Limited reception hours this stay. One bed apartment perfect for our needs.

Great location. Room/facilities are in a fairly poor state of repair. Very noisy air conditioner, barely functional door handle and a smelly dishwasher. Other than that good place to stay. Washer and dryer worked and was clean. Full size Fridge freezer. Water pressure was ok.

It was our third stay here. It ss a convenient location for our visit. Car park is very tight for large vehicles. Rooms are neat and have all you would need.

Location was good for a night out locally. Parking wasn't advertised as requiring a booking & we had to street park. Not much in the way of restaurants in walking distance but plenty of Uber options

We has to stay in Adara due to our bathroom rénovation and close to work. Great location, you have everything needed in the room, dishwasher, laundry, drayer, fridge. The only down was the pressure of the shower and the expensive cost $20 per Day to Park your car.

Right next door to Aldi. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. Clean. Big. Air con. Parking was $20 per night with 1.9m clearance. Balcony. Windows that looked on to the street. Full sized fridge. Washing machine. Would stay again

The property was as described and a good size. The only problem was that the lift was tricky. One of the lifts worked ok but I became stuck in the other lift and it wouldn’t take me to the basement.

Great location. Apartment was well furnished with plenty of kitchen utensils. ALDI literally downstairs for supplies Comfortable bed and good work desk with decent wifi. Only negative was place needed a good clean. Previous visitors left dirty oven and found long hair sverywhere

A good size with 2 rooms and very good facilities.

The check-in was efficient and seamless, the undercover, secure parking was a definite bonus and the availability of businesses in the direct area added to a stress-free stay. Definitely recommend this business.

The staff were very good handy to for what we needed clean and had everything we needed

Its a nice property, however need to steam the sofa, its quite dirty.

That part of St Kilda is dirty and unkempt. Directly above ALDI , that street was full of food spills and vomit-, disgusting. The street is also extremely noisy. The ALDI truck reverses in late at night 11pm and leaves at 6am. The hotel rooms are filthy and the mattress was completely worn that you could feel the springs coming through.

Great 2 bedroom apartment was nice and clean but one of the rooms didn’t have aircon and beds were like sleeping on rocks bumpy mattresses .. I love really firm beds but these were another level … BUT at least clean

The room we were 'upgraded' to was very small, extremely run down & in need of some repairs & maintenance. It was also fairly unclean compared to the last room we stayed in, but mostly old stains.

Clean and convenient for public transport travel into the city.

Nice clean room in secure building, friendly staff, short walk to tram stop. Perfect base for a St Kilda adventure.

Studio room was very very small. Construction on site at the time of my stay. Not too noisy but a bit inconvenient. This is the second time I've stayed here due to closeness of this hotel to family but don't think I'll stay again. Worth paying a little extra somewhere else.

Room was incredibly tiny and to get to the room you go through 4 doors from the carpark, half of which is outside so if it is raining you will get wet. It is a bit of a rabbit warren. The construction started earlier than advised. Workers were onsite from 6am and were making noise. The walls are thin so we could here everything next door. The mini fridge sounded like it was going to take off, so loud. The room was a studio. There was about half a metre gap around the bed and that was it. No chair to sit on, barely any space to walk. It was two twin beds shoved together so there was an uncomfortable lump down the middle. There was a sliding door to a 'courtyard' that was also the main entrance way to the next door apartment and looked out on the main thoroughfare so you couldn't have the blinds open without someone looking in at you. I had the blinds open in the morning while I was in a work meeting on my laptop and the workers kept walking past and looking in, very creepy. With the blinds closed it is very claustrophobic. If parking was free, then yeah, $120 a night is ok, still overpriced but ok. Add on another $20 for parking then the stay is way overpriced. We won't be back.

Great central location, spacious, clean, quiet but might want to look at a matress upgrade

The staff were lovely and helpful. The location was very convenient for where I needed to be. The heater was on, lights on and soft music was playing upon entry of the room, which was just wonderfully welcoming. The bed mattress was too firm for me but I still slept soundly. One downside was water damage and painting bubbling across an entire skirting board in living room wall area. There's a 2-3 cms gap all along where the skirting board and wall should meet. My concern was mould, especially as Im asthmatic. I cant imagine why this has not been fixed. Not a complicated job, unless ofcourse, there's more damage on the floor under carpets. This was suite 111. I took photos but not sure I can upload them here. Overall, a lovely stay 🙂

Definitely NOT 4.5 stars too many problems to list and I have spoken to reception & Hotels.com. Air conditioning unit sounded like an aeroplane in my bedroom, the furniture was all stained, the bathroom wasn’t clean. Well, the TV in the bedroom is missing and I ordered a king size bed that was a queen or double on king size base. No thank you

Good reception and check in service. Bedroom missing a TV in the room and some fittings very loose in the bathroom. Generally very happy though. Second time I’ve stayed there.

The bedroom window opened onto the walk way so the sensor light came on every time somebody used the lift and we didn't feel it would be safe to open the window to let in fresh air.

3 nights. Arrival was outside Reception hours so had to provide POI and complete credit card information in an email. Given the data breaches happening every day, i was not happy to do it but did. Phone msgs went unanswered, emails were not acknowledged. Room was cleanish. Furnishings were chipped and battered. Bed comfortable and linen was fine. Overall fairly quiet area. Aldi downstairs, pubs close by, transport routes also convenient. Tip!! Open the sliding mirrored door in the bedroom because if it's closed, anyone walking outside the apartment has a full view of the bed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Being right next door to an Aldi store is very convenient and very close to St Kilda Rd.

Quiet and convenient place. Close to transport, beach and Aldi store. Friendly staff, clean room. Will come and stay for next travel.

A quick walk to public transport that goes straight to the heart of Melbourne CBD

A nice place to stay well worth the money, I did find it a bit far from a sit down cafe for breakfast and the same applied for a nearby restaurant for dinner. The unit did have a full kitchen and there is a supermarket next door so you could easily cook for yourself if you wanted to.

This is a good place to stay in St Kilda. The rooms are small but clean and the place is surprisingly quiet. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Easy and very convenient location. The front steps need to be cleaned up every day of scrap paper that blow there. A very acceptable place to stay in Melbourne considering ease of transport and grocery shopping. Julie Goodsir December 2024

Very convenient location. Good restaurants and supermarket are nearby. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.
