The property was clean and tidy both inside the villa and around the grounds. We were generally happy with the resort as a place to holiday in Broome. The included Breakfast was GREAT. One small issue was with the daily servicing of the villa - Although towels were changed and the bed re-made, there was no attention given to replenishment of the tea and coffee used. Our planned 4 night stay was cut to 3 nights because we were delayed by bush fires between Sandfire and Broome. There was no "financial consideration" allowed in the pricing for this unavoidable delay. It is understood that the establishment suggest taking travel insurance to cover emergencies but given the uncontrollable nature of our delay we thought that SOME consideration should have been forthcoming. The room was quite good, clean and roomy however it was missing a toaster and a microwave which was very disappoppointing

Over priced for an average style room. Property showing age and not worth $400 per night. Would not recommend.
