The park is rather dated and tired looking, lack of seating around amenities like basketball court and playground for parents to supervise kids (grass covered in kangaroo poo so couldn’t sit on it either). Lacking seating/lounges around pool, tiles around pool extremely slippery when wet & risk with rocks around the pool when slippery too. The pool was also too small for the size of the park, it was overcrowded further making it unsafe. Plus the pool closed at 6pm, very early for daylight savings, summer and peak season which disappointed lots of families. The cabin was tidy, but dated and was lacking things like tissues and soap, and the beds had doonas but no sheets which was too hot in summer especially given cooler was in the lounge room only so struggled a bit too cool whole cabin. Great location, and staff were helpful and friendly.

It was clean. In the ad it said that there was a spa, but it didn't state that you had to pay to use it, also the fireplace heater was not functional, misleading advertisement.

The park was beautiful, however our cabin had a lot of things broken or shabby. The couch was really stained and we didn’t want to sit on it; lamps in the bunks missing (online images showed them to be there and all photos online looked way better than cabin was); flooring and curtains roughly cut and looked terrible; shower very cramped with no shelf to put toiletries on, and soap shelf slanted so soap kept falling on floor; kitchen table legs missing paint which looked really rough; bunk beds really cramped; all bedrooms cramped, felt hard to move; bedding felt like cheap, rough cotton sheets; patio chairs dirty; spider webs in ceiling; front screen door broken… all these things could be a minor fix to enhance a family’s stay. Great place if you staying for few nights with kids. The rooms were not vaccumed well as i felt the dusty on floor and beddings. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom head was damaged so when we showerd the entire toilet and bathroom got super wet. Play area , jumping pillow and having private beach for the guests was a bonus . I would come again but hopefully get a bigger and cleaner room.

The location was great! In walking distance to everything you need and a pretty short walk to the beach. I needed to get some coins for the washing machine and games and the staff member that served me was so nice! Check in was easy with a lock box. Kitchen had everything we needed and while the bbq was dirty it was close by and worked well. The playgrounds were great but the toddler and kids game room were disappointing. Our cabin was really average. A fist sized hole in a door covered with tape, mould and dirty shower, floor around the toilet wasn’t clean. The TV remote didn’t work properly and the bedroom TV didn’t have a remote at all. The couch was also very worn uncomfortable because of this. And no vacuum with the sand was annoying. But the worst part of our stay was that our toddler had a play in the pool (even though it was heated it was cold) but he was sick immediately following his swim, high fever, chills and vomiting- the follow day we walked past the pool and there were so many ducks in there and the whole pool and surrounds were covered in duck poo. There was no obvious signs or warning about the ducks. I might stay again but would get a cheaper room given the quality for the price and would avoid the pool for sure.

We really enjoyed our time here. The cabin was excellent and clean. What a surprise for us was we spotted so many kangaroos at night. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The tv remote was very dirty The fridge didn’t have any shelves and none in the door so it was very hard to use also the freezer compartment of the fridge was totally full of ice so was very limited to what you could be put in Will not be rushing back anytime soon

Stayed in a six berth cottage. Bunks were small as stated on the website. Good size cottage. The tv connected to Foxtel which was a nice bonus. Shower and bed excellent. If staying with four kids over the age of 10 they might be too tall for the four smaller beds. Two older kids or four smaller kids would be okay. Double bed in a separate room and it was great.

Great spa cabin! Beautiful sun pouring in in the afternoon. We walked to dinner which was nice and easy so did not use cooking facilities. Was easy to access and staff were helpful.

the park is great but the cabin needed some attention, a little run down and to be able to speak to the receptionist by phone- 4 voice messages left with no reply or email ( prior to visit ) was non existent, overall customer service was quite poor. But still a lovely park and we enjoyed our stay, thank you

The location was great! In walking distance to everything you need and a pretty short walk to the beach. I needed to get some coins for the washing machine and games and the staff member that served me was so nice! Check in was easy with a lock box. Kitchen had everything we needed and while the bbq was dirty it was close by and worked well. The playgrounds were great but the toddler and kids game room were disappointing. Our cabin was really average. A fist sized hole in a door covered with tape, mould and dirty shower, floor around the toilet wasn’t clean. The TV remote didn’t work properly and the bedroom TV didn’t have a remote at all. The couch was also very worn uncomfortable because of this. And no vacuum with the sand was annoying. But the worst part of our stay was that our toddler had a play in the pool (even though it was heated it was cold) but he was sick immediately following his swim, high fever, chills and vomiting- the follow day we walked past the pool and there were so many ducks in there and the whole pool and surrounds were covered in duck poo. There was no obvious signs or warning about the ducks. I might stay again but would get a cheaper room given the quality for the price and would avoid the pool for sure.
