Essen an der Poolbar war mittelmäßig. Zimmer sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, Fliesen im Pool kaputt, Liegen am Strand kostenpflichtig. Würde das Hotel kein zweites Mal buchen. Da unser Flug storniert wurde, sind wir noch eine Nacht in Palma in einem ebenfalls mit 4 -Sternen bewerteten Hotel untergekommen. Zwischen diesen beiden Hotels lagen Welten…

Overall a very positive experience. Highly recommend a seaview room with large terrace. Most staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good vibe and evening entertainment. Difficult to find availability for specialty restaurants despite 4 nights stay at the resort (and some staff were snobby). Lovely small, sandy beach at the resort.

Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das Zimmer hat keine Lüftung im Bad, daher ist hier alles verrostet und dampfig. Unser Waschbecken war verstopft. Die Bucht hat zwar wenige (ca. 2 x 6) Liegen, diese kosten aber 30€ pro Tag! Die Liegen am Pool sind schon am Morgen alle belegt. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig. Vegane Optionen gibt es so gut wie gar nicht. Die Umgebung ist unfassbar laut. Das Hotel engagiert abends Live Auftritte, sodass bis 23 Uhr in wahnsinniger Lautstärke Musik läuft.Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin und auch der Lärm von der Straße war schrecklich.

Review: AluaSoul Mallorca Adults Only – Cala d’Or We had the most incredible time celebrating my dad’s 60th birthday at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They added thoughtful touches for my dad’s big day, which made it truly memorable. A huge thank you to the chefs who took such great care of the coeliacs in our family — it gave us real peace of mind and meant everyone could relax and enjoy the food. The buffet was excellent for an all-inclusive, with so much variety and delicious flavours. Special shout-outs to Miriam (Guest Services Manager), Maru (Deputy Manager), and all the bartenders, waitresses, and entertainment staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and friendliness made all the difference. We chose the Favourite Club option and really enjoyed the extra touches it offered. The views from the hotel over Cala Egos are just perfect — such a beautiful setting. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for a relaxing adults-only getaway with amazing service, great food, and stunning views, this is the place!

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 **Overhyped and Disappointing Stay** Very disappointing stay. The hotel is seriously overrated — service was poor, staff seemed uninterested, and the food and facilities were nothing special. For the money and the hype, we expected much more and left feeling let down. On top of that, the basics weren’t even right. At one point we couldn’t get into our own room because the door was broken, and the shower head wasn’t even attached to the ceiling. Both issues were handled slowly and with little urgency, which only added to the frustration. To make it worse, even on half board you don’t get water with your meal — and they even charge you for ice. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The *only* saving grace was our housemaid for room **2232**, who was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond every day and genuinely made things feel better when everything else about the hotel fell flat. If it weren’t for her, this review would have been 1-star. Sadly, the rest of the experience just wasn’t worth it.

Poor and slow check in First room given was tired and the bathroom handle was eroded. Fridge didn’t work and neither did the phone. Felt like we were in the dungeon as we were on floor zero. I asked for another room I was shown two facing the road. Which is not what we booked. By now hours had elapsed and we were only there for 3 nights. I then asked to speak to manager and he was extremely rude and shouting at me. He actually told me to go away and speak to my travel agent. I then was on the phone to the Hyatt Regency group when I was approached by the Deputy manager, who listened to our experience and eventually gave us a room on the 5th floor. This met our expectations. Terra restaurant if you’re HB or AI The hot food isn’t hot. It’s cold. When I said it was cold I was shown to a microwave. Overall it’s pretty bland. I would say breakfast is the best but hot food is still cold. Also one waitress in particular is clearing plates even when you’re putting the last bit of food in your mouth. As much as I don’t like dirty places sitting for too long. It’s inappropriate to remove someone’s plate and hover around waiting for you to finish so she can take the plate. It’s a buffet so some people may want to go back up for more food. No explanation as to what’s included as per all inclusive. Massage was terrible. We complained and didn’t pay. Not a sports massage. We went to the fine dining restaurant called Nubium. It was 5 courses served and rushed within an hour.

Et super lækkert hotel med en tilhørende smuk privat strand. Vi havde et standard dobbelt værelse med havudsigt og det var lækkert. Poolområdet var lækkert, men der var kamp om solstolene. Vi var skuffende over beliggenheden, da der ikke er noget by i nærheden af hotellet - kun et mindre område der er MEGET turistet med dårlige restauranter og butikker. Morgenmaden var god, men den inkluderede aftensmaden utrolig dårlig. Den italienske restaurant der er på hotellet var dog god. Hver aften var der underholdning med live musik, show og dans. Det var ikke hvad vi havde forventet på et voksen hotel..

Good location right on the beach Cala egos, main pool was packed every day and could never find spare bed at 8am from people ‘reserving them’ but there’s more seating in the other smaller older pool which is actually closer to the beach. One critique was food was quite mundane and didn’t offer much variety day to day. Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday

Great to walk to little parade of shops/restaurants at night -2 mins away) and marina lovely and only 10-15 mins walk. On the whole lovely hotel, clean, great food, (sushi night was fab and Daniel the chef makes amazing sushi) and had a great time.

Review: AluaSoul Mallorca Adults Only – Cala d’Or We had the most incredible time celebrating my dad’s 60th birthday at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They added thoughtful touches for my dad’s big day, which made it truly memorable. A huge thank you to the chefs who took such great care of the coeliacs in our family — it gave us real peace of mind and meant everyone could relax and enjoy the food. The buffet was excellent for an all-inclusive, with so much variety and delicious flavours. Special shout-outs to Miriam (Guest Services Manager), Maru (Deputy Manager), and all the bartenders, waitresses, and entertainment staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and friendliness made all the difference. We chose the Favourite Club option and really enjoyed the extra touches it offered. The views from the hotel over Cala Egos are just perfect — such a beautiful setting. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for a relaxing adults-only getaway with amazing service, great food, and stunning views, this is the place!

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 **Overhyped and Disappointing Stay** Very disappointing stay. The hotel is seriously overrated — service was poor, staff seemed uninterested, and the food and facilities were nothing special. For the money and the hype, we expected much more and left feeling let down. On top of that, the basics weren’t even right. At one point we couldn’t get into our own room because the door was broken, and the shower head wasn’t even attached to the ceiling. Both issues were handled slowly and with little urgency, which only added to the frustration. To make it worse, even on half board you don’t get water with your meal — and they even charge you for ice. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The *only* saving grace was our housemaid for room **2232**, who was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond every day and genuinely made things feel better when everything else about the hotel fell flat. If it weren’t for her, this review would have been 1-star. Sadly, the rest of the experience just wasn’t worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the AluaSoul. We did half board. The buffet options for breakfast and dinner were good. We ended up venturing out for lunch and there are good options nearby. The only thing which was a little disappointing was our experience the onsite restaurant Marea, we had our one "A la Carte"dinner in there and the food was very average, would not recommend. Outside of that dining experience the hotel was great.

The hotel is amazing, perfect for a break away to do nothing and relax. The buffet has a great selection. The staff are attentive and constantly clearing up. The Mediterranean restaurant is okay, the Italian wasn’t very good at all. All inclusive is the way forward for value for money. Would definitely stay at another of the resorts elsewhere. Some bits need a bit of TLC like silicone around shower tray and a few missing tiles in the pool, but nothing to cut yourself on or dangerous. The views into the cove beach are stunning!

This stay was below average. The rooms were very basic and if you don’t select sea-view, you face dumpsters. The shower and sink was all saltwater and the AC didn’t work well at all which caused the floors to be damp all the time. The spa steam room and sauna were not working. Our poolside restaurant food order was wrong and drinks were disappointing and overpriced. The only bright spot of this hotel/resort was the excellent breakfast buffet and the beautiful cove that you can walk and swim along.
