Candlewood Suites Syracuse-Airport by IHG

No obstante que llame dos días antes avisando que llegaríamos tarde en la noche, no respetaron las reservas. Al final, nos dieron nuestros cuartos con mucho trabajo. El lobby del hotel tiene las alfombras sucias y un olor horrible. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

No untensils, plates or cups in thr suite. Parking was easy, great location. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Currently getting renovated... There were bare electrical wires sticking out of the wall in my bathroom and the faucet wasn't really secured to the sink. I get that they're renovating, but it seems like they might have been able to do something better here. We arrived late and only stayed one night, so I didn't bother complaining to the desk people but she seemed nice.

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel. Many of the small kitchen items are not there yet. The staff was able to give us a set of dishes for two when we asked. They are also waiting on replacement items (like refrigerators) to arrive. The current fridge was roomy, but the ice maker did not work. The microwave and dishwasher worked fine.

I had an early flight and required a nearby hotel. The hotel is clearly on the older side and scuffed up a little bit, but it was clean and convenient to the airport.
