When I arrived to check in Friday evening, my scheduled room still wasn’t cleaned. I was given a complimentary upgrade by Dakota, the front desk clerk, who was honest, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. What could have been an inconvenience turned into nothing thanks to Dakota. Breakfast was the typical continental eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, juice, coffee etc, but was warm, refilled often and enough for the large number of folks in the eating area who were dining, I used the gym and, while small, it had all the equipment I needed for my workout. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked inviting right next to the gym. Easy to get to, close to restaurants and near enough to my event that I would stay again if needed.

I have stayed at your hotel several times a year for the past few years, largely because of its excellent location. Unfortunately, during my recent stays, I have noticed a significant decline in the condition and maintenance of the guest rooms, particularly the bathrooms. During my most recent stay, the toilet seat was loose, the hair dryer was not working, and the HVAC system made a loud noise throughout the night. The noise made it very difficult for me to sleep and significantly affected the comfort of my stay. As a returning guest, I am disappointed that these basic maintenance issues were not addressed before the room was assigned. I respectfully ask that management review the room inspection and maintenance procedures and ensure that the bathrooms, appliances, and HVAC systems are checked and repaired as needed.
