Check in time was supposed to be 2pm and we could not check in until 5:30 pm Simply because they had no rooms cleaned available. Rooms stinks, carpets full of stains everywhere. Hotel staff can hardly speak any English with makes it very inconvenient. Horrible experience. Do not recommend

Given the price and brand, we felt so disappointed about the hotel room. Hotel is dated and hotel room is in a strange shape, not square, rectangle or diamond. The room was cut in a shape whenever there’s a bit of a corner. The TV is placed alongside with the bed. So you’d have to turn your head to the right all the time to watch TV. I would not choose to come back.

All the staff in this hotel are extremely helpful and polite. I was in the elevator greeted by some staff of the hotel. They went above and beyond, greeted me and offered to help me with the luggage from the elevator to the lobby. You truly feel welcomed by the staff and the culture of this hotel.

Tbh, pretty disappointed compared to the same stars hotels in SZ, overall, it gives me the impression that the hotel is trying every bit to cut cost.. The front office staff are just less trained, we were never greeted or even given directions to the hotel’s lift after check in, or never asked about our stay when we checked out (for sure, I would have named a few things) And I don’t expect a 4-5 star hotel had to wait until pretty much everything at the area “gone” before refilling, and this was 10am at breakfast. There were just so many disappointments. And I don’t believe the room we were given to have a 45m sq ft. While the location is perfect. I do not recommend this hotel, you can get much better value elsewhere.

beautiful hotel conveniently located besides Shenzhen Futian High Speed Rail station for easy access to Hong Kong (West Kowloon HSR station. HSR train journey is only 20mins). Also less Coco Park Mall with lots of great restaurants and shopping is only 7mins walk away. Shopping Park Subway station is also very nearby. Cant find a better location
