Wasnt happy that there were only 2 ice machine that worked and had to walk to the top floor at other side of were i was staying to get ice .They all should be working. The pool area was dirty and chairs were broken you need more lounging chairs .

Room was spotless and well appointed. The morning breakfastroom was very nice and offered many selections. But the very best part were the amenities. Wonderful swimming pool, hot tub and sauna! They had large fluffy towels and a nice little locker room and clean showers!

Checked in at 1/19/25 the staff up front was very rude and short/seemed like she just did not want to be there. The room itself was not the best or worst but felt more like a motel. The sauna took forever to heat up (though can blame this on being the first ones to use it) but what really got me was it must be attached to someone’s office. There was another door on the other side of the sauna with a black tarp on the other side…and could hear people talking/laughing which ruined the usually calming experience. Also the gym was dirty and equipment outdated and not safe. All in all would probably not stay here again was excited to stay but was definitely let down at this property.

Check in was easy and the staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, there are a few options to choose from. They don't clean the room on a multi day stay so you have to ask for extra towels which we did. The pool itself could have been cleaned more. There were a lot of leaves in the outside and inside part of the pool.

Our 1st time in ellicottville we enjoyed our visit. We were disappointed the room on the comforter had huge stain on it potentially blood. The bathtub was gross needed a good scrub. The rooms could use upating. The door to the balcony didnt lock. The pool was lovely but could use someone taking out the leaves. We tried to take some out while we were there. The property if self is beautiful imagine in the winter it would be busy. The walk to town isnt bad and such a cute town.

Rooms are adequate. They definitely need some updating. Room was cold. No matter if I turned the thermostat up all the way, the vent still blew out coldish air. Very close to the lift. That’s all we wanted. Ski in-ski out. We would stay again.

The rooms are poorly maintained and our dates. Wifi didn’t work, phone didn’t work, ceiling was peeling and cracked. Hot tub was warm, not hot. It was circulating cold water out of the jets. Not worth the cost we paid at all.

We got to hotel at 3:30pm for a 4pm check-in time and was told our rooms were not ready yet. We were not able to check-in to our room until 6pm. We had to sit in the lobby and wait for two hours with a two year old. When we went to the pool, there were no clean towels. We call front desk to let them know we were stuck in pool without any clean towels. It took an hour for more clean towels to arrive. Hotel is convenient being close to ski resort but other than that it is lack luster and over priced and under staffed.

Staff was wonderful and welcoming! They had our room ready early. Clean room. It’s about a mile from downtown shopping and restaurants. We found it to be an easy walk in summer. Would like to stay in winter to enjoy the close proximity to skiing.

I was disappointed with the ultimate, overall stay at Inn at Holiday Valley. Day one started with a very poor working A/C unit in a very dated, unimpressive room. We weren\'t there to stay in the room all day, obviously, so we went about our daily adventures. We went down to the pool area which was also very dated, with lounge chair cushions that could have used being replaced, many moons ago. When I went into the ladies room/changing area, there was zero toilet paper in the stall with a rolled up, used womans hygiene product laying on top of the dispenser. Then, that evening, we realized that the ceiling had leaked water all over one of our suitcases, and looked like the drop ceiling was literally, ready to drop to the floor due to water. I called the front desk at 12:15 am to report the leak, and the nice girl found us another room to evacuate to, which meant gathering all our belongings and dragging them down from the second story to the first floor (there are no elevators at this facility). I reported to the front desk to talk to the building manager and was told "she\'s in a meeting and because the booking is through Expedia, you\'ll need to contact expedia for any of your concerns." I requested that the building manager please call me when she was done with her meeting to discuss. Never heard from anyone at Inn at Holiday Valley, and they kept Expedia on hold for an exponential amount of time when expedia attempted to contact the facility, so hear I wait.....

Wonderful place the only trouble was our check in , they didn’t have our reservation. We needed to call Hotel com to get help! It did work out fine but was a bit complicated . The room was great and the atmosphere was great !

The location is perfect and you just walk out the walkway to the Sunrise Chair. The room was a bit tired, but clean and lots of room and an outdoor ski locker.

Large, old motel in great condition, lobby and room were clean. Lobby staff were helpful and professional. But - there is no food to be had in the motel. Motel staff said the hotel was full - but no food served. All nearby restaurants were bars. The Pour House was clean but apart from beer the food was ok, but your options are limited to lettuce salad, wings and burgers. One mile away in Ellicotville is Katy's Cafe. Edna's, at hotel nearby, also had few options. Bring food if you visit this area. We were passing through and needed a spot for the night.

We stayed 2 nights in a ski in/ski out room with 2 queen beds. We were in building 2, which was convenient location to walk to the Lodge where a complimentary great breakfast is available from 7-10am. Karen was friendly and efficient and never leaves the free Starbucks coffee empty. Kudo’s to her for starting at 5am for us. Now, on to the room and property. Awesome. Clean from the Lodge to the room to all bathrooms l used to the property itself. Impressed. The bed was comfy and there were 4 big, fluffy pillows on each bed and 2 more in the closet. Big WIN for me .. I love pillows. Next score was not one but two blankets in the closet. One a light down (my fave) and one a little lighter. Check in was smooth (Thank you Gabrielle). Oh, we got Peanut Butter Pie from Edna’s Restaurant next door. It was the BEST. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor heated pool around 9pm one night, but preferred the outdoor hot tub. The whole stay was great and we can’t wait to go back. (One note… our room did not have a microwave but there is one to use in the Lodge so it wasn’t a big deal for us)

Great weekend at The Inn At Holiday Valley. Great facilities and pool. My wife loved the Oasis Spa. Only small complaint was the limited amount of protein at breakfast. No eggs, no sausage, and very little yogurt.

We had a great stay. The room and the property in general is pretty outdated but is good enough for a quick weekend getaway. The property is connected to the ski slopes so would be perfect for a ski weekend. The breakfast is very limited. The service was good. The TV is not smart, so would recommend that you bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream something. The WiFi is decent.

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. There was a nice variety of food in the breakfast buffet that was included in the room price. The plastic bags provided for wet bathing suits was a very nice touch!
