Quiet place

We love this resort. We stayed here last year as well. Special thanks to Nhu Quynh ( Receptionist) and Kim An ( Restaurant). They made us feel like family. Great customer service!

Spa was awesome. Private pool at my villa was spectacular. Ocean view was incredible. Staff super helpful and friendly.

The island and the beach are very nice but the resort was very frustrating for us. There was gardening work going on for the entire stay. With around 7-8 workers. This woke us up early and made us uncomfortable using the pool or even having the curtains open. We complained but nothing was done or compensated for. It was like we was ignored. The rooms telephone and fridge did not work. When we ordered room service the order was wrong. Also we specifically asked if our rooms credit could be used on room service and we were told it could be. To then have to pay for room service and be told the credit was only for the restaurant when we had specifically asked about using credit for room service was very annoying. Again the staff did not resolve or seem interested in making up for the issue. So yeah a frustrating stay. You would be better of saving the time and frustration and going to Hon Tre island resorts
