If you want to use the pool, call ahead and make sure it's open and working. Make sure to ask for extra sheets and a pillow if you have a pull out bed, they don't always leave them in the rooms because people steal

The carpet in hall and elevator was old and really needed cleaning it was black in elevator but besides that it was excellent. The host was wonderful very helpful and kept everything spotless. The room was very large like a studio apartment. It had everything and it was very clean comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was safe not too much traffic parking was easy and pool looked sparkling. They allow dogs in leashes and I never saw or smelled a trace of them! Everyone was friendly and I’d definitely stay here again and bring my dog but the elevator carpet gave it a bad feeling on check-in when really it was the only gross bad thing I saw . It is a great place for a family or a single person like me who was able to cook because it had all the cookwear tableware etc in room. Great place.

Pictures of hotel are deceiving. It looks like such a beautiful place with a pool. It's not. Those pictures are very old and likely when it was owned by Marriot (private owned now). Pool is in complete disrepair and not at all usable. Just an old thing sitting there. The outdoor furniture and grill is only for the employees. This isn't stated but they have it covered and they hang out there. It's their spot, trust me. The landscape is plain without flowers etc. The room is nice. Has a nice kitchen which is very handy. First thing I did is clean when I got in the room. Kitchen was grimy and stove was filthy, sticky, with food stuck. Bathroom was pretty clean but I had to clean the floor. The beds are TERRIBLY hard! Hardest bed I think I've ever slept in. Employees were very nice but you have to go outside to find them. I never saw anyone at the front desk. It was weird honestly. Oh! And I was sent something to pre-check in and it asks all kinds of personal questions. Don't bother with this. It did nothing to help and is invasive.. Check in was finding my key she left hidden for me. That's it. The price is cheap so.. don't expect much but for the price, it's fine.

Great value. Some maintenance issues, such as torn carpet, unusable swimming pool, worn out furniture, squeaky ventilation fan, cracked bathroom sink and bathtub. Our particular unit had a musty odor. Also, there's nobody on-site like at a normal hotel, so questions about barking dogs at 5 am, or where to empty garbage cans can't even be asked, let alone answered. Despite all this, we definitely would stay here again because of the great value.

This place is great and is now at the top of my list when I visit the Denver area. The staff are friendly, helpful and good at what they do. There is also a sense of community and comfort here that I really appreciate. Everything in the rooms is clean, the place smells clean (!!! not like air-freshener, clean) works well and is well kept up. During my visit, there was always sufficient parking regardless of the time of day. Also, and this is important, the bed was really comfortable.
