Located next to OCT MTR station . Quite area . Room and bathroom are spacious . Bed comfortable. Nice towels. Breakfast buffet is ok. Walking distance not many options due to freeways intersections.

Honestly, the east wing was three stars max, rather than 4 as listed, even Holiday Inn would have been a better option. The property was quite outdated — furnishings, fixtures, and overall condition all showed significant wear. One of the biggest issues was the temperature. The room was uncomfortably cold, and the air conditioning system did not provide heating at all. This made the stay quite unpleasant, especially at night. When I reached out to the staff for assistance, they were unfortunately unable to offer any effective solution. The plus side is that the place is very conveniently located near a subway station. But I can think of a lot more downsides to go with that, like the terrible soundproofing and tight spacing of the room. Given the condition of the facilities and the lack of proper climate control, I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend the place to others unless being really out of options.

Room was spotless. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Good price, clean room, friendly staffs.

Everything was excellent. Metro just in front of the hotel.
