End of terrace, corner, house over looking the communal pool (shared with 3 other houses). It is stylishly furnished and well equipped. The beach of Tamariu, with its choice of small shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets is approx. 800m. There is a parking space in Tamariu village included in the rental price. There is also parking in the front garden of the property and additional street parking if needed.The villa is "upside down" so the sleeping accommodation is on the upper level and the living area is the lower level.There is a private garden on the lower level with several different areas to enjoy the sun (or shade) as well as a fabulous chill out area. There is access to the communal pool from the private garden. The garden offers plenty of sun and shade during most of the day.
