Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is large and spacious,but it is showing signs minimal upkeep! All the furnishings are old and need updating. Several of the drains and toilets do not work well; especially upstairs. The deck has multiple screws that are not flush and can cause serious injuries. For the price, I expected better quality.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All properties are in excellent condition. The staff is overly friendly and courteous. Nothing is left for you to do.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Layout of house was great. Loved pool table. The pool was extremely clean which was nice. HOWEVER...couches were awfull!!! Did not support guests properly to the point of sinking down and getting stuck. My guest also were not too pleased with the comfort of beds. The exception was the king in the master bedroom.
