I was travelling with my 10 year son and 12 year old daughter who really enjoyed the amenities, tennis, gym and the pool. Not to mention the trampoline set up next to a bar with live music. Very unexpected but very much appreciated.

Such a lovely stay! Property felt like a resort, with lots of palm trees and foliage. Heated indoor pool, tennis courts, trampolines and the bar were all bonuses! Staff were so lovely! Would definitely come back again. Thanks guys.

Our booking was for 2 adults and a kid. However the room had only one queen bed. We were told by reception that we should have brought additional bed for our kid or 3rd person as they don't provide extra bed. But this was not communicated to us and we did not find anywhere in our booking. They did not even offer an additional blanket or towels for the 3rd person. Also, the car parks are not allocated to each room and there was not enough car spot and I had to park my car out side of resort if i was a bit late as car park was full and had to leave my car outsiyand walk back into resort. I found reception not helpful on this matters

Disappointed with this resort as I expected more. Bathroom had water all over the basin and on the floor. There were hairs on the toilet, and the air conditioner did not work properly, only circulating cold air regardless of the temperature input. Which left me with a cold night. The people at reception were excellent.

It was a nice weekend away for me and my family. The location was perfect, the rooms were nice and had everything we needed. It could've been a bit cleaner and the walls were pretty thin so we heard a lot of our neighbours. But what we needed it for, it was pretty good.

Only disappointment was no tv in the bedroom of the 1 bed suite and the loungeroom had 2 chairs not a lounge. Aside from those 2 things amazing stay, comfy beds, quiet location and friendly staff.

Stayed two nights and absolutely loved it! Upon arrival was easy and so friendly check in process. Happy hour at the bar was fantastic and restaurant on the secound night was delicious! Great location to travel the Great ocean road. The spa room was a real treat- definitely larger than the photos displayed. Only wished to have stayed another night to visit the spa on-site!

Would have been a great place to stay but after around 8pm we arrived back at our suite to a booming TV in the room above and the kitchen power outlets not working,so we had to boil water in a pot. This TV noise kept up until apologetic cleaning staff arrived in the morning as reception wasn't open to make a complaint overnight. All three of us (including my father who was deeply disturbed as he suffers from dementia) had a terrible night's sleep and when I mentioned it to the gentleman at reception in upon check out he just said they were very sorry. No offer of a voucher or any refund to make up for the seriously unpleasant inconvenience of having only around 2-3 hours sleep. We had a bunch of things planned for today but sadly drove home much earlier as we're all too worn out. Very disappointed.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the Great Ocean Road Resort, it did not feel like we were still in Victoria. It was an amazing resort, with plenty of facilities that were maintained and cleaned. It was a short 10 min walk to the group of shops and restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future. 5 STARS!

Loved my stay here at GOR Resort, shame it was for work and not a holiday. Would have loved to take a dip in the pool or take a walk along the river out the front. Room was super cute, very beachy and fun. Clean and comfortable.

I purchased the continental breakfast for $42 and at check in was told that its in the fridge. It was the loaf of bread (no knife to cut with) a jar of jam and 2 orange juices. That was not $42 worth. I then went to the cafe down the street and got a hot breakfast for less than that.
