Do not stay here. This place sucks. Micro tell down the street is pet friendly. The maintenance guy here is a rude old man. He is a bigot. If you are lgbt don’t stay here. He will judge you for sharing a bed with your husband. And the place smells like marijuana and cigarettes. Bugs too.

I chose this hotel based on the higher rating from the hotel I normally stay in. However, I was appalled at the condition of the property. There were old vending machines in the hall that were not working with very aged faded soda cans displayed. It looked like they were from the 80s. Although, the beds were comfortable, the pictures and curtains in the room were covered with aged dust and spider webs. No coffee made for breakfast so we plugged the room coffee machine in and water started pouring out of it. I have no idea how it is rated so highly compared to my normal hotel.

Very good value. Great restaurant right next-door. The bed cover had quite a few holes in it. The shower was either really hot water or no water. Maybe that was operator error. The stairs going up to the second floor could use a good vacuum. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. I would stay here again

Like that you can smoke in some rooms.

Very convenient location. Close to beautiful dog park for our traveling pets clean, quiet mid week. Roomy parking for truck and trailer

Three floors, but no elevator

Some repairs are needed and updates. Hairdryer fell out of wall , completely when I tried to use. Key would not open door close to my room.

it was good- the only draw back was I was on 2nd floor& there was no elevator. would be difficult for someone with knee/ hip problems

Glad it was pet friendly. However, the paperwork to sign says $15, but was charged $20. When asked about it she said it was just old paperwork. Same amount was on the laminated card in the room, $15. False advertisement. I paid the $20 plus tax per night. No coffee cups for the coffee at breakfast, only paper juice cups. Couldn't explain charges when checking out. 2 different amounts. Housekeeper came knocking hard on door at 10 AM and asked were we leaving, I td her not yet, that we had til 11AM. She asked again, you leaving now, I said no at 11AM and I shut the door. Told man at counter, once I got him in from outside. I asked if he'd come in and check us out and was told to just lay keys on counter. I told him I wanted to check out and I wanted a detailed statement. He couldn't explain the totals on there. I told him I'll watch my bank account and see ehat I'm charged then he will hear from me if not the right amount. I/we will not ever stay there again and probably not an Ecno Lodge again

The entire hotel smelled like smoke. We were on the 2nd floor which was non smoking but the smoke smell was so strong we could smell it in our room.

Room smells like the strongest mildew or something that I've maybe ever experienced. Otherwise no complaints

Room smelled of cigarette smoke... so much so my clothes and luggage smelled disgusting. The water in the shower/tub ran 24/7, furniture was trash, lamp with no bulb, breakfast was old wrapped muffins, zero protein. The staff was nice... but this place needs a tear down and rebuild. Do not stay here... completely gross.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I went to the bathroom and saw a bug that I ended up killing. I would have scored the hotel higher because of the friendliness of the staff if not for the bug. I hate bugs.

Great hospitality, outstanding cleanliness & condition of room. Amenities like refrigerator, microwave & coffeemaker in-room exceeded some higher-end hotels I've visited.

That hotel has a serious custodial staff problem. We stayed there for 4 nights. The first day our beds were made and I asked for fresh towels. We got them, but only 1 hand towel (although there were 2 of us staying there) and it was very raggedy. The 2nd day, no one serviced the room at all. The carpet is filthy--they vacuum, but it needs to be shampooed-my feet were black when I walked on it without my slippers. The available breakfast was really skimpy--and no protein--only carbs. The front desk staff were fine. No problems there.

Saw roach in room . Left a belt in room called within a few hours of checkout and they couldn’t find it. Breakfast had small selection and only open till 9am

The staff lied to me about internet before I checked in and it never worked after bringing the issue up to staff I was told “if I did not want the room to fing leave”

The hotel was nice and the rooms looks just like what you see on the website. The only thing please have the staff check the batteries for the tv remote, my room was dead and I had to look at one station the whole night.

This hotel needs work. The shower leaked, couldn't get hot water in it, very bad odor upstairs. But the worse thing was....we never saw many people, but after 11:00 each night, there were so many people in the hallways talking, and doors kept slamming. Very bad place to stay.

Very friendly staff and very clean place the only thing was we didn't get any rest due to them putting our room next to a room that had dogs and they barked all day and all night long so couldn't get any rest.. but besides that very great place to stay ....

The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is a little dated but clean. My only complaint is the water for the shower would not get hot enough. On a positive note....the pillows were amazing !

The staff were wonderful. But, the beds were SUPER hard and while plugging in my phone charger I noticed behind and under the bed were extremely dirty. It seemed it hadn't been vacuumed in a VERY long time. We got a non-smoking room but it still smelled of cigarette smoke slightly. For the price, I expected a little bit more cleanliness.

The AC was just fine. The breakfast area was very clean.

My room was clean and neat and I had a restful stay. The manager on duty was helpful.

The check ink staff (father son and maybe daughter were great) but what ruined it was the night guy. He was completely rude to my friends and I. Sad. Oh and roaches in room.

Our family checked in after a fifteen hour car ride and noticed the cleanliness right away which was a welcome site. The older gentleman at the desk was a bit short with us but we chalked it up as the earliness of the day and headed to bed. We woke to get the continental breakfast early and realized the only things they offered were coffee, milk, bread and a waffle making machine so decided we'd eat elsewhere. We realized that only two sets of towels for showering were available in our room and asked for another set because there were three of us. The morning clerk was skeptical about the request and acted like he didn't belive we didnt have enough towels. I had to talk him into giving us an extra set and we were made to exchange our towels before getting fresh towels the week we stayed. There were a few complications with keys not working which shouldn't have been a problem but the night desk clerk made sure to let us know he was watching us on camera by showing up to help, but being super negative about the issue. Overall, we had a good vacation and it was nice that the hotel was in good and clean condition but, it would be nice to feel more welcomed by staff. And, the breakfast could be better. We stayed a week and part of that was for the breakfast so we didn't have to spend more money while away. We ate out each day. And oh, did i mention the front desk staff and the rudeness, scrutinizing and creepy way we were always being watched by the front night watchman

The entrance at reception smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. My room smelled of mildew and the ac wasn’t on. The receptionist was very rude and spoke broken English. And the water in the shower smelled like straight pool chlorine.

Very limited breakfast, difficult finding english speaking staff, I have severe neck problem and I asked for a second pillow and was refused, Iwas not informed that if I pay cash there is a deposit of $100 until I arrived for check in, I will not stay there again.

Easy access to dining. Refrigerator and large screen TV. Comfortable bed Maid every day.

The second room was good and the breakfast was good

The breakfast that was advertised was not there. The biscuits and gravy that was put out, did not look that fresh. It was certainly one of the most sparse breakfast offering that I have seen. The people working there were very friendly. We left a day early. Our leaving had nothing to do with the facility.
