American Inn & Suites Waterford

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There are rehabs people living there. The hallway smelled like urine got woke up from people upstairs stomping around charged early arrival fee, which you if I would’ve seen what the hotel was like before I would’ve never even booked it there I will never stay there again that hotel used to be a nice hotel. It is a crap show!!! so outdated. The rooms were dirty. The halls were dirty the floors and going up the stairs were dirt, but it’s just totally disgusting. Nothing good to say about that place.

The hotel was in rough shape!! Very disappointed in the room, the mirrors hadn't been cleaned in months floors were filthy, broken furniture, the security latch on my door was broken in half, the big tub that i was excited to use ... i did not because it was not clean and looked nothing like the website.. i wouldn't stay here again.

When I asked if I could check in an hour or so early, I was told yes for $35 extra. That is more than half of the room price. Not happy.

The room was clean and spacious. Most of all, it was quiet.

The smoke alarm was beeping and was replaced. The tolite wasn’t flushing the way it should have been.
