We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it wasn’t even worthy of 1 star. The rooms smelled absolutely awful, and the hotel was extremely old and dirty. The restaurant was filthy, and the beds smelled terrible. We booked two rooms, and both had exactly the same problems. It was impossible not to notice pet hair all over the carpets. At breakfast, one of the female employees was not wearing gloves. She collected used dishes and then refilled the food without using gloves. She even handled the slices of cheese with her bare hands when placing them onto another plate. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and staying at this hotel was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried to contact Hotels.com to explain the situation and make a complaint, but I couldn’t reach them either. After this experience, I will never book another hotel through Hotels.com again.

We were not intending to have dinner as some other revews were so so. However, we changed our minds and are so glad we did. The greek salad and the salmon were excellent and value for money too. The staff were extremely pleasant and we had a wonderful, relaxing evening after a long journey. Merci beaucoup

Rooms slightly outdated but very clean and tidy, will stay there again. Bar and restaurant staff very helpful and polite. Didn’t get to use the leisure facilities due to lack of time.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. We arrived a day late due to circumstances beyond our control and the hotel were helpful in assisting. Hotel is in a quiet area and has a nice relaxed outside seating area We didn't eat at the hotel but the drinks were OK and reasonably priced for a hotel Room was clean and spacious with kettle and fridge Would stay again
