As a frequent traveler along I71, it would have been nice to know that the hotel was hosting a dog show. We love dogs, however, the occupants of the room next to us allowed their dog to bark ALL NIGHT LONG! We had to sign a paper stating we would not be a disturbance to other guests. Must be the rules do not apply across the board. Very disappointed. One elevator was out of order. Dogs piddling on the floors. We won’t stay there again.

Great Hotel! The customer service was excellent. The lobby was beautiful, cafe had great coffee and snacks and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and so comfortable. Ralphs restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this Hotel!

Beautiful hotel, lobby is very large and spacious. Enjoyed the fitness center and on-site pool is really nice. Room was spotless with all amenities!! Will stay here again. Ralph’s restaurant next door is awesome! Really fun atmosphere and delicious food!!

Excellent location, right of I-71. Lots of parking. Ralph’s Restaurant is immediately adjacent to the hotel and the food and service there was great.

The hotel was nice. We didn't realize there was a dog show that was taking place in hotel. We heard dogs barking and people were loud outside our room. Only 1 elevator to accommodate all guest. No complimentary breakfast for the high cost of room. Front desk staff was nice.

It was peaceful and the facility was beautiful, simple and elegant looking, it smelled amazing. I did not like hard floors in the room, it did not feel cozy, we had barking dogs across tge hall and the hard floors did not provide the sound barrier. The room was very nice but I could not sleep all three nights, maybe because it wasnt cozy. Every morning the pool was out of towels. The restraunt was good but pricey for small portions, theres no microwave in the room. So overall it was beautiful and pretty much quiet but lacked 'coziness' I would recommend and would most likely stay again because of the quiet and the pool was very nice at 7am even without towels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a dog show happening, so the hallways were a bit messy. There was dog hair on the chair and all over the curtains, which is a bit of a problem as my son is allergic to dogs. Overall, the beds were comfortable, the water was hit and it was quiet.

The staff was wonderful, tons of close parking, lobby was roomy and clean. My room had had a smoker/vaper in it. The staff member who I reported it to came up with some Febreeze (ugh but best they could do at the time) and said a person from Corporate had stayed in the room for 5 weeks. Despite the horrible smell being caused by a Holiday Inn employee and that I had booked a non-smoking room (they are all supposed to be that now), no discount on the room was offered. The hotel was full so moving rooms wasn't an option. It was horrible.

I only gave 4 stars for 2 reasons. First the carpet on the 4th floor hallway appeared dirty and stained. Second my room was across from elevator waiting area and was noisy all nite. That room should be rented as a last resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Greeted me when I arrived. Over all I had a good stay and will stay there again. Thank you.

Rooms were so humid that bed sheets were literally wet when getting into bed making a good nights sleep extremely challenging, especially for the price. Room was very clean though and staff was lovely.

mostly good, except being woken up at 8am to ask if I wanted my room clean. Thats to early to be knocking on doors and I really did not like it. Also starbucks did not have liquid sugar for the ice coffee and that was ridiculous. The resturant staff and service was amazing, and the ladies at the front desk were also very helpful.

After traveling five hours in our vehicle, we arrived at your location around 5:00 PM. To our dismay, our room was not ready. We were traveling with two significantly disabled people. Part of a group called Ainsleys Angels to participate in the triathlon at Cesar Creek State Park. We became clearly invisibly upset as our children were tired, cranky and we just needed a cool place to rest and relax and get ready for our next day. Our check-in staff person named Jennifer was very calm, concerned and caring. She did her best to talk us through the process And genuinely was concerned for our well-being. She stated that she expedited our room being finished as quickly as possible that gave me anxiety, thinking our room was not going to be clean and ready. Jennifer checked in with us several times to ensure us that things were moving forward. She had very calming people skills crouch down to make eye contact as we were sitting and waiting. This meant a lot and helped me to keep calm. A room was ready within 20 minutes , or so and when we arrived to our room, it was beautiful very clean and the air conditioning had been turned on so the room was very cool for us. Our stay was very restful that helped us to be ready for our next very busy 5 AM morning thank you Jennifer! On another note, the scen that you have in your lobby that seems lto be coming through your heating and cooling system was very strong and unhealthy for myself as well as our children with disabilities to be breathin

I did not get the room that I ordered which was king standard. I guess they’re telling me the reason was, they can change it even though I ordered it over two weeks ago if they have someone calling in directly to the hotel rather than going through you. They encouraged me to do that next time(call hotel directly). The hotel gave me a number to call and an extension to dial. However, I tried doing that to get some clarification on why when there’s over 100 rooms and I didn’t get what I ordered two weeks ago. No-one answered the number. The hotel worker said they do have problems from time to time with the telephones. Your establishment tried two times to call and get some results, they also were NOT able to get someone to answer. Your establishment said that they would comp me twenty dollars for the inconvenience and said if I talked to the hotel to call back and let them know what was said. This is unacceptable for both your establishment AND the hotel which we stayed at.

The room was not made up as we specifically requested upon check in, as we were there for 2 nights, and when we asked for extra towels because the room was not made up, the staff member we dealt with made us come down to retrieve them ourselves and made us wait an unreasonable amount of time before someone actually got us towels.

The staff was very welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Check in was simple and quick. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s my go to hotel to stay at when I’m traveling to that area. The restaurant inside the hotel has a great breakfast buffet.

Amazingly friendly staff & accommodating!!!! Highly recommend.. newly renovated Restaurant us great just gets too busy sometimes and had to refuse orders/diners for 45 minutes at least twice
