Vor meinem Besuch, wollte ich telefonisch wissen, wie ich denn mit dem Auto durch die Schranke auf den Parkplatz komme. Alles wurde mir gut erklärt. Somit wusste ich schon vorher, dass ich mein Auto bei Ankunft kurz abstellen muss, um an der Rezeption eine Chipkarte zum Einfahren abzuholen. Alles verlief unkompliziert. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war entsprechend dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Gute Adresse für einen günstigen Stopp in unmittelbarer Citynähe.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Die Erklärung zum Parkplatz, den ich vorher reserviert habe, lief bestens. Das Auto stand direkt vor unserem Fenster im Hinterhof. Also keine langen Wege für Koffer tragen. Die Gebühren für 24h parken sind für die Innenstadt Leipzig sehr günstig. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und sauber. Zum Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen, da wir im nahe gelegenen Bahnhof genügend Frühstückmöglichkeiten vorfanden. Für einen kurzen Stadt-Trip fanden wir alles perfekt.

Vi fikk veldig mye igjen for pengene :) Stort og fint rom. Lite, men fint bad. Smart-tv med mulighet for casting fra mobil. Kort vei til både sentrum og jernbanestasjon er også et stort pluss. Frokosten er også god ift prisen. Felleskjøkkenet var stengt under oppholdet vårt, men det hadde ingen betydning for oss. Det eneste negative var drikkeautomaten i foajeen, som kun hadde bruksanvisning på tysk. Tok lang tid før vi skjønte at man ikke kunne bruk visa-kort på hverken magnetstripe- eller chipleseren, men at man måtte laste ned og registrere seg på en app. Fikk aldri appen til å kommunisere korrekt med automaten, så vi måtte ut for å handle.

Als wir die Unterkunft über Expedia gebucht hatten, war uns nicht bewusst,dass es sich um ein Hostel handelt. Das war so nicht ersichtlich. Das Personal war nett. Check in hat gefühlt ewig gedauert. Fast Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Musste mich an der Rezeption melden. Es waren einige vor mir. Ungünstige Situation wenn der Partner mit weinerlichen Kleinkind im Auto lange warten muss. Parkplatz wurde mit gebucht. Erst mit der dritten neuen Hotelkarte hat das Einfahren geklappt bzw. ließ sich die Schranke öffnen. In anderen Zimmern wurde vermutlich geraucht. Jedenfalls zog nachts durch den Lüftungsschacht im Bad und die Schlitze in der Badezimmertür Zigarettengeruch in unsere Unterkunft. Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da wir bereits morgens weitergefahren sind und keins dazu gebucht hatten.

Ist halt ein gutes Hotel für den schmalen Geldbeutel, ist alles soweit ok, was man eben für das Geld erwarten kann. Wenn man das weiß und berücksichtigt, fühlt man sich wohl. Lage ist suboptimal, direkt an einer Hauptstraße am Hauptbahnhof, gegenüber eines Fernbusterminals. Die alten Holzfenster tun ihr übriges, ebenso die Heizung die trotz Nullstellung nicht wirklich aufhöhrte zu heizen. Und so hatte ich die Qual der Wahl zwischen laut und zu warm. Hatte mich dann für warm entschieden. Für Leute die Parken müssen, ist dies relativ teuer, das Hotel selbst verfügt nur über wenige Plätze, gegenüber im Parkhaus kosten 24 Stunden 15 Euro. Aber alles in allem für kleines Geld ein gutes Hotel.

First room was dirty. As a matter of practice they do not make the bunk beds between stays. A slight issue if traveling with 3 year old twins. Parking is extremely limited but there is an parking lot accross the street. No where to unload bags however.

Im großen und ganzen auch mit Blick auf den Preis in Ordnung. Es könnte sauberer sein, die Größe der Bäder ist schwierig, im Sommer wird es sehr heiß im Zimmer. Für ein oder zwei Nächte geht es.

Det var billigt. Morgenmaden var okay, men begrænset. Værelset var gammelt, og vi skulle selv rede børnenes senge, hvilket ikke var optimalt, da vi ankom sent med en lille, der allerede sov. Atmosfæren var meget ungdommelig og lagt op til fest, men der boede mange børnefamilier. Vinduet virkede utæt og man kunne høre alt fra gaden. Væggen var beskidt, der var endda et tydeligt håndaftryk. Sengene var ikke særligt komfortable, og gardinet var ikke optimalt, så der kom meget lys ind. Værelset lugtede også lidt indelukket.. Men ja, det var billigt.

It was a swift decision to stay overnight,so not much options,served few hours to sleep and move onwards as very close to the railway station, otherwise can't say much as the price is quite steep for the facilities in the room , toilet cleanliness need to be addressed

It's a cheap hostel and it should be taken into consideration while booking. The building itself is quite old but the refurbishment was done on the cheap. The overall cleanness is poor. The room was very hot and no fan or air-conditioning ( you can rent a fan at the reception). The bathroom is microscopic. There was construction work going on literally outside our room. It's also a noisy street with cars and trams going into late at night.

The actual room is smaller than the pictures of the hotels.com. clean & tidy: average. We know no house keeping, buy no change the clean bin and floor matt every day. Very noisy, our room is facing the main road as we requested to have a quiet room. Breakfast: average. Distance: 10 mins walk to the central station.

Außer im Hochsommer kommen wir gerne wieder. Keine Klimaanlage und der Baustellenlärm beim Lüften das fanden wir nicht gut. Das Frühstück war top und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Preis/ Leistung is ok... angenehmer erster Eindruck im Foyer, nette Mitarbeiter... ausreichendes Buffetangebot zum Frühstück... was nicht so ganz vorteilhaft war, ist die etwas beengte Dusche, wäre ebenerdig ohne Waschbecken vielleicht günstiger...

Typisches A&O-Hotel. Sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Zimmer klein und dieses unpraktische Metallkonstrukt am Fußteil des Bettes. Personal war sehr freundlich bei Check In und Out.

A lot of really drunk people at the hotel. The bed wasnt made. And there was no AC or even a fan. And it was so much trafic noise so it was impossible to open the window to cool down.

Typisches A&O-Hotel: recht schlicht, dafür günstig und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist sehr gut. Der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt können zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Außer im Hochsommer kommen wir gerne wieder. Keine Klimaanlage und der Baustellenlärm beim Lüften das fanden wir nicht gut. Das Frühstück war top und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Worst staff i’ve ever encountered in my life! Rude, lazy and utterly terrible people in the reseption. I booked two twin rooms through Hotels.com where half of the price was covered by a bonus night i ha recieved from the bonus program. I asked for at least one of the rooms be handycap friendly as my dad was in a wheelchair. Upon arival we were met by the longest face in history telling us the parking was full (it wasnt) and had no idea where to park. Thanx. Then they had. only registered one room even though my reseipt from Hotels.com clearly state that two rooms were orderen AND PAID for! I spent the next two hours arguing with them whilst on the phone with various Hotels.com people trying to help. All this whilst my dad sat in his wheelchair trying to understand why they didnt want to give us the rooms we’d paid for. At the end when we finaly, after two hours of heckling got our rooms they had the audacity to ask for city tax!! When i snarled back at them telling we were excempt from that tax due to my dads situation the complete mollusk of an incompetent «person» behind the desk threatened to call the police!!! NEVER AGAIN SHALL SET FOOT IN THIS HORRIBLE VOID!!!

Als wir die Unterkunft über Expedia gebucht hatten, war uns nicht bewusst,dass es sich um ein Hostel handelt. Das war so nicht ersichtlich. Das Personal war nett. Check in hat gefühlt ewig gedauert. Fast Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Musste mich an der Rezeption melden. Es waren einige vor mir. Ungünstige Situation wenn der Partner mit weinerlichen Kleinkind im Auto lange warten muss. Parkplatz wurde mit gebucht. Erst mit der dritten neuen Hotelkarte hat das Einfahren geklappt bzw. ließ sich die Schranke öffnen. In anderen Zimmern wurde vermutlich geraucht. Jedenfalls zog nachts durch den Lüftungsschacht im Bad und die Schlitze in der Badezimmertür Zigarettengeruch in unsere Unterkunft. Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da wir bereits morgens weitergefahren sind und keins dazu gebucht hatten.

First room was dirty. As a matter of practice they do not make the bunk beds between stays. A slight issue if traveling with 3 year old twins. Parking is extremely limited but there is an parking lot accross the street. No where to unload bags however.

Ist halt ein gutes Hotel für den schmalen Geldbeutel, ist alles soweit ok, was man eben für das Geld erwarten kann. Wenn man das weiß und berücksichtigt, fühlt man sich wohl. Lage ist suboptimal, direkt an einer Hauptstraße am Hauptbahnhof, gegenüber eines Fernbusterminals. Die alten Holzfenster tun ihr übriges, ebenso die Heizung die trotz Nullstellung nicht wirklich aufhöhrte zu heizen. Und so hatte ich die Qual der Wahl zwischen laut und zu warm. Hatte mich dann für warm entschieden. Für Leute die Parken müssen, ist dies relativ teuer, das Hotel selbst verfügt nur über wenige Plätze, gegenüber im Parkhaus kosten 24 Stunden 15 Euro. Aber alles in allem für kleines Geld ein gutes Hotel.

The room was very hot and no fan or air-conditioning ( you can rent a fan at the reception). The bathroom is microscopic. There was construction work going on literally outside our room. It's also a noisy street with cars and trams going into late at night.

Vor meinem Besuch, wollte ich telefonisch wissen, wie ich denn mit dem Auto durch die Schranke auf den Parkplatz komme. Alles wurde mir gut erklärt. Somit wusste ich schon vorher, dass ich mein Auto bei Ankunft kurz abstellen muss, um an der Rezeption eine Chipkarte zum Einfahren abzuholen. Alles verlief unkompliziert. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war entsprechend dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Gute Adresse für einen günstigen Stopp in unmittelbarer Citynähe.

The actual room is smaller than the pictures of the hotels.com. clean & tidy: average. We know no house keeping, buy no change the clean bin and floor matt every day. Very noisy, our room is facing the main road as we requested to have a quiet room. Breakfast: average. Distance: 10 mins walk to the central station.

Leider waren wir nicht zufrieden, ja auf ein Hostel waren wir eingestellt, aber die Sauberkeit, das wenige Obst zum Frühstück, der Lärm und auch die defekten Dinge wurden nicht abgestellt. Ich hatte den Eindruck das das Personal auch nicht so recht Lust hatte auf die Gäste und ihre Arbeit. Kann sein das es viel zu tun gibt aber in der Tourismusbranche zählt auch die Freundlichkeit, die macht viele wett.....
