Check-in was simple and easy. Both gentlemen that helped me were super polite. Also, the serving and set up staff who help with the event I was doing was excellent. Unfortunately, when my fiance and I went to the bar after our event, the service here was not good at all. We were greeted and given drinks pretty quickly but then anything we wanted after that we had to flag the bartender down which was not easy as she was too busy talking with someone at the bar. She did mention this was her friend but we were being ignored and it was pretty rude. We also saw her take shots with this "friend" while making sure she was hiding from camera range. This was just very unprofessional. We would have spent more time and money there but we were not enjoying ourselves as much because of the service. It was very off putting and while we would stay at the hotel again, we would go somewhere else for food and drinks.

Stay was good. Room was nice. Bar and restaurant had great staff. Very clean. Quiet. Breakfast buffet is way over priced ($18) for what is presented/offered. Def not worth that AT ALL! besides that great stay. Dinner was good at the restaurant inside. Service, waitress, and the bartender was Excellent! Cheers to his effort!!

We intended on using the indoor and outdoor pool for our toddler. The outdoor pool is closed with no prior notice posted. The indoor pool’s temperature is not kid-friendly (it was freezing). We had booked two nights and requested to check out on time the next day and be refunded our second night, but the hotel was unwilling. Unfortunately will not be recommending this hotel.

The food was good, although there was no menu in our room. My problem was that the bedding was supposed to be white, but the sheets and down comforter were dingy, tan-ish, brown-ish. The carpet was visibly dirty as well. I was afraid to walk barefoot bc I didn't want to get a foot fungus. This was a short-notice rental and otherwise, I love Marriott. The building looked great, but the room and bedding left something yearning.

Check in not very informative about hotel and options for food. Room was dirty, smelled like a dirty mop was dragged around the bathroom. Hair in and on sink. Toilet had skidmarks. Heat did not work in rooms, locked at 70 and blowing cold air, noisy at night. Service in the restaurant was terrible, waited 5 to 10 minutes just to get seated. And server had a crappy attitude. Food was decent but overpriced.

They did not clean the room, when we asked for room to be cleaned they did our bed but left rhw sofa bed unmade. The drinks and food un the club was always empty. And it was not clean. I have stayed couple lf times in this hotel and it was the first time this kind of things happen.

Shower didn't seemed to be cleaned between guests and pillows on the bed had several hairs on them (gross). Our shower also didn't have a shower curtain. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.

The breakfast was not worth $38 for awful tasting fruit and a small side of eggs and bacon. Room wasn’t cleaned, shower was full of hair. Didn’t even shower due to the state of the shower. Sink was also full of hair. I clean houses for a living and this hotel was disgusting. You could see hand prints on all the doors. Staff was very nice and polite.

Stayed here for my boyfriends birthday since it was close to top golf and we didn’t want to drive far afterwards. The room was attractive and clean for the price. Check in was easy and hotel staff was friendly. Bad area looked good but there was an event and it was crowded. The only negative to this stay was that the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have slept on in awhile. Oh my God - I woke up feeling terrible followed by feeling sore for the next following days. I was not expecting that as hotels beds are usually one of the best

We have mixed feelings about our stay. The check in was easy, but the card hold stayed until I called them upon our return home. It was described as a '"glitch". The accountant was very nice and took care of it. We did not receive our breakfast vouchers causing an awkward encounter when we were given our breakfast bill. Hotel itself is very nice. Our room overall was nice, but was room smelled either like air or carpet freshner. Scent was overwhelming and the windows do not open to allow any fresh air inside. Like I said, lots of ups and downs for the property.

Super-friendly front desk person checked us in at 1am after a flight delay. Rooms were clean and uncluttered—I wish the were adjoining rooms, but next door was okay. We enjoyed the big, wide fluffy pillows.

Horrible stay at this hotel. The Air conditioner was broken and the room was uncomfortable. The bedding was stained as well. We told the front desk and was told that the manager would call us. We received no calls during the day. Upon returning to check out we ask to speak to the manager again but was told that the manager was unable to be located. Still have not heard from anyone two days later.

Great hotel. Very clean and food in the restaurant was also very good. What stands out at this hotel though was the staff. Everyone was helpful and extremely professional. One staff in particular, Ms.Tina, was honestly one of the nicest ladies I have had the pleasure of meeting. I was with a group of hockey players and she went above and beyond in ensuring all the kids had a good breakfast. She even kept the breakfast available an extra hour as she knew kids had a late game. This lady is a gem and the Marriott is lucky to have her!

First walking in the lobby, bar area was very nice. We were checked in by Lamar, who was great. We had added the breakfast passes when we booked and for some reason it didn't show on his end that we did. I had trouble initially finding the email, and i did find and show him but before i found it, he was like don't worry about it, and was going to give them to us. Super solid guy, and we would definitely come back. There was one issue with the room but it wouldn't change us from coming back here. Also there was a note in our room that was very kind. Only thing i would recommend is a raise to the staff. Take care

The guy said the deposit was $50 a piece for both rooms an and charged my card for $225 dollars twice a know until next morning ! Guy at front desk was brushing it off only because it was a deposit but it was the principal! A the holder didn’t drop until 4 days later !

We attended for a business event. Guest services were friendly. Post event was at Woodward’s and the bartender Lindsay was awesome! We added breakfast to our stay, the staff wasn’t friendly and the food was not flavorful although there was a good selection of items. Check out is noon which makes it easier to not have to rush to check out.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. My partner and I only stayed one night, but everything from check in to room cleanliness to safety and quiteness, I would highly recommend this hotel. Only negative is that we paid for "executive suite" and the M Room was not open to us for use. Which sucked. We were looking forward to free breakfast! Otherwise, Great Stay!

It was an ok stay. The smell at the hotel war terrible, something like chlorox. The breakfast was not good either, they have eggs but not sausage and bacon together the same day, only one kind a day, they switch them basically. Anyways, last year stay was better I think, besides the breakfast (it wasn’t good either).
