If you are looking for a gorgeous view with friendly service, outside of the busy Interlaken area, this is the place. Great breakfast, tiny room with all the amenities you need, and a beautiful town.

Very clean hotel with excellent service! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to answer our questions. Cruz and other staff went above and beyond to help us navigate public transportation and find the best tourist areas to visit. The breakfast was great, and the view of the mountains and lake was absolutely breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Great stay at Beatenberg Resort & Spa. Cruz the manager was super friendly and went out of his way to help us out. Hotel’s got a lot of history, and the view from the dining room is gorgeous. Our room was spacious, easily fit the three of us. Big plus: the bus stops right out front and gets you into Interlaken Ost or West in about 20-30 minutes. Interlaken itself is stunning — highly recommend staying here as your base.

Our room was wonderful and the view from the balcony was ideal. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We loved staying here! Some of the outside (vegetation and walkways) seemed to be a bit neglected, but everything in the room was lovely. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of foods--both sweet and savory--in a beautiful dining room. We didn't have the time to use the spa facilities so I can't comment on that, but I highly recommend this hotel!
