Loved everything. Well stocked and super clean and fresh. Loved all. The bed and pillows were 8/10 but everything else 10++. Beautiful sunset and loved the porch. Well worth the drive.

We arrived on Wednesday to the most stunning property. The view across the small harbour were amazing with a fire pit and barbecue if required. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated with everything provided. It is a 10 minute drive to the centre which wasn't a problem at all. If you want an amazing property in a beautiful location choose this one

Nicely updated, clean and well-stocked with little extras. Only small negative was that the linens for the 3rd guest (pullout couch) were not where they were supposed to be so we had to search laundry room, closets, dresser, etc. to find sheets, towels, etc. Found everything, but not a great experience at bed time when converting the couch. Overall though, nice location on the water, roomy deck to sit out and enjoy the weather, everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. Off-road parking was fine for a large SUV. Great spot and we loved Twillingate!

Beautiful cottage peaceful, calm astomphere. Tucked away in a small bay with beautiful views.Close to hiking trails & French beach, craft brewery, winery art studios, and shops. Host thought of everything you could possible need & provided. After a day of walking the trails have a soak in the free standing tub, light the candles read a book, or cozy up with a blanket on the porch enjoying the treats you find in town around the firetable while the sunset.

One of the best experiences I have had. The cottage has all a person could need, is clean airy spacious and new. Very easy to communicate with Marie if needed. The hiking trails an easy walk to get to and when you do, you will leave your heart here. Cannot recommend enough. I will be back.

This property is very well located with a terrace with a view in a quiet area and is newly renovated (except for the kitchen cabinets). However, the place wasn't clean (dusty and humid) and is infested with carpenter bugs (we killed more than 100 in the bedroom, bathroom, washing machines room): we ended up washing the floor every day (4-day stay), did not leave any personal belonging on the floor and did not touch the couch. There were a lot of leftovers in the fridge and in the kitchen cabinets (sauces, open cereal boxes, for instance). The property did not meet our expectations.

This is a simply delightful “cottage” perched on a cliff overlooking the harbour. Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly want or need. Although sorry that we had an afternoon of pouring rain, we enjoyed hunkering down in the cottage, warm, dry and comfortable. We’d love to go back someday and have no hesitation at all to recommend it to anyone visiting Twillingate.

This cottage is a hidden gem with the best views. We had an amazing time. Marie had thought about every small detail and has stocked the place with everything you may ever need. Very clean, well organized and very chic. If you are not staying here while visiting Twi'gate, you are missing out!

The cottage is on the waterfront of the quiet, picturesque town of Twillingate. It is very lovely, well equipped and super clean, just as described on the website. I would say that it truly is a gem! The host Marie is very nice and responsive. We've totally enjoyed our stay at the Carriage Hill Cottage. Too bad our travel plan is for a one day stay in Twillingate only. I'd wished I could stay there a few more days and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the area and of the cottage.

It was better than we had hoped for. Great location, cozy and warm which was nice as visited during shoulder season. Nice and quiet with fabulous views. Loved the access to trails as well. Great getaway for a couple.

We found this little cottage a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Twillingate area. Comfortable, clean, great amenities, perched on a lovely little cove with beautiful views all around and great hikes literally right out the front door. Loved it.

We came to see the icebergs and enjoy the location and beautiful twillingate. We were lucky to see an iceberg in the harbour and then one at sea on a tour. It was great. The recommendations from our host for seafood were wonderful.

We were so looking forward to our second stay at Carriage Hill Cottage & it was everything we knew it would be. There really isn't anything that rates a negative comment. Everything is top-notch - the location, the view, the decor, the furnishings, the comfort, the service & the communication. We won't hesitate to make it a third stay if we can make it back to the Twillingate area.

Loved this cottage. Everything was spotless and the check in was seamless. The cottage was beautiful and had everything that you could possibly want. We took all our own food, however if you happened to forget a spice or something simple it was there. Would definitely rent again.

We arrived on Wednesday to the most stunning property. The view across the small harbour were amazing with a fire pit and barbecue if required. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated with everything provided. It is a 10 minute drive to the centre which wasn't a problem at all. If you want an amazing property in a beautiful location choose this one

It was better than we had hoped for. Great location, cozy and warm which was nice as visited during shoulder season. Nice and quiet with fabulous views. Loved the access to trails as well. Great getaway for a couple.

We found this little cottage a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Twillingate area. Comfortable, clean, great amenities, perched on a lovely little cove with beautiful views all around and great hikes literally right out the front door. Loved it.
