Quality Inn & Suites Victorville – Hesperia

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, I didn't care for the kind of eggs they had for breakfast, but at least they had breakfast. It was the cleanest quality inn I have seen thus far. My first time in California and my stay was wonderful.

Everyone was fantastic from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great choices.

Fresh as can get bed cover sheet had.stains all on it bottom sheet had cigarette holes

They need to remove all the carpets in their hotel and install wood flooring. That is so old and dirty. Every time I stay there, I get sick with a runny nose, cough, and wheezing!

The room stunk and broke my 5 year old son out… I’m not sure if it was bedbugs or whatever but he has bumps from head to toe now. Also I asked for an early check in when I booked they said yes if after 11… I got there at 12 and they had me and my small children waiting til 2:30 to check in. First she said give her an hour which I did then we came back and she said they still haven’t started my room so we went to get food and eat THEN came back. She said oh they just started your room. So I stayed parked in the front because my children were getting restless. Finally at 2:30 they let me check in and the room stink but after waiting that long I didn’t even have the patience to try to get it changed. Also I’ve been getting strange charges on my card since I checked out today,…will never book here again
