The apartment is beautifully located, overlooking the marine promenade and beach and has all the basic essentials for self-catering, with a number of restaurants and a large supermarket within easy walking distance; we loved Don Arroz! The owner was very helpful up to and during our stay, responding quickly to any queries we had. Overall, a lovely holiday.

We stayed one week in this apartment. The property is everything and more than the listing description. It is very roomy. The beds are comfortable, the linens/towels nice quality. Kitchen appliances and serve/cook ware very adequate including a large refrigerator and small dishwasher. Also, a newer washing machine and drying rack. Great for longer stays.The location is wonderful - right on the beach with only the boardwalk between you and the sea. As the apartment is on the 2nd floor, you are high enough for great views plus noise reduction during the day.You literally hear the gentle sound of the sea all the time - very relaxing.Surrounded by many restaurants and a flat boardwalk; larger grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Shopping cart in apartment.

Amazing view right on beach. Hmmmm only advice I could give them, might be to provide soap, shampoo…and perhaps a beach umbrella…they had 2 beach chairs and some treats at apt….was appreciated, also a bit of coffee beans etc…would be helpful for first day.

1. Reihe direkt am Strand. Blick auf Promenade, Strand und Meer vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bester Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wohnung top ausgestattet. 3 Miniminuspunke: Leider keine deutschen Fernsehsender, in der Küche keine Schneidebretter (haben wir aber gekauft und dort gelassen) und es gibt keine Eierbecher ( für Spanier aber wohl normal) Dafür findet man Dinge die nicht immer zur Ausstattung gehören, wie 2 Sonnenschirme, Sandspiezeug, Strandspiele, Kerzen, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, ausreichend Geschirr, und und und….Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Hätte mir eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen gewünscht...aber evt. Kochen andere Mieter ja nicht! Alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage die sich hervorragend nach Bedarf regulieren ließ. Absolutes HIGHLIGHT für meinen Enkel der tolle Spielplatz in der Nähe, direkt an der Promenade. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war im Vorfeld der Reise bereits hervorragend und prompt. Wir haben schöne Tage in Torrox verbracht und wie unsere Vormieter schon schrieben, der Balkon mit Aus blick aufs Meer ist wunderbar und die Lage zum Strand und Mercadona super. Raul war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wäre ggfs jederzeit erreichbar gewesen. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, sogar mit Sparschäler und Salatschleuder!Ich bin körperlich eingeschränkt und deshalb war das Bad/Dusche etwas eng, trotzdem wollen wir gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle Lage, Strandblick und grundsätzlich alles reibungslos. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten stören den Gesamteindruck: Duschschlauch im Gäste WC defekt, Kühlschranktür irgendwie geklebt und keine Kaffeemaschine... Sonst gut.

Nos hemos alojado toda la familia en este estupendo piso frente al mar donde lo que más destacaría sin dudarlo es su magnífica ubicación, aunque justo debajo haya restaurantes, no hemos escuchado nada, zona muy tranquila y familiar. Apartamento totalmente equipado, muy cómodo y limpio. AA en salón, y 2 habitaciones. A 1 min. de la playa andando, solo hay que cruzar el paseo marítimo. Típica playa de Málaga, con algunas piedras en la orilla y que enseguida cubre. Supermercados, restaurantes, churrería, farmacia... muy cerca. Sin duda volveremos. Muy amable el trato recibido por parte de la dueña,

El apartamento es fantástico. Tiene vistas a la playa y al paseo marítimo. Muy limpio y con excelente accesibilidad. Además está cerca de todos los servicios de Torrox Costa (supermercado, restaurantes...). Raúl, el propietario, ha sido muy amable y generoso, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. Repetiremos seguro.

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a generous entryway for shoes and unpacking. Restaurants galore directly below and all along the paseo and side streets. One block from the Monday market, few blocks to supermarket and banks. Restaurants directly below do not offer music so nice and quiet, but close enough if you do want live music offerings of a variety of genre. Communications with Elena easy and informative and - any problems or concerns are dealt with promptly, Elena is very accommodating and flexible Check in was a breeze - knowledge of Spanish helpful but not necessary. Very good value for the price...

Las vistas que tiene el apartamento son increíbles y únicas como si estuvieras durmiendo en la arena, en cuestión de facilidades y ubicación esta excelente con cafeterías, bares y heladerías muy cerca, ademas justo encima del paseo marítimo. Para dormir con las olas del mar de fondo es una pasada. En general ha sido una experiencia fantástica, con súper buena temperatura en el apartamento en todo momento, ubicación espléndida, apartamento muy completo y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
Las vistas que tiene el apartamento son increíbles y únicas como si estuvieras durmiendo en la arena, en cuestión de facilidades y ubicación esta excelente con cafeterías, bares y heladerías muy cerca, ademas justo encima del paseo marítimo. Para dormir con las olas del mar de fondo es una pasada. En general ha sido una experiencia fantástica, con súper buena temperatura en el apartamento en todo momento, ubicación espléndida, apartamento muy completo y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Wir haben schöne Tage in Torrox verbracht und wie unsere Vormieter schon schrieben, der Balkon mit Aus blick aufs Meer ist wunderbar und die Lage zum Strand und Mercadona super. The apartment is beautifully located, overlooking the marine promenade and beach and has all the basic essentials for self-catering, with a number of restaurants and a large supermarket within easy walking distance; we loved Don Arroz! Las vistas que tiene el apartamento son increíbles y únicas como si estuvieras durmiendo en la arena, en cuestión de facilidades y ubicación esta excelente con cafeterías, bares y heladerías muy cerca, ademas justo encima del paseo marítimo. Para dormir con las olas del mar de fondo es una pasada. En general ha sido una experiencia fantástica, con súper buena temperatura en el apartamento en todo momento, ubicación espléndida, apartamento muy completo y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
Las vistas que tiene el apartamento son increíbles y únicas como si estuvieras durmiendo en la arena, en cuestión de facilidades y ubicación esta excelente con cafeterías, bares y heladerías muy cerca, ademas justo encima del paseo marítimo. Para dormir con las olas del mar de fondo es una pasada. En general ha sido una experiencia fantástica, con súper buena temperatura en el apartamento en todo momento, ubicación espléndida, apartamento muy completo y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Amazing view right on beach. Hmmmm only advice I could give them, might be to provide soap, shampoo…and perhaps a beach umbrella…they had 2 beach chairs and some treats at apt….was appreciated, also a bit of coffee beans etc…would be helpful for first day.
