We chose this place extremely last minute as a stop over for a very long car journey. We were very happy with our choice, lovely owners (and lovely dog who is super friendly), beautiful building and surroundings. We will be sure to come back when we have more time to be able to enjoy the pool!!!

A lovely venue with periodic charm and welcoming staff. The pool was excellent and needed in the heat. Despite the room being nicely furnished, at a minimum a fan is needed if they venue is not fitted with air conditioning. The rooms were very hot which unfortunately made sleep somewhat uncomfortable.

Beautiful old chateaux in superb village location amongst vineyards outside of Bordeaux. A little run down in places but charming all the same. Lovely relaxing pool area. Breakfast was typical French style with quality produce at a good price. Host was there seeing to our needs, he was very likeable and a pleasure to meet. Stayed 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Excellent hébergement avec un accueil chaleureux et sympathique, la chambre était spacieuse, très propre agrémentée d’unune décoration de très bon goût, le petit déjeuner goûteux et à volonté, la vue de la terrasse magnifique au milieu du vignoble avec en contre bas la piscine, l’atmosphère calme et feutrée donnait l’impression d’être chez soi avec tout le confort et les commodités d’un hôtel, je recommande +++

The chateaux itself was lovely with lovely gardens and the pool was welcome after the long journey from Rouen. It’s a shame there was no restaurant or bar at the chateaux. We were recommend a restaurant a short walk away but our meal was not great.

Bel aménagement pour ce vieil édifice. Propre, fonctionnel, environnement de la propriété est bien aménagé avec une très belle piscine. Bien entouré des vignobles de Pessac-Léognan. Personnel très sympathique, donne des renseignements intéressants sur la région.

Ett fantastiskt boende precis i Pessac-Leagnanregionen. Boendet fick oss verkligen att komma ner i var och slappna av. Personalen är lugna och trevliga, och stress finns inte här. Beställ en charkbricka och ett glas vin av ägaren och njut på terassen, svalka dig i poolen. Extremt fina vi hus finns på gångavstånd, så du kan enkelt fylla en hel dag av aktiviteter utan att köra bil. Det var inte så soligt när vi bär där men det kan ju inte hotellet hjälpa, men kan bara tänka mig hur härligt det måste vara vid poolen då. Vi kommer åka tillbaka hit nästa gång vi är i Bordeaux!

La demeure est pleine de charme , un vrai château et je tire mon chapeau aux propriétaires car le travail d entretien doit être énorme … malheureusement pleins de petites choses à revoir : clim ko, robinet salle de bain cassé, après c est en pleine nature donc moustique et fourmis au rdv… La piscine est quant à elle superbe !

Mon séjour au château de Lantic, était magnifique, c’est dommage que c’était court, mais je retournerais, car c'est un de mes plus beau séjour, j’ai une satisfaction par l’ensembles des services, le personnels étaient respectueux, professionnel, et à l’écoute que je remercie beaucoup, sans oublier évidement, les responsables principaux du château que je remercie également et chaleureusement, un couple magnifique, simple, souriants, qui cherche tous le temps la satisfaction des clients, si on a bien manger, bien dormi, si il nous manque rien, on se sent vraiment bien, et dans un milieu convivial, Mes fillles sont impatientes d'y retourner et moi également, et je penses même y aller chaque année, car je ne penses pas qu'il va y avoir d'autres hébergement comme celui-ci, et sur tous les côtés, sans oiblier le château lui même, qui est un vrais harve de paix , j'ai beaucoup aimé la suite familiale chambres, le salon, l’accueil, le restaurant, la piscine et le SPA , la décoration ❤️, tout est propres et dans l’énorme, ce château est un voyage au pays des merveilles et je vous le conseille et à ́ne surtout pas rater Et merci beaucoup pour toute l'équipe du château et je leurs dis un grand merci et à très bientôt. It was a lovely old property. The owners were great. It was nice to live for 3 days in a museum of sorts, with so much history. However, don't expect luxury. Our aircon didn't work and we were simply told, "well it's an old building". The restaurant did not offer a menu. We were told meat or fish and on the night we went, it was meat only. The food was ok but if you're looking for an up market stay, this is not it.

Rentrer du travail dans un tel lieu est un grand bonheur.L' accueil,le service et les attentions sont très plaisantes. La literie parfaite, l ambiance et la décoration surprenantes( si vous êtes attentifs il y a une myriade de détails fascinants). Bémol : le comportement surprenant d' autres clients dont les exigences farfelues doivent sûrement travailler la patience de ceux qui les accueillent ( et qui n en montrent rien.

We chose this place extremely last minute as a stop over for a very long car journey. We were very happy with our choice, lovely owners (and lovely dog who is super friendly), beautiful building and surroundings. We will be sure to come back when we have more time to be able to enjoy the pool!!!

Very bad,seems to be run on a "shoestring".Lack of staff,no food(the first stay we had a bad meal on the terrace which took about two hours to complete,due to lack of service)Only small bottles of beer available,of which I only go one ! Breakfast was equally miserable with very little choice.Overall I would not recommend...oh the swimming pool was clean and good....about the only thing I could recommend!

Excellent hébergement avec un accueil chaleureux et sympathique, la chambre était spacieuse, très propre agrémentée d’unune décoration de très bon goût, le petit déjeuner goûteux et à volonté, la vue de la terrasse magnifique au milieu du vignoble avec en contre bas la piscine, l’atmosphère calme et feutrée donnait l’impression d’être chez soi avec tout le confort et les commodités d’un hôtel, je recommande +++

Bel aménagement pour ce vieil édifice. Propre, fonctionnel, environnement de la propriété est bien aménagé avec une très belle piscine. Bien entouré des vignobles de Pessac-Léognan. Personnel très sympathique, donne des renseignements intéressants sur la région.

The owners were not very nice upon checking in, they would only give us 2 little glasses of ice for our room & was told we would be charged $10. Corking fee if we opened any of our wine that we brought there. We couldn’t lock our 2 doors & u had to drag your luggage over deep gravel to get to your room. Very unfriendly couple that owned it.

Ett fantastiskt boende precis i Pessac-Leagnanregionen. Boendet fick oss verkligen att komma ner i var och slappna av. Personalen är lugna och trevliga, och stress finns inte här. Beställ en charkbricka och ett glas vin av ägaren och njut på terassen, svalka dig i poolen. Extremt fina vi hus finns på gångavstånd, så du kan enkelt fylla en hel dag av aktiviteter utan att köra bil. What a beautiful Chateau! The owner tells me that they spent 5 years restoring it. It is wonderful. Be aware they only offer dinner on Saturday nights - I checked before. The good news is they do cheese and charcuterie boards. This suited me down to the ground. A glass of red wine and I was very happy. Charming owners too. Great if you use as a stopover en route as only 15 mins from Bordeaux and 5 mins from the motorway. Sweet little village too.

Beautiful old chateaux in superb village location amongst vineyards outside of Bordeaux. A little run down in places but charming all the same. Lovely relaxing pool area. Breakfast was typical French style with quality produce at a good price. Host was there seeing to our needs, he was very likeable and a pleasure to meet. The chateaux itself was lovely with lovely gardens and the pool was welcome after the long journey from Rouen. It’s a shame there was no restaurant or bar at the chateaux. We were recommend a restaurant a short walk away but our meal was not great.

It was a lovely old property. The owners were great. It was nice to live for 3 days in a museum of sorts, with so much history. However, don't expect luxury. Our aircon didn't work and we were simply told, "well it's an old building". The restaurant did not offer a menu. We were told meat or fish and on the night we went, it was meat only. The food was ok but if you're looking for an up market stay, this is not it.

The place was full of cobwebs and dust on virtually every piece of furniture we encountered. We had a Kitchen area with no light and also a seating area with no TV. The TV was situated in the bedroom and had no access to satellite TV. The TV was at least 20 years old if not more. The breakfast for €12 was very poor compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The car park arrangements were awful in that they have a gravel drive and no mechanism to move heavy suitcases from the car park to your room there were no there was no left Anywhere and we as pensioners. I had to carry our very heavy suitcases up 14 steps and down again when we left there was no option for any dinner and no recommendations to go Anywhere for dinner. Regretfully the whole experience was not what we had anticipated staying in a Château style hotel at the end of our holiday. The only good point about our stay at this hotel was the bed which was very comfortable.

A lovely venue with periodic charm and welcoming staff. The pool was excellent and needed in the heat. Despite the room being nicely furnished, at a minimum a fan is needed if they venue is not fitted with air conditioning. The rooms were very hot which unfortunately made sleep somewhat uncomfortable.
