They use the excuse to say the hotel is under renovation that is why the elevator is not working! They put us in the 4th flor with no hesitation! We had to carrier our bags using the stairs all they way till the 4th floor! Our key cards stop working so you can imagine! This not only affect the guests also affect the employees I see how hard they work carrying all hotel material to work in those high levels. Also the deposit fee is not listed in none of the third party websites! They send you a message about it after you book! OWNERS MUST INVEST IN THE ELEVATOR.

The elevator waa broken we had to carry all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The front desk refused to give any additional towels when requested. Until I asked if he would walk them.up. je declined. I had to say i wasnt leavi g the area without the towels. The front desk refused to charge my card and my room for much needed water for the job ahead.

The reservation person did NOT disclose that the elevators were out of service and gave us, two elderly people, a room on the FOURTH floor. While the desk clerk did assist us in carrying some of our bags, we still had to climb those stairs with the remaining bags. In addition, the wifi did not work. The clerk had a service person call us and after an hour on the phone after 11pm, it was deemed not fixable. The next shift clerk was VERY VERY rude to us when we called, as requested by the wifi serviceman, to have the hotel set up a service call. The clerk hung up on us. It was a very upsetting stay and we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the worst Hotel experiences I've ever had! I checked in and given my room and then told the elevators didn't work. So after carrying all my luggage and everything else up flights of stairs the room was completely dark with no working T.V., No Hot water, very poor internet service and a bed that was hard as the floor. Then I find out there was NO HEAT . I froze all night long with the flimsy sheet the give you as a blanket!! Pathetic!!! For an " upper scale " Hotel they should be ashamed to give people these rooms in these conditions!! I will be writing several bad reviews about this Hotel on all my social media and other apps to warm people to STAY AWAY!!!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was generally clean. The elevator was broken and we had to climb 21 stairs to get to our rooms on the 2nd floor. They told us about this after we made our reservation. Two light bulbs were burned out in the room.

Power outage the 2nd night. 15 hours. Lost all of my food in cooler and mini fridge. It was horrible Went home after Milton was over in Saint Petersburg. This hotel had No generators. No Ice. Went home with nothing. Want a refund for 1 night. But every time I call , their phone hangs up on me. You would think they could answer the phone. I want money back for those 15 hours. Should have told us there was No generators. That's why people stay in hotels, to have power and Be safe. Linda Lamotte and Kevin Chagnon. Thanks

Stay Away from This Hotel – Unacceptable Conditions! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and feel compelled to warn others. The room I was given was in an appalling state: the bedding was dirty and damp, the room itself was far from clean, and worst of all, I found cockroaches in the room. The lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene standards is shocking, raising serious concerns about the overall condition of the hotel. If my room was this bad, I can’t imagine what’s happening in other areas of the property. This hotel is not worth a single penny. I’ve already filed an official claim with photo and video evidence of the conditions, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere!

We have requested a refund because the room was dirty. Cockroaches behind the toilet and in the stairwell. Bowl of cereal (not ours) in the microwave. Dirty carpet. Comforter was a thin as a sheet. We left immediately and found another hotel. We have not heard from hotels.com about our request for a refund even though we were told we would hear back in 24 hours

BED BUGS! Our room had beg bugs that bit my family and caused sores that became infected for which we had to seek medical treatment including antibiotics and procedures to treat the infections. The staff transferred us to another room and when we asked for a refund they have been giving us the run around saying a manager has to do but the manager is always unavailable. Contacted Expedia for assistance and so far they have not been willing to provide a refund either. Do not stay at this hotel that had bed bugs when we were there and thinks that it is ok to give you the run around after when you are asking for compensation.

We stayed maybe 5 minutes in the room.. I pulled down the bedding and the place was infested with bed bugs. Not just one or two bed bugs but literally thousands of bed bugs were in the mattress cover. We had to leave immediately.My family and I slept in the rental car in a Walmart parking lot.. vacation was ruined!!! This place should be burned down. Then to top it off they charge a 300 dollar incendental fee that is a gold for 5 days after checkout, what!!! Most hotels charge 20 dollars, The clerk at the counter was rude when I checked in and worse when i told him about the bed bugs. This was hands down the worst experience of my entire life…

It was clean but very dated. Bathroom had no vanity or shelf. Carpet was stained. Our key had to de reprogammed every day of our stay. The staff, although ok, never apologized, joked or acknowledged that this was an ongoing issue. Microwaved breakfast was not pleasing to even look at. No pastry bagels, muffins. It was not pricy, good location but we will not stay there again. Needs updating!

We had a king suite. The room was very small. In fact, on one side of the bed, there was maybe 12 inches in between the bed and the ac unit. Only 2 very shallow drawers for clothes. You have to stand beside the toilet in order to close the door to the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were small feather like pillows, not great. Very thin walls, we could hear everything going on in the hallways and even the next room at times. The staff was very friendly so that was a definite plus. Probably would not stay at this hotel again.

Good location, however, hotel needs a significant revamp. The AC in the room was extremely noisy and rattled. The shower was continuously dripping and could not be stopped. There was an iron but no ironing board. We had a pull out couch with no sheets or pillows. Mini fridge was okay but could use a defrost. Microwave in room. Good space in room but needed a deep clean. Under furniture was very dirty and you could see food, trash, etc. breakfast was good each day. Hotel staff was very nice and attentive when you needed something.

Hotel was clean, but had an old hotel odor. People were nice, but anyone could come and go through the front door all hours of the night. Walls are too thin! We lost much sleep being able to hear noises and music from the next room. We will not return!

We rented a room with the jetted tub and the jets didn't work. The weekend was supposed to be a romantic get away for us and it was disappointing. We went and spoke with front desk and he offered no help and wasn't even apologetic that we spent money expecting what we paid for. We own 3 businesses and I would have never expected a customer to be out money due to our oversight. I get it that it happens but it certainly wasn't our fault. So be Leary when you go to rent the jetted tub room and only a few are left and you are arriving late evening.

The air-conditioning was very noisy and could not be turned off. We had to spend a night in this room and could not sleep because of the noise and the freezing temperatures. No technician was to be found. It was a nightmare.

They put what they call a “hold” of a 200$ deposit which is actually a deduction you will not see back (after you already pay 130$ non refundable room). The attitude from the from desk when ask about this deposit was ridiculous. Wouldn’t even listen to my question before interrupting me. Hotel room are dirty and reek of cigarette smoke. Stains all throughout carpets. Mold in bathrooms. Be careful wasting your money on this 300 $ hotel room.

The trip purpose was to visit and care for a family member in the hospital. The hotel provided a safe and convenient location at a reasonable price. All desk staff were incredibly helpful as I extended the stay again and again to adjust. Hira and the others were great! The breakfast was intentionally designed with healthy options, including a fresh omelette. I would stay here again.

The hotel messed up our reservation and then we had to make up our own bed! And the sheets we were given were extremely thin and didn't actually fit the bed. Due to a flight delay, we arrived very late in the evening and the front desk was of no help. However, with Expedia's help everything was straightened out the next day.

I stayed for 1 night as I had to work in the area in the morning. I would suggest not having a first floor room as it was very noisy inside the hotel as well as my window faced the bust street. If staying here I'de suggest staying on a higher floor and as close to the back of hotel as possible to not hear the street traffic. Room was clean, shower hot, front desk very friendly.

Our stay was good, we had no complaints. When we arrived we were told that they were having Hot water issues and had automatically upgraded us to a suite which was appreciated. We rented 2 rooms and 1 room had hot water ours did not but we were able to shower without it being hot and being a bit lukewarm. It was a very clean room and convenient to shopping and eating places. Breakfast was good. We will return there.

For the price it was good but a few changes would make it much better. No curtain to block morning sun, ac leaking puddle into room, breakfast was pitiful no eggs, no sauagae just biscuit and crappy imitation chicken patty. Had cream cheese but nothing to put it on. Old fruit and not much else, barely "buffet Breakfast" Bed spread smeelled of bad body oder, so they dont wash between guests.

The breakfast was very poor. Bacon was so burned it was unrecognizable, gravy watered down with no taste. Milk tasted like it was powered milk. Hotel is in poor location, no dining within walking distance.

Check in was great. Fresh cookies nice touch. . Couldn’t get the temp to budge off 73. French toast I could not cut with my knife or teeth. Rock hard. Tossed it. Ate bananas with coffee. Was good. Free parking always good. No snacks, food, wine or beer to purchase, bring your own everything.

No Smart TV, and when watching TV there wasn't an actual guide and you had to switch through the channels until you found one you liked. Breakfast was okay. The hashbrowns were overcooked and the eggs were mediocre. It was often hard to find someone at the desk if we needed something. Once we waited for 5-10 minutes, they were friendly. The room was a typical hotel room, nothing fancy. The hallway smelled of weed almost the entire weekend. If you aren't expecting much and need a place to crash, this will be the place.
