Quite a date hotel, but fine. All inclusive food was really poor, and struggled to find anything I would eat. The price was good, so probably wouldn’t have minded so much if there was other restaurants close by, but everything is either half hour walk or taxi ride away. My room was right by the pool, and every evening they played loud music which would be fine if enjoying the entertainment but I like to go out late and have a nap before hand, which was next to impossible with live singers and karaoke right outside my door.

The pool side bar was often staffed and they had no problems with you stocking ion with drinks to take to your apartment just before they closed late each night. Struttura ideale se non si hanno grosse pretese. Le camere sono datate con spazi risicati (l'anta dell'armadio non si apriva perche sbatteva sul letto) e pulizia scarsa nelle zone comuni, soprattutto nella zona ristorante. Cucina di scarsa qualità e varietà, pensata più per una clientela nord europea. Ottima invece la posizione, a pochi minuti dalle Dune e dal lungomare di Maspalomas, comodo parcheggio e personale gentile.
Struttura ideale se non si hanno grosse pretese. Le camere sono datate con spazi risicati (l'anta dell'armadio non si apriva perche sbatteva sul letto) e pulizia scarsa nelle zone comuni, soprattutto nella zona ristorante. Cucina di scarsa qualità e varietà, pensata più per una clientela nord europea. Ottima invece la posizione, a pochi minuti dalle Dune e dal lungomare di Maspalomas, comodo parcheggio e personale gentile.

Aangenaam en gezellig bungalowpark. Gezellig terras en buitenbar. Voldoende ligzetels. Mooi zwembad. Rustige omgeving. Buffet was deze keer wel wat minder dan de vorige keer toen we hier waren (februari). Kamers (appartementjes) kunnen een update en verfrissing gebruiken. De douche was boven en regelmatig kwamen er door een luik in het plafond waterdruppels naar beneden.

El hotel acogedor. No había mucha gente y en general no es tanto nivel industrial como en las grandes cadenas. Es súper verde. Las plantas, flores y árboles están bien cuidados. El personal amigable. Ámbito amistoso. Comida (a mi paladar) muy buena y variada. Bus al playa gratis. Taxis en la puerta por 6-8€ te llevan a los sitios importantes alrededor. Lo que no me gustó es los colchones extremadamente incómodos y la animación muy floja. A pesar de esto, súper recomendado

First room given hadn’t been cleaned at all. Beds not changed, bins not emptied, floors not swept. The ‘night’ guy on was more interested in having food from the buffet or napping in the reception area. Not impressed at all with the way things were handled by the hotel.

Det står att poolen är uppvärmd men det är den inte.(Lite därför jag ville dit) Det står också att det har renoverats nyligen men det stämmer inte, det har inte renoverats på över 10-15 år enligt andra besökare som återkommit årligen. Vattnet du duschar och tvättar i är bräckt, därav de ärgade munstycken och handtag i dusch och handfat. Maten och drycken är bra, finns alltid nånting att äta och dricka. Alltid tre till fyra olika rätter. Servicen är top notch. Barn och familjevänligt ställe. Jag ska tillbaka nästa år !

Lo q mas me gusto era q estaba centrico y el precio, lo q no me gusto todo esta muy viejo ,habia hormigas,muy repetitivo la comida y nadie vigilaba nada daba igual la hora ,con el partido del madrid un escandalo y tirandose a la piscina a las tantas ,los niños dando golpe a los juegos a las 12 de la noche osea q nadie vigila una pena,habia gente sin pulsera en las hamacas un desastre

The most important first. If you book 2-star all-inclusive holiday apartamentos - do not expect the same standard that 5-star hotels have. There is not much around, but you can have a 30-minute walk to the Maspalomas lighthouse. The accommodation is very worn and should have been renovated years ago. The cleaning is done five times weekly and the ladies change towels every time. The water pressure is down every morning when everybody wants to have shover. Maybe it is a good idea to book a "de luxe" apartment with a large balcony. But one more time - this is a 2-star place. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are plentiful and the variety is large. The food may be basic, but there is nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. You can have beer, wine, water etc. as you want as self-service. There is also a pool bar with cocktails, beer, wine, and refreshments all included in the price. So if you want good value for money and also understand not to expect too much, then this a good choice.

Aangenaam en gezellig bungalowpark. Gezellig terras en buitenbar. Voldoende ligzetels. Mooi zwembad. Rustige omgeving. Buffet was deze keer wel wat minder dan de vorige keer toen we hier waren (februari). Kamers (appartementjes) kunnen een update en verfrissing gebruiken. De douche was boven en regelmatig kwamen er door een luik in het plafond waterdruppels naar beneden.

Väldigt lyhört, både från gäster vid poolbaren men också från hotellets egen ”underhållning”. Inget större utbud på maten, serverades i stort sätt samma rätter varje dag.

El hotel acogedor. No había mucha gente y en general no es tanto nivel industrial como en las grandes cadenas. Es súper verde. Las plantas, flores y árboles están bien cuidados. El personal amigable. Ámbito amistoso. Comida (a mi paladar) muy buena y variada. Bus al playa gratis. Taxis en la puerta por 6-8€ te llevan a los sitios importantes alrededor. Lo que no me gustó es los colchones extremadamente incómodos y la animación muy floja. A pesar de esto, súper recomendado

There is not much around, but you can have a 30-minute walk to the Maspalomas lighthouse. The accommodation is very worn and should have been renovated years ago. Lovely smaller property than some of the oversized hotels around the area. Staff were always polite, smiling and helpful. Even the house keeping wasn't a bother if you didn't require any new towels or bins to be emptied that day. Pool area was exceptionally clean. The food was as to be expected, but having multiple meat and fish options aswell as the usual options was really nice. The pool side bar was often staffed and they had no problems with you stocking ion with drinks to take to your apartment just before they closed late each night. The late night reception staff were really helpful getting us a late night taxi and was often ringing the taxi firm to hurry them up for us. Was our first time in gran caneria and we'd love to return to both the island and bungalow oasis club 5* we gave it

First room given hadn’t been cleaned at all. Beds not changed, bins not emptied, floors not swept. The ‘night’ guy on was more interested in having food from the buffet or napping in the reception area. Not impressed at all with the way things were handled by the hotel.

Det står att poolen är uppvärmd men det är den inte.(Lite därför jag ville dit) Det står också att det har renoverats nyligen men det stämmer inte, det har inte renoverats på över 10-15 år enligt andra besökare som återkommit årligen. Vattnet du duschar och tvättar i är bräckt, därav de ärgade munstycken och handtag i dusch och handfat. Maten och drycken är bra, finns alltid nånting att äta och dricka. Alltid tre till fyra olika rätter. Servicen är top notch. Barn och familjevänligt ställe. Jag ska tillbaka nästa år !

La comida bastante bien para lo que se paga, el alojamiento es antiguo con un mantenimiento básico, necesitaría renovarse un poco, el personal muy muy agradable a escepcion de el señor gordete mayor de recepcion que tenía siempre una cara y una simpatía que parecía que le debieras algo, el resto magisimos y educados, en general un sitio agradable acogedor al que se puede volver perfectamente

Quite a date hotel, but fine. All inclusive food was really poor, and struggled to find anything I would eat. The price was good, so probably wouldn’t have minded so much if there was other restaurants close by, but everything is either half hour walk or taxi ride away. My room was right by the pool, and every evening they played loud music which would be fine if enjoying the entertainment but I like to go out late and have a nap before hand, which was next to impossible with live singers and karaoke right outside my door.

Le camere sono datate con spazi risicati (l'anta dell'armadio non si apriva perche sbatteva sul letto) e pulizia scarsa nelle zone comuni, soprattutto nella zona ristorante. Cucina di scarsa qualità e varietà, pensata più per una clientela nord europea. Ottima invece la posizione, a pochi minuti dalle Dune e dal lungomare di Maspalomas, comodo parcheggio e personale gentile.

Lo q mas me gusto era q estaba centrico y el precio, lo q no me gusto todo esta muy viejo ,habia hormigas,muy repetitivo la comida y nadie vigilaba nada daba igual la hora ,con el partido del madrid un escandalo y tirandose a la piscina a las tantas ,los niños dando golpe a los juegos a las 12 de la noche osea q nadie vigila una pena,habia gente sin pulsera en las hamacas un desastre

Hôtel que nous connaissons pour y être allé il y a 4 ans. Il est simple et conforme à nos attentes. Petite structure familiale. Merci à Alejandro qui parle français de nous avoir bien conseillé. Ravis d'avoir croisé quelqu'un qui parle notre langue peu répandue sur l'île. Plus d'animation c'est dommage mais pandémie oblige. Buffet répétitif mais on le savait et nous allions aussi à l'extérieur. Difficile de retrouver la gastronomie française de toute façon et nous n'allons pas en vacances que pour cela.

The most important first. If you book 2-star all-inclusive holiday apartamentos - do not expect the same standard that 5-star hotels have. There is not much around, but you can have a 30-minute walk to the Maspalomas lighthouse. The accommodation is very worn and should have been renovated years ago. The cleaning is done five times weekly and the ladies change towels every time. The water pressure is down every morning when everybody wants to have shover. Maybe it is a good idea to book a "de luxe" apartment with a large balcony. But one more time - this is a 2-star place. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are plentiful and the variety is large. The food may be basic, but there is nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. You can have beer, wine, water etc. as you want as self-service. There is also a pool bar with cocktails, beer, wine, and refreshments all included in the price. So if you want good value for money and also understand not to expect too much, then this a good choice.

What a lovely complex, yes it’s small and quiet so not for you if you like somewhere lively and things going on but if you just want some peace and to relax then what a perfect place. All the staff were so friendly. Devaughn the animation and entertainment guy was amazing! He really made our holiday. Amazing with the kids and really took his time to speak to everyone. Pedro the Barman was lovely and the reception guy too! We will be back!

Fantastic, was worried about the food from other reviews but we found it good, lots of choice with the buffet. Breakfast as good as any 4 star we’ve been to, lunch and dinner good range. The white wine was really nice, cocktails made fresh. Staff were all really lovely. The hotel was small so easy to get around. Lovely family hotel. The kids pool is perfect for toddlers and warm. The main pool also heated and nice temp. Comfy sun loungers. Taxi to town 7 euro. Free shuttle to the beach daily 11am and 4pm. Overall a great stay- really great value compared to any other all inclusive on the island. We will come back.
