The location really is in the middle of nowhere, and the experience felt disappointing. Unless you pay extra for a certain “level” of membership, you’re restricted from accessing the rooftop, restaurant, and other areas. Staff seemed uncomfortable pointing this out, which made the whole experience feel awkward. Instead of feeling like a guest, I felt like a second-class citizen at what is, in reality, barely a four-star hotel.

The staff was nice, but unfortunately there were several problems with the room. The shower head was broken and sprayed water upward and sideways getting water everywhere and had to be replaced. This prevented the shower from being used in any reasonable way for 2 days. The privacy curtain on the glass between the bathroom and bedroom literally fell off and so we needed to call staff to fix that. There was a massive yellow stain on the carpet that was covered (I assume intentionally) by the coffee table at the end of the bed and the door to the room sweaked everytime it was moved even slightly like a horror movie. Lastly, the hallways on the floor were all metal and looked like a storage facility. There was no offer of any compensation either for these issues and the customer/guest should not have to ask.

I don’t like stay there hotel was awesome but staff is not good they didn’t inform anything properly to us what is included or not in room we had one fridge but we not informed that we can use it or not or it’s not complementary why they charge for room than if in room What we have we can’t use …. When I do reservation they show online that all tax included but when we reach there they hotel charge 48euro more …. All together we are not happy with there communication and cleaning… we call in morning for cleaning room they send someone in evening… stained bedsheet but we didn’t say anything… overall they charge unnecessary charge to us

They do not clean Rooms unless you call reception. Do not leave enough clean towels or toilet paper. And at night they cut the water supply. So, we have no water to shower at night. Will not return.

This by far the worst stay ever. Hotel rooms and hallways were super dirty and out dated. We stayed for 3 nights and for the price we payed I would not consider this hotel a 4 start. Maybe a 2 start. Again needs a lot of improvement, light, and cleaning to charge what they are charging per night.

Our room was not prepared to received the 3 of us. Sheets, blanket, and pillows were missing for the sofa bed, took 3 phone calls and 2 trips of hotel staff to get some of these, after 1:00am pillows never came and we gave up. Next day morning we discovered towels were incomplete for the 3 of us. Next night, a water leak at 2:00am from the bathroom ceiling kept us awake late allowing hotel staff to repair this Next morning we requested an iron and iron board, we were asked looking in the suite closets, after not finding these we were supplied with the requested items, but later hotel staff knocked at our door asking to get room access to verify iron and board were truly missing. Hotel couldn’t wait for this verification during the cleaning service later that day (not trust) During checkout I asked for the Manager, but was told he was not available, but later same day I would receive a call. Didn’t received.

Beautiful rooms and an incredible view. The front desk staff was so helpful and accommodating. Very walkable to beach, shopping and so many dining options. Had a drink at rooftop lounge - amazing setting and view. Love the pool lounge area but wished it was open longer, they closed too early

Very nice hotel, we were up on The Level, which we didn't realise when booking entitled you to their VIP lounges where they offer complimentary refreshments. Very nice to have such a nice welcome on arrival. Lovely large family room luxury towel's and extra's in the room. Great location opposite tram and taxi rank to get out and about around Barcelona.

They took our bags to hold until check in time. They didn't call me to let me know when the room would be ready. We arrived back at the hotel at 7 pm. The room was ready but they couldn't locate our bags. We had to go into the room where they kept the bags to locate them.

This hotel and the "Level" staff were amazing. Antonino (Conceirge) was just the most amazing!!! He was there for us whenever needed and would do anything for his clientele. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and lots of choices. The hotel was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

I was visiting Barcelona on a solo trip, the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I had asked for early check in by email and they kindly allowed me to check in early and even upgraded my room. Room was lovely. Big thank you to the lady who checked me in. Hotel is also very close to metro (10 mins walk) so it is really easy to get around. Plenty of restaurants nearby too.

Hôtel magnifique, deux chambres réservées et chance d’être côte à côte en bout de couloir au 20eme donc au calme. Demi pension très bien pour trois jours. Petit déjeuner au dernier étage non disponible pour clients non silver ou gold 🙁 Piscine petite mais suffisante, du point de vue de nos enfants cela faisait trop sélect , préférable d’y aller tôt le matin. Métro a 7 mns à pied, plage bogatel a 17mn. Seul bémol, durant la première nuit nous avons été réveillés par d’autres clients avec clefs affectées à nos chambres…. Mais malgré ça vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, très bel hôtel, personnel top 👍

Lovely hotel, room upgrade. Good transport links, a decent walk to the main sites, but doable. 5-10min walk to beach. Nice restaurants around, out of the hustle of the city and lots of locals live close by, so more reasonable price for food and drink

The property was clean and the staff were very kind, polite and extremely helpful. They gave great directions to maneuvering around Barcelona on the Metro and where to locate the hop on hop off bus. They offer a breakfast option which is good. They had a lot of variety for the pickiest eater. That being me. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone. There was even a celebrity siting on the premises.

Nous avons pris cet hotel pour le semi marathon, nois avons pu benificier d'un panier pic nique afin davoir de quoi a 6h du matin. Je pense malgré tout que ce genre d'établissement doivent mettre en place a la demande un petit dejeuner complet sachant quon le paie et non un malheureux pic nique et pas tres bon non plus.
