The property is modern and beautiful with the main pool overlooking Cala Esmeralda offering a spectacular view (but limited seating). The Spa, Sauna/Hammam area is first class and highly recommended. Buffet Breakfast and dinner were good with options of multiple snack restaurants in between. Service was friendly and efficient. Overall we highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Its just a shame that its hard to catch a sunbed by the sea pool because some guests still feel entitled to occupy these with their towels. I d also prefer it if the pools weren't closed at 6pm but later. Hotel, Rooms, Hotel grounds, Restaurant and pools are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were quite surprised after reading the reviews after our stay at the hotel. This is not a luxury hotel. This is a charter hotel, with buffet-style breakfast and dinner, and a so-called “beach club” where guests start lining up 45 minutes before opening just to secure a sunbed. That said, for a charter hotel, it’s what you’d expect: there’s a pool, a gym, a beach restaurant, access to a (very crowded) beach, and generally okay food. But if you’re expecting a luxury resort experience, this place will likely disappoint. The service is not what you’d expect from a luxury resort. The restaurant staff seem poorly trained — they often don’t clear tables properly and always left used plates or napkins behind. The shower in our room was not cleaned thoroughly, with black residue visible in all corners. New beach towels are only available every other day, which feels insufficient for a beachside hotel. In summary, it may be suitable for those seeking a standard charter experience — but if you’re looking for a genuine luxury stay, this isn’t the place.

Spotlessly clean, modern, stylish hotel. Loved that there were three pools. It wasn’t too difficult to find a sunbed. The breakfast was a bit chaotic but not much could be done about that - it’s a popular hotel so bound to be busy. We didn’t try the dinner so cannot comment on this. Staff were lovely.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cala Esmeralda Beach Hotel. The hotel itself is very well kept in excellent, clean condition as well as the surrounding areas such as the 2 on site swimming pools or the terrace and its swimming pool across the road on the beach. The staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The food was also very well catered for and substantial portions (there were also healthy options available). I did not use the gym or spa but did have a look around and the facilities also looked amazing. The rooms are quite small, however they are well renovated and cleaned daily and we had the sea view which was beautiful. The area itself is about 1 hour driving from Palma however its got lots to offer with various shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only (minor) things that I can say is: that on 2 mornings both coffee machines were not working, which is almost inexcusable and could have been avoided by proactive cleaning of the milk pipes and would have been much worse if there were more guests.

Beautiful setting, lovely touch with the welcome drink upon arrival. 3 outdoor pools that all offer their own unique option. Spa and indoor pool are top quality. Dinner options can sometimes be sparse but thats more preference than the actual options available.

The location and spa were excellent. The whole beach situation is annoying to deal with if you’re wanting a relaxing vacation. The beach itself is extremely crowded (the property doesn’t have loungers on the beach) and the pool that overlooks the ocean gets packed with everyone from the hotel lining up at 9 am for the 10 am opening time. The breakfast and dinner were about 6/10, we ate there often but the times we went to other restaurants we were shocked by how good the food was in comparison. The rooms were clean however our towels were only changed once despite being there for a 6 night stay. You also can’t get pool towels exchanged whenever you want, you have to wait until Monday Wednesday Friday to do so. They let us use the spa facilities after check out and arranged for a taxi to airport. It was our honeymoon and we weren’t offered anything special throughout the stay.

An incredible 10 day stay at this wonderful modern hotel + great location with friendly professional staff in every area! Pretty faultless from the second we arrived - quick friendly informative check in, spacious room, spotlessly clean & comfortable. All of the communal areas were so beautifully designed with space, light, comfort, super stylish! The pool areas again spacious so never felt there were too many people around at any given time - plenty of beds, umbrellas, out door chairs + sofas in the sun & shade all so very calming & chilled throughout! Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly, helpful, professional & welcoming. Breakfast was included & amazing they had everything you could think of on offer hot + cold delicious & the dining area is gorgeous! Most nights, even though we hadn't booked half board, we ended up eating in the hotel because again dinner options were incredible, varied, delicious & at 33euros per person it was impressive! Location wise it was perfect too - hotel over looks a stunning bay, we always found free parking right out front on the road no problem, we could walk 10 minutes into the pretty buzzing small town full of bars/restaurants/cafes, we could walk 5 minutes further to a fabulous harbour with more eateries & lovely views - it couldn't have better all round so highly recommend & would go again in a heart beat as the island is stunning too!

I went on my honeymoon and the resort was amazing. Great food with variety, walking distance from the shops, and easy access to beaches. The staff cleaned the rooms extremely well and welcome us with a complimentary bottle of champagne.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, es verfügt über 3 Außenpools und einer Wellnessarea. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern und verfügte über eine Minibar und einen Wasserkocher. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal außerordentlich freundlich. Ich war wirklich schon in sehr vielen Hotels und das war eines der Besten. Auf sehr hohem Niveau hätte ich nur anzumerken, dass beim Essen immer angegeben sein sollte ob vegetarisch oder nicht. Das Essen war immer beschriftet aber nicht immer war das Veggie Symbol abgebildet. Und, aber das betrifft einige Hotels auf Mallorca wieso gibt es keine Badtüre? Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, es verfügt über 3 Außenpools und einer Wellnessarea. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern und verfügte über eine Minibar und einen Wasserkocher. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal außerordentlich freundlich. Ich war wirklich schon in sehr vielen Hotels und das war eines der Besten. Auf sehr hohem Niveau hätte ich nur anzumerken, dass beim Essen immer angegeben sein sollte ob vegetarisch oder nicht. Das Essen war immer beschriftet aber nicht immer war das Veggie Symbol abgebildet. Und, aber das betrifft einige Hotels auf Mallorca wieso gibt es keine Badtüre? An incredible 10 day stay at this wonderful modern hotel + great location with friendly professional staff in every area! Pretty faultless from the second we arrived - quick friendly informative check in, spacious room, spotlessly clean & comfortable. All of the communal areas were so beautifully designed with space, light, comfort, super stylish! The pool areas again spacious so never felt there were too many people around at any given time - plenty of beds, umbrellas, out door chairs + sofas in the sun & shade all so very calming & chilled throughout! Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly, helpful, professional & welcoming. Breakfast was included & amazing they had everything you could think of on offer hot + cold delicious & the dining area is gorgeous! Most nights, even though we hadn't booked half board, we ended up eating in the hotel because again dinner options were incredible, varied, delicious & at 33euros per person it was impressive! Location wise it was perfect too - hotel over looks a stunning bay, we always found free parking right out front on the road no problem, we could walk 10 minutes into the pretty buzzing small town full of bars/restaurants/cafes, we could walk 5 minutes further to a fabulous harbour with more eateries & lovely views - it couldn't have better all round so highly recommend & would go again in a heart beat as the island is stunning too!

Great location near the beach (there is a road between the hotel and beach). Great place to jump in the water near the pool. Breakfast was good, dinner for half board was okay. If I were to go back, I would do breakfast only. Rooms were spacious but outdated. We paid extra for a sea view room, wouldn’t do that again either.

Dear Director of the Inturotel Group, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the experience my partner and I had during our recent stay at your hotel in Mallorca. We booked a junior suite with a swim-up private pool, expecting this feature to enhance our experience. Unfortunately, when we attempted to use the pool, we found it to be freezing cold and completely unusable. This was extremely disheartening, especially given that none of the outdoor pools at the hotel were heated, rendering them equally unusable during our stay. At no point during the booking process were we informed that the pools were unheated. This lack of transparency significantly affected our ability to enjoy what we had hoped would be a key element of our stay. We feel that we were misled about the room’s amenities, as we had every expectation that the pool would be comfortable and functional. We initially raised our concerns with the hotel manager, hoping for a reasonable solution. However, we were extremely disappointed with the response we received. The refusal to offer any form of part refund for a clear shortfall in the quality of our stay only added to our frustrations. We are deeply upset by how this situation has been handled. If this is still unresolved then we will be left with no other option but to put through a credit chargeback claim via the bank.

Really loved this property. Pools , grounds and spa are all very phenomenal. Food was just ok. Could definitely find something to eat but it just was not high quality. It would be nice if they offered a breakfast only option instead of half board, breakfast was significantly better than dinner. Rooms were not that sound proof, if you are a light sleeper plan for that.

When we went to the breakfast spot they had not knowledge nor capacity to prepare a takeaway breakfast. They gave a plastic bag to us and we had to fend for ourselves and grab a baguette and cheese. Room chiller/refrigerator did not work. Asked from desk to service and they never came to repair during the remainder of our stay.

The room and staff were wonderful, the breakfast buffet was varied and quite up to standards. The one sad thing is that there was not enough drawers (see not at all) to store clothes. Otherwise would recommend opening the pools at 9 and not 10, but great relaxing experience.

The property is modern and beautiful with the main pool overlooking Cala Esmeralda offering a spectacular view (but limited seating). The Spa, Sauna/Hammam area is first class and highly recommended. Buffet Breakfast and dinner were good with options of multiple snack restaurants in between. Service was friendly and efficient. Overall we highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Hotel itself was in a lovely location, great access to the beach and perfect for shorts walks into the town centre. The beach is stunning, and the views are to die for. Really lovely decor, and clean throughout. The staff however really let the property down. From the minute we arrived the staff were rude and abrupt. Barely any of the staff greeted us in the mornings or evenings, even when walking past the front desk. We paid a lot of money to stay in a nice hotel, and feel we did not receive the level of care and attention we deserved. We felt isolated and judged.

My daughter and I had a 4day stay and had a wonderful time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We both have gluten sensitivities and the buffet had many options and the dining staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We had a couple of treatments in the spa which was also wonderful. The beach was also very nice. We will definitely be back!

Although the stay was good, I feel like the staff and property could’ve offered more for the price they charged us. We had to take our bags to the room, no help whatsoever and not even a welcome drink. I also dined at the the buffet one night and it was hard to get someone to get us a bottle of water.

Cala Esmerelda was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pools were nice and the room was large with a balcony. There was not a ton of parking that was dedicated to the hotel but street parking was very easy and close by. It was nice that breakfast/ dinner were included in our stay but we were underwhelmed by the options available. Breakfast was OK, dinner was very bad. It was hard to find options that were suitable at dinner and one night the chicken was fully raw. Despite this, we still tried to eat there a few times (unfortunately wasting a lot of the food we attempted to eat) and we would still come back to this hotel given that we could find food elsewhere we preferred and enjoyed the other aspects of the hotel. The hotel is very close to a beach but it gets very crowded/ loud/ dirty and there are many other, better beaches that you can drive to. The ocean view from the balcony was a bonus.
Cala Esmerelda was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pools were nice and the room was large with a balcony. There was not a ton of parking that was dedicated to the hotel but street parking was very easy and close by. It was nice that breakfast/ dinner were included in our stay but we were underwhelmed by the options available. Breakfast was OK, dinner was very bad. The hotel is very close to a beach but it gets very crowded/ loud/ dirty and there are many other, better beaches that you can drive to. The ocean view from the balcony was a bonus.

An incredible 10 day stay at this wonderful modern hotel + great location with friendly professional staff in every area! Pretty faultless from the second we arrived - quick friendly informative check in, spacious room, spotlessly clean & comfortable. All of the communal areas were so beautifully designed with space, light, comfort, super stylish! The pool areas again spacious so never felt there were too many people around at any given time - plenty of beds, umbrellas, out door chairs + sofas in the sun & shade all so very calming & chilled throughout! Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly, helpful, professional & welcoming. Breakfast was included & amazing they had everything you could think of on offer hot + cold delicious & the dining area is gorgeous! Most nights, even though we hadn't booked half board, we ended up eating in the hotel because again dinner options were incredible, varied, delicious & at 33euros per person it was impressive! Location wise it was perfect too - hotel over looks a stunning bay, we always found free parking right out front on the road no problem, we could walk 10 minutes into the pretty buzzing small town full of bars/restaurants/cafes, we could walk 5 minutes further to a fabulous harbour with more eateries & lovely views - it couldn't have better all round so highly recommend & would go again in a heart beat as the island is stunning too!

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and pretty. The rooms are a nice size and bed was very comfortable. The pool and bar area and beautiful. The restaurant is very nice. Service overall very good. Asked for a few things one we never received the other took a long time. The one downside is the food. The breakfast was good. The dinner was horrible. The food was tasteless and not good quality. They need to stop the included dinner buffet and put in a nice restaurant. I would rather pay for my dinner than have an all inclusive bad meal in a beautiful hotel. PLEASE WORK ON THE FOOD

Lovely for a relaxing stay! We liked the different pool areas and the spa. The food is decent but got repetitive after a few days so eat out at nearby restaurants.

Really loved this property. Pools , grounds and spa are all very phenomenal. Food was just ok. Could definitely find something to eat but it just was not high quality. It would be nice if they offered a breakfast only option instead of half board, breakfast was significantly better than dinner. Rooms were not that sound proof, if you are a light sleeper plan for that.

Been to this complex many times first time on Adults only part. Rooms, service etc for excellent. Facilities really good. Half board breakfast good choice and well cooked. Evening meal could do with a bit more variation. Wish they did a bed and breakfast option as we do like to eat out

L'hotel era in una posizione comodissima, proprio sopra la caletta. Unica nota negativa è il cibo la sera, poco cibo autentico e molto cibo per tedeschi; inoltre anche se mezza pensione le bevande sono a parte. Sconsiglio la cena in hotel, piuttosto spostatevi al centro di cala d'or per altri ristoranti

The hotel is a little sterile and if it was not for the beach club I would rate it two stars. The pools are a little soulless and the staff are not particularly helpful, particularly at breakfast - lots of attitude! The breakfast is one of its weak points due to the coffee machines (they take an eternity to make a coffee and create a lot of angst with guests), the fresh fruit regularly runs out and the jars containing be cereals are so inaccessible that it is like playing a game of operation!

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few steps from Cala Esmeralda. We stayed in a room with a pool view, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very good, especially the shower and walk-in shower area. However, the towels could be better—they felt somewhat low quality for the standard of the hotel. The hotel has two pools, and both are excellent. The indoor and main hotel pool areas were very good and never felt like a problem. The only negative point was the beach club pool, which was consistently very crowded during the days we stayed. The beach club opens at 10:00 a.m. The gym is very well equipped and open 24 hours, which is a great feature. The hotel’s decoration and overall design are excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. The spa and sauna area is also wonderful and adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with excellent facilities, great design, a very good breakfast, and spacious rooms. Amazing stay! Went for a week to celebrate honeymoon and the team had a nice letter and bottle of champagne for us. Clean rooms and cleaned daily. Prime location for Cala D’or beach and downtown area. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Breakfast and dinner services were great. pools were very clean and service for poolside drinks was excellent. thank you for making our stay memorable
