Pool, hot tub and steam room very clean and well kept. Rooms clean, spacious and convenient. Staff very helpful. The restaurant was in the process of changing providers so day one was so-so, day 2 was better. I am very health focused and realize not everyone is - so I would have more fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, less sweetened things (eg. yogurt, muesli) but I realize this is not to everyone’s taste.

Had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to others. Minor issue was the cleanliness of the steam room and the way it worked (didn’t seem to be doing so properly). Otherwise the gym and pool area was very clean. Again, this was Minto. Everything else was great!!

Großes sauberes Zimmer mit einem leider quietschendem Bett. Insgesamt aber gut ausgestattet. Schöne Lage an einem Park und zentral in Perth. Poolbereich nicht sehr angenehm, dreckiger Rand am Pool, sowie Dreck im Pool und Whirlpool. Whirlpool bis auf eine Düse nicht funktionsfähig. Dampfbad mit rostiger Tür und dreckigen Handtüchern die dort liegen gelassen wurden. Frühstück mit inbegriffen, man erhält einen Voucher und kann sich dann ein Gericht von einer sehr übersichtlichen Menükarte aussuchen. Kostenpflichtige add ons sind verfügbar. Dazu kann man zwischen einem Becher Kaffe und Tee wählen. Der Organgensaft der zusätzlich zum Heißgetränk hätte serviert werden sollen, wurde nicht serviert. Wir haben allerdings auch nicht mehr nachgefragt. Insgesamt war das Frühstück enttäuschend und nicht sättigend.

We found the room to be very clean. Liked the fact that the floors in the room were not carpeted. Breakfast was had limited options. Also, never did get ketchup even after asking twice. Otherwise the waitress was pleasant.

Overall the stay was excellent. The only minor setback was the ac can be loud at night but other than that the facility was outstanding and had a good rest and it was conveniently located downtown Perth. The complimentary breakfast was good but the morning crew Only had one on staff so had to wait a little. Despite that the service was courteous and excellent and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend for those who want a comfy night stay in perth

Staff was very accommodating and the facilities were clean. Breakfast was lovely. The beds were very soft and the pillows were very large with no option for thinner ones. I would rate the hotel overall as excellent but the sleep quality would be rated fair.

My husband and two teenage children did an overnight at this hotel and really loved it. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the shower/water pressure was good. The hotel and grounds are very pretty and the hotel is very centrally located in downtown Perth-we walked to all the shops and restaurants, as well as Stewart Park. The breakfast was very nice and was sit-down vs continental, which was a nice feature.

Beautiful property in an equally beautiful town. We had the king suite which was amazing, kitchen and living room with bathroom, and a massive bedroom with another full bathroom. Spectacular fall views of the park. Great staff too.

Our room was beautiful, seemed that it had been recently renovated. Water for showers hot and plentiful. Breakfast was good and service was efficient and quick. Dining room beautiful and dinner excellent with very good service and an extensive menu. All in all our stay was excellent and we will definitely return.

This was the worst stay ever in a hotel. It started with me arriving 2 hours early and asking for early check in availability. The Front desk told me my room was ready, but I would have to pay $25 to go in early. This was an empty room just sitting there. I've never had this happen in any other hotel around the world - ever! When I brought some friends to the bar, and they asked for a basic drink, the bar staff didn't know how to make it. When my friend changed their order, they weren't sure about how to make a "Rum and Coke". When I ordered a drink that is normally kept in a freezer, the bar staff was surprised and asked me if that was the normal way to store it. The staff is not trained, and the feeling was this hotel was penny pinching to a high degree. I won't even get into the breakfast. It was a poor experience.

The room was spotless and had all the ameniities, including a warm housecoat. There weren't any Teabags though -only a coffee maker and coffee pods. Breakfast was included in my rate and was excellent - though very busy and at times all tables were full so they opened up an adjoining room to accommodate other guests. The Reception Manager was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also in the heart of Perth, next to a beautiful park so everything is within walking distance, though there is a large carpark as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, check-in was nice. Room was cold (it's winter) so pre-heating would have been nice. Robes and sandles would be nice to for using the pool. Breakfast was disappointing as literary at 830am was I ly eggs and potatoes (no meat)

This place is amazing. Spacious room, great location and the pool and spa is great. Our meal at the Hotel’s restaurant, The Locks, was delicious and the dinning room was excellent. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.

It was a nice clean hotel. The amenities were unavailable the on site restaurant was closed for a wedding and on Sundays the spa is closed. I was lead to believe that my room had a jacuzzi tub which it didn't just a regular tub with jets. I felt it was too expensive definitely not worth $300 a night.
