Exterior of the property was modern and well maintained. The rooms, however, were in need of some work. The bathroom was not cleaned well and there were spots of some substance on the door and sink area. The room door did not seal well and there was a large gap at the bottom allowing light and air directly into the room.

No dining at the lodge. There's morning coffee, only dreadful orange juice. This room 134. Unsafe is the bathroom, the hot water is slow to get hot, the cold water is also slow to get cold. the sink water empties very slow. I have issues with my legs and feet, the shower pipe is out of the wall. There are NO safety bars in the shower, the walls are slippery to lean against for support.

Nice room for an overnight stay. They advertise a continental breakfast that does not happen. Other than that good for a 1 night stay. Pizza next door to hotel is very good.

I’ve stayed here probably a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are beat up and the facility is dingy but for what you pay I have absolutely no complaints. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. If you’re staying in the area I highly recommend.

We have stayed here several times as other options are limited and family lives nearby. The staff are always very nice and the rooms are clean. It’s a basic motel but suits our needs as a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay. That being said - on this particular stay the dead bolt on the door did not work, nor did the bathroom outlet. It was our first time with any issues, so I’ll call it a fluke. Also - the hotel sign is poorly lit on a dark road, and easy to miss.

Front desk guy was very friendly. Room was clean enough to stay in for a night, but plenty of bugs that we had to deal with, stains on the walls, holes in the blankets, and the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. My body actually hurt after. It was fine for one night, but definitely will not return.

The bathroom was moldy, furniture is very old and the floor in the room was very dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned up for week, it was a bad night and experience, the only good thing is that the area is very rotable by the police and that gives you some security.

Bathroom was particularly dirty. Walls and door visibly dirty with hand prints splatter, etc. clearly not cleaned for some time. Molding had heavy dirt and dust. Room had dirt on the floor and surfaces were not cleaned.

Hard to rate this property because it’s a three star motel, but given that and what you’d maybe expect from that - it exceeded our expectations, so I said 4 stars. We stayed two nights at n Dec. The good: very clean; very comfortable beds and pillows, our room had a fridge and microwave, the heat worked well and wasn’t too noisy, it was quiet at the hotel and we slept well. The price was great - much cheaper than the nearby hotel where we usually stay. Could be better: only powdered creamer in the lobby for coffee, no hair dryer in the room. We’d stay again.

Lovely owner. I am handicapped and he noticed my handicapped sticker on the car and gave me an accessible room with a parking space just outside the door. Very thoughtful.

We called from the airport to let them know the flight was delayed. Told "no problem". When we arrived at 230am there was a no vacancy sign up, front door was locked and after calling the number to which there was no answer we were left without a hotel room. We had to find another and basically charged double what we would have while fighting to have charge removed!

The manager had difficulty locating my reservations for two rooms. To my dismay, I was assigned smoking rooms after specifically requesting non-smoking rooms. The owner/manager insisted that I must have chosen them by mistake, however; aside from being a professional singer/actor I have asthma, which is aggravated by cigarette smoke. I’m sure I did not request smoking rooms. I wound up not staying at the hotel.
