Quiet, convenient, affordable. Worked perfectly for me who was looking for a clean place to sleep. Only downside was there was no ice machine.

Easy access from highway. Easy parking, comfortable room.

I always read the reviews before booking so expected this to be an older but clean hotel. It was okay except put in a room upstairs with steep steps (no elevator) and the door had a flimsy lock (no deadbolt). No ice machine either. I used my own lock to keep it from being opened and someone pushed on the door early morning. Felt safe and was clean but not my favorite stay.

Old fashioned motel with good updates. Great value. Would stay here again if in area. Like parking right outside door to room. No long hallways or elevators.

Booked this hotel without high expectations based on the price. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice and they were clean. The guy at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and they had parking for our trucks with trailers. No complaints from us. We would definitely stay again.

Large unit. Note if you have any mobility issues, there are a couple of steps up to the room. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you’ll have to open the window. Otherwise beds were comfortable, air-conditioning worked fine and they have a hairdryer. Overall, you can’t beat it for the price.

The motel was well maintained, clean, staff was nice, parking was easy and the area was well lit.

For the price this is hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The check in was easy. It was so clean and didn’t smell. Parking and our safety was perfect. Checkout was a breeze.

Only chair had soiled upholstery. Deep tub in bathroom but no plug so can't use it. Bathroom clean enough. This place will do if you aren't fussy and want to save a few bucks.

Courteous staff, comfortable bed. Not the cleanest and the bathroom flooded due to a plumbing issue. Based off the phitos I thought the room would be set up more like a suite. It is not. Just a longer room with a couch/pullout bed.

As always everyone was truly friendly and check in is easy. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. It is welcoming and restful. I love the environment and peacefulness.

Wide parking spaces. Immaculately clean bedroom & bathroom. Soft sheets & warm covers. Firm beds with 3 pillows for each bed. HVAC sufficient. TV, microwave and mini-frig all worked well. Personnel warm & welcoming. A bargain compared to the corporate hotels. I will be back.

Updated. Clean. Lots of food options around. Close to highway but can't hear highway. All around a great pick.

Checkout time was 10:00 am Cost for queen bed $171.51 The check in counter was chest high cordoned off like a crime prevention counter. You pass your license through a little slot under the glass. When we opened the door, we smelled something but I wasn’t exactly sure what it was. The next morning, we think it’s mildew. The room looked clean. The floor not so much. It looks like a very old hotel that has been refurbished. The outside looks really nice. The room has new siding on the walls. Ceiling looks like plaster and you can see seams where the sheets connect. Looks painted but old. The trim is old. The windows are old and dated. The trim is painted but old and ruff looking. Lamp is very old. Nothing will stay plugged in to outlets, they are loose. The window air conditioner is loud and very old. It was cool outside so we shut it off. There is no table or a chair. No bathroom fan. No hair dryer. I would not stay here again. I only stayed here because everything else was booked. There is no way this hotel is a four out of five rating. Maybe four out of 10. When I got in the shower after my wife, I had been walking barefoot on the carpet. When my feet hit the wet tub, black stuff came off my feet. Never had that happen in my 68 years of traveling.

Small room. No desk. No closet (open hanger area). Recently remodeled bathroom. Some traffic noise, but I use a white noise generator on my phone, which helped. Just stayed overnight. It was fine, but a very basic motel. Not a huge number of options in the area, but it was clean and the price was good.

WiFi was slow

Appears to have been recently renovated. Freshly painted; new carpet. Clean. Bathroom was *tiny*. Anyone over about 5'8" would be unable to sit on the toilet due to their knees hitting the cabinet. Breakfast was modest — packaged breakfast bars and some bananas, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal. The overall condition makes up for the complaints. Slightly uncomfortable at this price. I have stayed in worse, though.

8.8 out of 10 review on Hotels.com was very deceptive. I would guess the motel to be 75 years old with little to no updates in all that time. There was a connecting door to the room next to us through which we could hear the neighbors entire conversation all evening. One positive, the beds were very comfortable.

The blankets and carpet was extremely soft water pressure was perfect my issues with the stay was the ac kept kicking off leaving it extremely hot in the room and the owner wasn’t the nicest he charged extra just for having a baby in the room he is very strict and will charge you extra if he finds out another person was there even if they didn’t stay

The room that we stayed in the heater unit fan was extremely noisy. Did not get much sleep. other than that, it was a good room for a good price comfortable stay had no problem staying here. I would stay again as long as my heater fan is not noisy.

It was okay for the price the property and rooms were clean, water pressure and plumbing was subpar probably would have had better luck showering in the rain. The owner was nice and accommodating but does not like kids and made that clear with multiple comments that were unnecessary. Overall wasn't terrible.

Staff was not very friendly. I have been traveling the country for over 30 years and have traveled to other countries as well. This is the first hotel that refused to allow me to check into my room when I arrived early! Yes, first time in 30 years! The owner was flippit with me when I asked him, why I could not check in early if the room is ready and he told me to just go ahead and cancel if I didn't want to wait. will not be staying here again for sure!

Pleasantly surprised! I was not expecting much from this hotel for the price but it was a very convenient location so I went for it. It smelled like fresh paint very clean very cute room setup. We did have to request additional pillows and towels but was accommodated quickly.

Sweet little gem, tucked in just a couple blocks from the interstate hustle and bustle.

This property is a few blocks from the expressway so that you are away from the highway noise. We liked this since it is close to town square, not much down there but someplace to walk around. Property is nothing fancy at all, but clean and inexpensive. Comfortable bed and good TV. "Breakfast" is not much. We left about 7:15 am and the office was not openned yet so we missed it this time. We have stayed here before, just passing through on our way to our vacation spot.

Property was very clean! Convenient location off of Interstate 65, around 30-35 mins from downtown Louisville. Would definitely stay again!

What a hidden gem!! Just a block off of the main drag, but the room was updated and spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff friendly. This will be on our "stay here again" list!

Simple, clean and comfortable. If you need a reasonable accommodations not far from Louisville, this is the place. Just 3 minutes off the highway, lots of restaurants nearby. You will find a little road noise from state route traffic, but nothing excessive.

Close to freeway. Caseys next door which was a plus and Denny's a short drive next to freeway.

The overall stay was fine. The room had strong smell of carpet cleaner that didn't seem to dissipate, but the room was clean. It is a traditional motel, where you park your car right outside your room. The breakfast is simply coffee and wrapped pastries with options for cereal and yogurt.

Parking was easy. Very clean. Breakfast was not a good option. Very limited.

Super friendly reception. Beds very comfortable. Room clean. Small motel but have us what we needed, a clean room, comfortable beds, tv, wifi, fridge in room, lovely shower, and some food in our mouths for breakfast before heading out on highway again. Breakfast had two types of cereal, milk, orange juice, water, bananas,apples, yogurts, and various packaged pastries.

We only stopped to have a night sleep and searched hotels with breakfast, but it wasnt worth it as there was barely any breakfast.

Everything was great the only thing is that they do not offer breakfast. When I booked my stay it stated they had breakfast

Clean room, easy access from I-65, polite and friendly staff. The breakfast is pretty basic: cold cereal, packaged muffins, etc.
