We booked this hotel after missing our flight from Heathrow, and upon explaining that to the front desk they massively helped us by allowing us to check in early. Hotel was great, though the pool and spa aren’t great for kids! Overall, would definitely stay again.

Parking was a long walk away and completely flooded and muddy The staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel slightly dated and didn’t have windows you could open. Breakfast was nothing special but evening bar food good.

The room is superb, clean and neat. Bed is very comfortable as well. Have a nice recharge there. About the pool as it is not located within hotel, i think its better mentioned as additional to hotel guests and prepare one-time lock for hotel guests so we can also enjoy the experience better.

The hotel is going through a reception refurbishment so it was a little discombobulated at points during our stay. Whilst parking was plentiful, it is in what can only be described as an overflow carpark at the rear of the rugby ground, the furthest point away from the front of the hotel, having to walk the perimeter of the rugbyground to get to reception. On a dry day this was ok, but not one i would relish on a wet or windy day! All staff, from security, reception and bar staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. Checking in and checking out was an easy process. Our room was on the 5th floor at was a VERY long walk from the lift. Whilst the decor is fitting to the rugby world, it was somewhat dark, which made seeing used dumped white towels/bed linen left outside bedrooms, much more noticeable. The room itself was clean and spacious. Nothing spectacular, despite being a more superior room. We had booked the stadium tour, which was good, as was the rugby merchandise store and the museum is worth a visit. We visited both Richmond and Twickenham which are both easily accessible via public transportation. The hotel bar was pleasant enough, the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was a little chaotic. Tables were not cleared quickly. Food items not checked or replenished frequently enough leaving guests having to ask for replenishments. There was no toaster, later establishing this was by request only. Overall, a comfortable but standard stay!

I stayed at the hotel for one night and was very pleased with my stay. The lift was broken when I arrived so they took me up in the service lift, which gave me a different view of the stadium which was great. The staff were really great at bringing my takeaway order up to me. The gym and swimming pool is next door rather than in the hotel itself, but it has great facilities and was a really great addition to my stay. The steamroom and Sauna was very relaxing. The hotel is a short bus ride my local train stations and tube stations.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Big, clean rooms with up to date modern technology. Big tv and lovely big bath. Tea and coffee facilities including biscuits and free bottled water. Fantastic breakfast and really friendly staff We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to stay again.

Connecting to the rugby stadium was neat. Room was freshened up each day, however we noticed clumps of hair on the floor by the door that were not vacuumed, which was disappointing. TV did not work and had to wait for “engineering” to fix the tv the following day. Not sure how someone is not trained to fix the internet connection on staff 24 /7. Young fellow spent quite a bit of time, so we were grateful, as I would not have been able to do it myself. On a bus route and 12 minute walk to Twickenham train station.

Very nice hotel. The staff were extremely nice. Their was a hot breakfast and it was very inviting. The only downside was that the room, especially the bathroom, could have been cleaned better. The bathrooms had a lot of hair and dust. Other than that, everything was fine. Would certainly stay there again.

Unfortunately the TV was not working and we called reception to report it. No one came so we couldn’t use it. When we challenged this the following morning we were given a bottle of water as a sorry. When we opened the curtains in the morning you couldn’t see out as the window was covered in bird poo to the extent we closed it again. Not a section of clean window to look out. We were told it would be 5 mins for more hot food on the buffet breakfast but none came. Then we were told the area closed in 10 mins and at this point my husband did get quit short with the restaurant staff and they brought us what we had been waiting for. I think the room must have not been checked as we only seemed to have one persons portions of the biscuits and tea between 2. We rarely stay away and were deflated by the experience. We had chosen the hotel to experience all the rugby and atmosphere and the room let it down.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were super helpful. Within an hour or checking-in, staff contacted us to check if we were settled. A lovely experience!

Our room is comfortable and big enough for family of 3. Price a little too high but great if you plan to watch rugby games. Loved new deco with Rugby players on wall etc. Bathroom very clean and modern. Will stay again when going to watch England games.

Where to begin? I have been coming to this property since it opened in 2009, when it was a Marriott hotel. In April, Marriott backed away, possibly because of the high rent demanded by the RFU and Radisson took up the reins. It is convenient for me to stay here but, man, does it need renovating. It is old and tired and I honestly believe nothing has been touched since 2009. I have complained in the past out of kindness as I wanted to see improvements. Sadly, nothing has changed although I believe they are proposing to renovate it. About time too!! From the threadbare carpets to the discolouration in the shower, the damaged, marked and OLD furniture, it is not good enough any more. A big plus though was the much-improved Wi-Fi speed. Thanks!! Staff were friendly but this 'old lady' badly needs a makeover.

Great location for central london access via bus/underground. Spacious rooms but very noisy in corridors at night (doors don't seem to keep out any noise). The four pillows provided quickly become as flat as pancakes ! Good wifi. Very good breakfast with wide variety. Will be in London again soon & may stay here again.

Staff were very polite and nice. Room service usually forgot to bring something like cutlery. Housekeeping was a bit mixed, with one day being particularly poor. Lack of drawers is a nuisance. Shower great, no figuring anything out, yay!

There were renovations going on in the building, causing early morning/ all day noise. The rooms have windows but no opening, so the rooms get very hot and the air-con was intermittently working. It was a cool place to stay and their new rooms have been decorated nicely. Little food options in the restaurant.

We paid £500 for one night as was a match day for a king size deluxe. What we didn’t realise is that it was a pitch suite with an incredible view. We didn’t go to the room till 9pm and I wish I’d been told when we checked in & dropped the bag as we would have utilised it. The suite is huge but it’s dated & there were no robes, biscuits or treats which you would expect for £500. We did find an open box of condoms in a drawer which is gross. Our glass door to the balcony could not be opened but there was empty plastic cups strewn across the balcony which want nice to see. Bed was ok, hot shower & nice toiletries.

Room and facilities were excellent but issue at check in when we were told our room had been cancelled which it had not, eventually sorted but given a double room instead if twin which was booked as 2 friends travelling. Restaurant had just opened day we visited and were not prepared, delays of 90mins from ordering to food arriving.

Stayed here for visit to rugby- two nights but won’t come back. Poor service and basic housekeeping, unable to answer basic question about where rugby tour started. Poor communication with customer. Be careful - “pre-authorisation” meant I was actually charged for something I didn’t have so needed a refund. Sharp practice!

Staff are exceptional, so personable and engaging. Phoned up to the room to check and make sure we had settled in okay. In conversation it came up that it’s my birthday this weekend and after I came back from dinner, they had brought up a complimentary dessert and card which was a nice touch. Highly recommend and will be staying again

Our stay was 50% excellence, 50% poor, with nothing inbetween. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were wonderful. The shower was powerful and easy to use, but leaked through the shower screen, and the bath was super slippy to stand in (as was the floor once the shower had leaked on it). We were only given two bath towels for a four person room and couldn't get in contact with anyone in the evening for more. Some of the reception staff were excellent in person, they couldn't do enough to help and advise us both before and during our stay. However, our attempts to call down to reception went unanswered on every one of the three separate occasions we tried to speak to someone (to ask for towels, a menu, and report broken air con). One woman on reception was dismissive of our inquiries for a room service menu and when we went down to ask in person. The windows did not open and the climate control was broken. As mentioned, no one answered when we called down to report it. When I reported it on check out, I was told the air con could be quite hard to use and set, even though I know I had set it correctly and the issue was there was no cool air and no fan. It was annoying to be implied to be too stupid to use it, when it was broken.

It was terrible - on first day, we ordered crib and the staff brought a folded baby crib and she said she did not know how to set it up and simply left it there. When we asked if there was a blanket for the crib, they said there wasn’t one and that a staff member would take care of it the next day. Unfortunately, that night the infant fell out of our bed because we could not use the crib. Even the next day, the crib was still not set up. We went to the front desk again, but even after a couple of hours, no one brought anything. Eventually, the staff brought but he claimed he had delivered it to the wrong room number. On the third day, the room was not made up at all. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had, and we will never stay here again.

Great location for central london access via bus/underground. Spacious rooms but very noisy in corridors at night (doors don't seem to keep out any noise). The four pillows provided quickly become as flat as pancakes ! Good wifi. Very good breakfast with wide variety. Will be in London again soon & may stay here again.

The stay at this hotel was perfect for our needs. We were there for a Rugby match in the area so the location of the hotel suited us. From the moment we checked in to checking out the next day, we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very friendly. We were given 2 of the best rooms in the hotel with view of the pitch at Twickenham stadium. This was a pleasant and welcome surprise for us. We had a few drinks in the bar pre and post the rugby game and had some food too. The bar staff were just as friendly and very attentive. Overall an excellent experience and will look to stay here again for our next planned trip to London in a few months time.

Sehr gute Lage, wenn man "in der Nähe" von Heathrow ein gutes Hotel sucht. In die Innenstadt sind es aber ca. 1 Stunde. Sehr ruhige Lage, Personal einwandfrei. Wir haben nach Ankunft gefragt, ob wir ein Zimmer mit Blick ins Stadium haben können. Die Antwort war, dass aktuell alles belegt ist, aber wir am nächsten Tag nochmal fragen sollten. Gesagt, getan. Wir haben uns das Zimmer dann angeschaut, aber uns trotzdem dagegen entschieden, weil nur ein (King Size) Bett zu wenig war. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern, ausreichend groß, riesiges Fenster (leider nicht zu öffnen), Bad sehr modern. Frühstück war für die Erwachsenen ausreichend, die Kinder haben sich etwas schwer getan. Es gab z.B. kein Scheibenkäse und gekochtes Ei nur auf Anfrage. Achtung: aktuell finden Bauarbeiten im Hotel statt, was zu Beeinträchtigungen führen kann.

Very friendly and helpful staff - the perfect choice if visiting the area - not just for rugby! The prices at the bar were incredibly competitive - infact several drinks are cheaper than the local Wetherspoons!

Room and facilities were excellent but issue at check in when we were told our room had been cancelled which it had not, eventually sorted but given a double room instead if twin which was booked as 2 friends travelling. Restaurant had just opened day we visited and were not prepared, delays of 90mins from ordering to food arriving.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Big, clean rooms with up to date modern technology. Big tv and lovely big bath. Tea and coffee facilities including biscuits and free bottled water. Fantastic breakfast and really friendly staff We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights to see the rugby. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and comfortable. Hotel and room was great and as expected. However our experience the next morning was nothing short of appalling. 45 minutes for breakfast to arrive and when it did the order was wrong. Bacon included with a Vegan request, no beans (oh, these came out 10 minutes after we had finished eating) and also completely forgot that we asked for some gluten free bread. The other breakfast order came with Vegan Saudages and was told that they had run out of meat sausages. Confused by this as orders after ours came out with meat sausages. At no point was anything explained and it wasn't until we complained at the end that somebody apologised. Was told that we wouldn't be charged but still had to pay £15 each for the experience. Would never eat there again.

The hotel is going through a reception refurbishment so it was a little discombobulated at points during our stay. Whilst parking was plentiful, it is in what can only be described as an overflow carpark at the rear of the rugby ground, the furthest point away from the front of the hotel, having to walk the perimeter of the rugbyground to get to reception. On a dry day this was ok, but not one i would relish on a wet or windy day! All staff, from security, reception and bar staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. Checking in and checking out was an easy process. Our room was on the 5th floor at was a VERY long walk from the lift. Whilst the decor is fitting to the rugby world, it was somewhat dark, which made seeing used dumped white towels/bed linen left outside bedrooms, much more noticeable. The room itself was clean and spacious. Nothing spectacular, despite being a more superior room. We had booked the stadium tour, which was good, as was the rugby merchandise store and the museum is worth a visit. We visited both Richmond and Twickenham which are both easily accessible via public transportation. The hotel bar was pleasant enough, the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was a little chaotic. Tables were not cleared quickly. Food items not checked or replenished frequently enough leaving guests having to ask for replenishments. There was no toaster, later establishing this was by request only. Overall, a comfortable but standard stay!

Really enjoyed our stay, restaurant was great so too was TW2 next door. Parking no problem and World Rugby Museum was worth a look too. Not too far a stroll to the train station in Twickenham, about 12 mins , and then a short trip to Waterloo station. We will be back!

We stayed on match day, the staff were super helpful and checked us in early so we could leave our bags in the room pre-match. Great experience during our stay, the room had everything we needed and breakfast the next day was great rather than having to venture out. A brilliant stay.

Hotel is attached to a fantastic gym with a pool and sauna / steam complex and of course to the stadium itself. The restaurant is rather lacklustre, also too bright and noisy but in a pinch it’s OK. I would advise avoiding using the quick check-in as it does not take Amex and the young woman at the desk was unable to help with this after the fact. Overall excellent value for money.
