Alta Vista was great! My husband and I enjoyed the view and how accommodating everyone was. We stayed in the Bebe suite which was right outside the pool. The room was small but perfect for us. If you cannot walk stairs, this is not the hotel for you. There are many steep stairs. Great location if you are looking for quiet but close to the main downtown Fire area.

Amazing little hotel!! Very clean and comfortable. Every suite has a view of the water and swimming pool is incredible! What a view! The daily breakfast they bring to your suite is perfect. There's not really "a lobby" or staff at your disposal but still available via email or Whatsapp. The rooms are well lit and clean -only 2 comments, I wish there was a full length mirror and the bathroom door needs replacing to a more modern type. Other than that, I highly recommend this place, we had a great time!

The staff was extremely nice, however, the rooms have barely any blankets. They are dirty, not cleaned correctly and not much effort put into cleaning. Very beautiful view, but besides that I would not recommend staying here

객실에는 첫날부터 거미가 나왔고 침구는 꿉꿉했습니다. 화장실은 정말 습해서 문을 열어둘 수 없었습니다. 총 3박동안 침구는 새로 갈아주지 않았고 수건도 마지막 날 한번 갈아주었는데 그게 호텔 규칙이라 했습니다. 뷰는 좋았습니다. 그러나 호텔 관리인이 호텔 주변에 잘 없어서 연락이 어려웠고 공항까지의 셔틀 예약조차 어려웠습니다. 짐을 들어주는 서비스는 기대할 수 없습니다. 아침식사 메뉴는 바꾸고 싶어도 호텔 관리인 조지와 연락이 되지 않아 바꿀 수 없었습니다. 호텔 관리인은 그냥 전반적인 일을 하기 싫어하는 것 같았습니다. 끝까지 별 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 다시 가면 이 숙소에는 묵지 않을 것 같습니다. 산토리니 이 주변 모든 호텔이 비슷한 정도로 뷰가 좋으니 저라면 조금 더 좋은 숙소를 잡을 것 같습니다.

Alta Vista is in a great location, with unique style rooms that fit the entire vibe of Santorini. Everything in Fira was walkable and it’s basically in the center of the island, so when we rented a car it made it super easy to see everything. The actual hotel staff that we interacted with were very friendly, kind, accommodating. They brought breakfast to the room every morning, which was a nice touch. The property is slightly outdated, but nothing that bothered us, though if you’re looking for something super fancy this might not be it for you. We also had an issue at check-in where they overbooked the rooms and we were not able to get into our originally booked suite for the first night. Hotel management claimed that they “sometimes randomly upgrade other guests” and that was the reason our reservation was not what we expected. They did move us into your expected suite for nights 2 of 3, but just a warning that you might not get what you booked! That is the primary reason for 4/5 stars.

Alta Vista Suites offers the most iconic Santorini views. Even during our stay with severe gusts and harsh weather, the suite provided warmth and coziness, making us feel completely safe and relaxed. The view was stunning and the property was quiet and private. I’m only giving a 4 because of the lack of 24 hr concierge service. You have to coordinate with them and although they are very accommodating, the coordination of schedules is something you may not want to deal with during your vacation. Specially if you are spontaneous with your activities. The breakfast is delicious.

I will start by saying that the staff were wonderful and very helpful. They helped arrange transfers and adjusted breakfast times to accommodate our travel schedule. But I would say the physical quality of the accommodation was not up to my expectations based on the price and 4 star rating on hotels.com. I also had an issue with adjusting my reservation before my trip. Hotels.com said they could not reach Alta Vista to change my reservation, and Alta Vista told me when I contacted them that they couldn’t make a change due to my reservation being through hotels.com! Catch 22.

Our stay at Alta Vista Suites was our best vacation ever. The location was ideal, the suite was amazing, the included breakfast was fresh made daily and delicious. Manolis and Flora were so welcoming and helpful. I would rate their accommodations a 10 stars out of 5, it was that good. This is a must book location. It was the perfect location to get to Fira and see everything. The view from this place has to be one of the best on the island. We will be back!!!

An amazing property with the best staff. Firostefani during the winter is quiet and most of the cafés and restaurants around are closed, so getting a coffee or food can be difficult during the winter. However, this hotel is a gem which is about 15 mins walk from the main town square of Fira. The breakfast in the hotel was incredible and everything was freshly made in the mornings. The staff were very polite and would address all your concerns with utmost care and importance. We will be coming back to stay here.

The guy that checked me in was so helpful and made my trip easy and fun. He first started by giving me areas of places I could go eat and places I should see. He went above and beyond making phone calls for me, he was extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly would definitely recommend anyone to come here. I am 21 years old I traveled by myself and he helped me get a ATV to ride around the town. The Suite is very quiet and nice. I will be coming back next year as I loved this trip. He also saved my life by providing me with a Plug for my charger as I could not find one on the island Lol!

You have to coordinate with them and although they are very accommodating, the coordination of schedules is something you may not want to deal with during your vacation. Alta Vista is in a great location, with unique style rooms that fit the entire vibe of Santorini. Everything in Fira was walkable and it’s basically in the center of the island, so when we rented a car it made it super easy to see everything. The actual hotel staff that we interacted with were very friendly, kind, accommodating. They brought breakfast to the room every morning, which was a nice touch. The property is slightly outdated, but nothing that bothered us, though if you’re looking for something super fancy this might not be it for you. We also had an issue at check-in where they overbooked the rooms and we were not able to get into our originally booked suite for the first night. Hotel management claimed that they “sometimes randomly upgrade other guests” and that was the reason our reservation was not what we expected. Alta Vista was great! My husband and I enjoyed the view and how accommodating everyone was. We stayed in the Bebe suite which was right outside the pool. The room was small but perfect for us. If you cannot walk stairs, this is not the hotel for you. There are many steep stairs. Great location if you are looking for quiet but close to the main downtown Fire area.

Amazing little hotel!! Very clean and comfortable. Every suite has a view of the water and swimming pool is incredible! What a view! The daily breakfast they bring to your suite is perfect. There's not really "a lobby" or staff at your disposal but still available via email or Whatsapp. The rooms are well lit and clean -only 2 comments, I wish there was a full length mirror and the bathroom door needs replacing to a more modern type. Other than that, I highly recommend this place, we had a great time!

I will start by saying that the staff were wonderful and very helpful. They helped arrange transfers and adjusted breakfast times to accommodate our travel schedule. But I would say the physical quality of the accommodation was not up to my expectations based on the price and 4 star rating on hotels.com. I also had an issue with adjusting my reservation before my trip. Hotels.com said they could not reach Alta Vista to change my reservation, and Alta Vista told me when I contacted them that they couldn’t make a change due to my reservation being through hotels.com! Catch 22.
