Dana Villas & Infinity Suites

Our stay was excellent!! I cannot say enough about the staff and their helpfulness. Very responsive communicating through Whatsapp. The room was clean and the inifity pool was amazing. We had the Junior Suite. Food was fabtastic! We orderdd room service and it came quickly. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Location was fantastic for shopping in Fira. The views were beautiful along with the sunsets. Only 1 issue we had hot water one noght but luke warm the next 2. But highly recommend this hotel!

The property is absolutely amazing! The views are incredible and the service is extremely attentive. We will definitely come back and recommend to anyone. Stayed in the superior pool suite and absolutely loved it.

Absolutely fabulous! All I can say is - if you're going to Santorini, then stay here! Beautiful property with stunning views and wonderful staff. From the minute we stepped into the reception, with jaw dropping views, we received a warm welcome and it just got better from there. A delicious breakfast served by the infinity pool with that view, wine and desserts left in the room and Rituals bathroom products. We will definitely be back next year. An extra special thanks to Alex who looked after us so well.

It was a beautiful property. But we had no idea we would need to walk down 204 steps to one of our rooms. Thankfully, there was a bag porter to help with luggage. The air conditioner went out in one of our rooms, and rather than move us, they brought a fan during the hottest days of the year. We had to leave the door open to bring in cooler air, and I laid half awake listening to noises and wondering if someone or something would come in and make themselves at home. The pool is only available from 12-6 so they can host romantic dinners on the little platforms over the water, but during a heat wave, it would have been nice to take a late swim to cool of after a hot day. It took several attempts to get them to reply to me before our stay about arranging transportation, but the driver found us at the ferry and was very nice so that all worked out well. I guess if I was there with a romantic interest it would have been worth the money, but I’d say this isn’t a family friendly place. We had 6 in our party, including my 77 year old mother, so not ideal having her walk up and down 204 steps daily. I would not recommend this for small kids either.

My husband and I stayed here and we loved it! Expect a lot of stairs but the butler will assist. They have great accommodations and even offer transportation to and from the airport for a fee.

The property had their people to help us with our baggage which was nice. The view was incredible and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Once you are in your villa it is nice and private. They have staff to help with luggage because of the many steps to access the property, i stayed in the honeymoon suite and the outside plunge pool is nice but a bit difficult to enter. The inside cavern pool is incredible you feel like you are in a cave. But access is a bit tricky and slippery, our view was very nice and sunsets were great, we had a nice stay

Gorgeous view, breakfast was great, pool was perfect, room pool was amazing, service good. Pick up service to/from ferry & airport was very costly at 70euro for the 15 minute trip but almost must as I'm not sure how you would find the hotel on your own, nor would you want to carry your luggage on the many many many steps to get there.

Our stay at the Dana Villas was wonderful. From the beginning, the communications were excellent. We made arrangements for an airport pickup which worked great. Our room was beautiful. The restaurant and pool were close by and easy to use. Alex and Thamous were both outstanding--each working hard to outdo one another in service. Two nights we had dinner at a table placed on a pedestal above the pool with a spectacular sunset view of the caldera. I can't rate Dana Villas highly enough. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at visiting Santorini!

Arrived at 245p. Received a room that was part of the CATEGORY of what we ordered but was smaller than we expected. Alex and Anastasia were able to accommodate us to a bigger room in the same CATEGORY as what we ordered which was awesome. The room was clean, however there were ants that would crawl out of their holes and into our room during our entire stay. We simply texted the housekeeping to clean it, and they did promptly. The breakfast was included; we ordered whatever we liked each day after scheduling a time with Anastasia. We are from the states so we got eggs everyday. This location was extremely nice; we had a private pool right outside our room which overlooked the ocean and volcanos—beautiful. It was about a 15-20minute walk from Fira square which had all the street foods, store, and bus route.

There were stains on the walls, coffee splatters in the bathroom and by the pool, and a strong sewage smell that lingered throughout our stay. The pool was filthy until we asked for it to be cleaned. The fridge didn’t work, the bedding was ripped, the furnishings were worn, and housekeeping left either our door or window open on two separate days. The room and pool area were both in need of a fresh coat of paint — everything felt tired and worn. We clearly specified our food allergies before breakfast, yet were still served items we couldn’t eat. The breakfast itself was underwhelming and far below the standard you’d expect at a luxury property. Upon check-out, the Front Desk manager apologized and covered our transfers to and from the port, which we appreciated. She also said the general manager and owner would follow up — but no one ever did. Every other hotel on our trip cost much less and far exceeded in cleanliness, comfort, and service. The photos may look stunning, but they hide a lot. They are not a luxury hotel.

All in all an excellent place. Great views and exceptional service. A few rooms may need a bit of cleaning or updating….but not by much. I’ve stayed here twice and would come again. Really good value and you can’t beat the views! Thank you Danas Villas.

A vista do quarto é um espetáculo a parte. A equipe prestativa e solicita. Só tenho uma queixa: reservei e paguei por um quarto e quando cheguei no hotel, disseram não estar disponível e me ofereceram um quarto, segundo eles, melhor do que eu reservei. Porém, pelas fotos que vi, o quarto que reservei era maior e melhor. Café da manhã servido diariamente no quarto com as nossas escolhas. A piscina do quarto estava suja, havia cabelos dos hóspedes anteriores. São muitos, muitos, mas MUITOS degraus para chegar no hotel.

La habitación muy pequeña. El colchón viejo y las almohadas también nada cómodas. La limpieza del lugar no es la mejor. Tiene buena ubicación y la alberca tiene una vista muy bonita. El desayuno incluido variado y rico.

This was the most amazing stay. We stayed just at the end of the season, and it was fabulous. No crowds, no heat. The property was fantastic and well kept. The hospitality is unmatched. You get what you pay for people!! Don’t hesitate to book!

The staff is very respectful and helpful! They went above and beyond to make the stay experience memorable. Some things need to be addressed. For the price that we paid to stay here per night, you would expect everything to be perfect. Room service food was not the same as the restaurant, you had to pay extra for food to come to your room to enjoy the breakfast floating in your plunge pool yet the food came an hour late than the time you set up with the team. The next time we ordered dinner to our room and it some of our requested items didnt come either. We stopped eating in our room and decided why pay extra for room to be delivered to our room just for it to be cold or not up to par compared to the same exact items getting served in the hotel restaurant. Manager was quick to waive the costs when we complained. The other thing we LOST power in our room the night before we had to leave at 11pm! After waiting thinking it was the whole property, the fault came out to be only in our room and we let the front desk know they offered to change our room but at that point it was like almost 12:30 am after they tried to fix it first. We declined because we would have had to pack all our belongings to move to another room to stay the night and have to checkout the next morning before 11am to make it to the airport which was very inconvenient. A couple other malfunctioning things in the room as well, such as the cave jacuzzi dripped into the room and the jets not working.

The honeymoon suite was very special. The walkout/ cave pool was amazing with a view of paradise.

This is a great Hotel. If you want a quiet stay, avoid the rooms around the pool. We did not enjoy the music from the pool, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a different room where it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and it’s just amazing especially the sunset.

Our stay at Dana Villas & Suites in Santorini was truly unforgettable. The hotel is stunning — from the breathtaking views to the beautiful design and the private pool, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit. It’s the kind of place that feels both luxurious and warm at the same time. The only minor issue we encountered was with the air conditioning, which didn’t seem to be working properly during our stay. But honestly, that was such a small thing in the context of an otherwise fantastic experience. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend Dana Villas & Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. We'd return in a heartbeat!

5 stars property that feels like 3 stars. Staff did not understand request in English well. Keep asking to send request via WhatsApp instead of asking them in reception and when we did, they did not respond to us. Lots of stairs up and down.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more! They made us feel so special on our honeymoon. They welcomed us with flowers and wine, it was lovely. The hotel rooms are SO nice and the views are breathtaking. The staff was also very helpful, which we were so greatful for given all the steps! The included breakfast was also incredible, like the best we had oh my god. I also want to mention how lovely the guys were at the restaurant/bar area both morning and night. Those guys made our day, they were so nice and funny. We can’t wait to come back here!

This was the most wonderful hotel we could've stayed at! It was beautifully located with amazing views of the island, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered every morning was also some of the best food we ate on this trip. The next chance I have to visit Santorini again, I will 100% be looking to stay at Dana Villas & Infinity Suites!

Amazing stay. Great service, quality location, stunning rooms. Breakfast included was fab. All staff were great, but particularly Alex, very friendly and helpful. Cant recommend this place more. Hope you like stairs 5*

Absolutely do not recommend this property to anyone with food allergies or dietary restrictions. We were asked upon check in if we had any food allergies and we informed the receptionist that I had a peanut allergy. They wrote it on a piece of paper. Fast forward to that night when we return to the room after dinner and notice that desert was left in the room for us. Good thing for me paying close attention because the desert left in the room was covered in pistachios. That morning we head down to breakfast and they asked if we had any allergies. I informed them I had a peanut allergy and they enlightened me on everything I could not eat on the menu. I decided on the pancakes with choclate sauce. The food came and presentation was great. Upon finishing the breakfast my stomach starting cramping really bad. We left to go up to the room and things started taking a turn for the worse. I began throwing up profusely, breaking out in hives all over my body and having difficulty breathing. Medical attention was needed ASAP. My whole day was spent receiving medical attention for eating what I was told was a nut free breakfast. The following day, I did not return to breakfast for I did not trust what they said was or was not in the food. Other members of our party went to breakfast. The staff noticed I was missing and asked where I was. After informing them what had happened they informed my party that there were indeed nuts in the choclate sauce.

We had Great experiance , exellente Service especially from Christ, Cristina and Denise they were above expectations. We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa. close to stores , restaurants , Fira square , the view was stunning everything was perfect 🙏♥️

Loved this place. It was close enough to the city to be able to eat and shop or get to the bus station. But also, in a very quiet location they was peaceful and calming. The views were breathtaking. The service was impeccable.

The staff here were amazing. Everyone was so friendly really making sure they we had everything we need, from the restaurant crew to the front desk team to the drivers. 5 star service. Only downside was there are so many stairs to get up and down. If you are not in great shape or have someone older this should be a factor as it did have a negative impact.

Best views of Santaorini, the Staff is the best at what it does, super friendly, extra resourceful, you practically only exist and they take care of everything. Best hotel ever. Great Location.

Views were spectacular. The service was impeccable. Not a place to go if you have mobility issues. There are a lot of stairs, many of which are uneven (this is very, very typical of all of Santorini including public walks).

A superb suite a truely unforgettable trip, made brilliant by all the staff at Dana villas always accommodating and as for orkos the in house restaurant, was fabulous the food was incredible and the staff was really kind and friendly

3日間天気が悪かったので、残念でしたが、とても楽しめました。サントリーニ全体、階段がキツく、スーツケースを運ぶのも大変。空港からはタクシーではなく、ホテルに直接お願いするのが1番！ 朝食も美味しい。種類も豊富。雨だとお部屋まで運んでくれます。
