The room looked like it’s not been cleaned in months the thick dust in the room and on the shelves and the amount of hair and soap from in the shower still there from many previous! The window don’t lock the shower door was hanging on by one hinge ! There was mould round the toilet rim and on the silicone seal on the sink. And dirt on the bathroom floor The wardrobe was dirty. ! The bed was a king size mattress placed on a double frame so looked untidy too ! Probably the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. ! Yes I only paid £40. But it should have been a lot better than this. And when you walk in to the hotel it smells like an old musty caravan. ! The whole experience was awful !

This was just a cheap Saturday night get away in Blackpool! We’ve sometimes been surprised by these little backstreet hotels! We’ve found some little gems! Not this time though! The shower door was hanging off, the water was freezing, there was a random kettle but no cups or anything else to go with it! Very very basic and we’re not overly fussy! Best to try somewhere else would be my suggestion!

Well I would call it a camping hotel without the tent ,toilet broken for 2 days ,host did try fix it ,by 4th day she got a plumber ,hot boiling water in shower couldn't turn down ,so sink washes ,towels that were given hand towels ,left to your own leisure, no housekeeping ,seen host 2 times in 6 days

i booked this hotel 1 week before my arrival date, 2o check in, paid for train tickets , arrived in Blackpool in time to check in, arrived at property only to be told an email had been sent to myself at 1 53pm to be told there was no room available for myself, my daughter and grandaughter, well there are no words to express the anger i felt, only to be told they had already set a refund, had to spend rest of afternoon trying to get a room on a busy May bank holiday, will not use this hotel and i think it is disgraceful
