My first visit here for one night. I thought the room decor was very nicely appointed, and the room was very comfortable. There was some noisy groups in different parts of the hotel but I honestly didn't hear anything once in my room. I couldn't get my TV to work - it was stuck on someone's log-in page - but I was too tired to bother with it. Parking was an issue, though - there isn't assigned numbers per room so the lot seemed to be totally full. I was lucky to find a spot at the far corner next to the road which made for long trips back and forth between the room & my car when I had a bad foot to contend with. The only staff members I met were cleaning staff on the morning I was checking out, and they were all very pleasant.

Clean, spacious updated room. Kitchen area was a plus and separate bedroom area so those who wanted to stay up longer or wake up earlier could easily do so while others slept. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub too.

Good experience overall, convenient location, comfortable room and bed, helpful staff. Insufficient hot water for the shower was a bit of a let down. Hot tub rules and scheduling need to be better communicated to guests.

The room was clean, roomy and renovated but I felt it dark. Could use another lamp to see better while using the counter top. There were no place to hang the towels in the bathroom and the one hand towel we had was actually a bath mat. While sitting in the hot tub respectfully with 10 people (5 of which were kids) we were told and threatened by the staff telling us there were too many people in the hot tub and some of us needed to leave. If we didn't comply they would take our damage deposit and call the police.

The room was big and comfortable. The bathtub was a surprisingly nice size. The walls are not sound proof at all. It was very loud at night. The hot tub is also very small. Not a bad experience at all for a one night stay.

I found the room to be clean, but the property was not. There were lots of cobwebs near the fireplace in the lobby (noticeable when I went to grab tea/coffee). Most if not all windows on the upper floor hallway were opened and there were cockroaches on the window ledges which made me feel uneasy. Also the walls are extremely thin, you will hear your neighbour sneeze, cough, snore… ear plugs are provided for this reason I guess. Overall it was ok for a one-night stay.

Room was renovated and bedding was clean. Washroom was immaculate. Overall property can use upgrading and cleaning, like the hallways and staircase area. Other than that it was a good stay and I would come back.

Probably the hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. Quick, easy, friendly check in. The room was spacious and clean, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The soaps were natural and locally made from Rocky Mountain Soap Co and were a very nice addition. Would definitely stay here again if we come through Revelstoke.

We did not use the hot tub. The parking was convenient. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance. The tvs did not work well in either room. There was a choice of programming on one but no volume and we could not get any programming on the other. We would ask for written instructions and independence from our google accounts please for tv use.

The hotel room is absolutely spectacular, was not expecting two separate rooms with 1 queen size bed in each with a 65inch TV in both. The shower is absolutely stunning and the beds are so comfy.

The AC was broken but we were provided with a fan. Would have liked to have been informed of this without having to call the front desk ourselves but overall for one night it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Service was great, room was amazingly clean Staff were friendly. Check in was tremendously invasive though and left a bad taste in my mouth, having to send my driver's license to a third party to gain access to a room that I had prepaid for is really, really annoying.

Had problems with getting tv to work. Went to front desk twice he could not help. Asked for someone to come look at tv. No one could look until 10 am nex t morning. Ask for manager to give me a call no one ever followed up. Poor customer service!

Was disappointed in this property after reading reviews. The rooms are dark and damp. It is like they renovated but cut corners. We didn’t like that the outside doors are open all day into the evening. Some people might appreciate checking in/out online but it felt strange not talking to someone to check in.

3 minutes drive to downtown. Easy virtual checkin. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is near the railroad so expect to hear trains running throughout the day and night, unless you use ear plugs which are provided by the hotel. Room is very clean.

Off the highway - Canadian Pacific freight train barely audible in the room - I heard one train when I first arrived. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, super clean and nicely appointed. Carpet showed absolutely no wear or tear - great place - staff courteous.

The hotel had some beautiful views of the mountains and it was clean and nice it was a bit noisy for The neighbors rooms but not bad. The only sad thing was there's no breakfast or even good coffee available just those pod things hahaha. Television had a good choice of channels as well. The staff were nice and helpful. So they could improve by just having a breakfast even if it's just a continental breakfast with coffee and juice and snacks or donuts. And also they were a little overpriced although we got a really good deal. I definitely stay here again and I recommend it.

Hotel has recently been modernized and renovated. Comfortable room but no breakfast available, although had a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Great pub and restaurant next door and supermarket about 1km up main street.

The room was beautiful and the beds and linens were top grade. Even the pull out sofa bed was incredibly comfortable. Only three minor issues: 1) The restaurant next door is ridiculously expensive. 2) The parking lot is 5 feet away from the thin windows, so you hear anybody talking as the walk by, and any cars starting. 3) The bedroom backs on to sine very close and very busy train tracks. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me much, but my son didn't sleep well and not realizing it was trains, complained in the morning "why the heck would they be allowed to do construction all night long!?!
