We stayed on the way back to the UK from the Alps to break the journey. It was the perfect place to stay. Clean, quiet, secure parking, modern and a great breakfast in the morning. Couldn't ask for more. Cost us about £10 more than a tired motel from other chains but worth every penny.

Excellent location and fine staff, this hotel is convenient located between shops and dining options, a very nice American Diner only 1 minute walk from the hotel. Nice staff, welcoming and helpfull. The family room was spacious and clean. Nice beds and comfy pillows. Free parking available near the large parking space, or for €10 at the private parking space of the hotel, more secure.

We stayed here as a family of three on our way skiing and it was a brilliant stop. Firstly the reception staff were amazing and helped me booked our car in the secure car park which is €10 but you can park outside for free but as we couldn't see any other english we thought would be more safer. The hotel is really modern and the rooms are small but have everything you could need including a powerful shower. Breakfast was yummy also. Outside the hotel is lots of eating places and entertainment. We went to Holly diner which we didn't enjoy but you do get 15% discount for staying at the hotel. We will be staying here again as was the perfect stop.

We spent one night here, returning from a longer trip. The rooms are nice, though relatively small. Equipment is great, beds are comfy, and the staff is nice and approachable. There’s a fenced in parking for a price, and the hotel is right next to restaurants with a shopping centre (including a huge Carrefour) nearby.

Gelegen op een winkel plaza met oa verschillende eetgelegenheden en makkelijk te bereiken. Kamer is goed verzorgd. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en reageert vooraf heel snel op vragen. Simpel maar lekker ontbijt. Privé beveiligde parking. Sommige zaken kunnen wat onderhoud of aandacht verdienen (wc bril los, iedereen kan heel makkelijk hotel binnen en buiten, tapijt in de kamers is niet hygiënisch)

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung genutzt. Wir erhielten vorab ein Info, dass das Hotel über gesicherte Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig, 12 Euro) verfügt. Da wir mit vollgepackten Auto anreisten, fanden wir das sehr nützlich. Aber es gibt auch genügend kostenfreien Parkraum vor der Bowlingbahn bzw. dem Kino. Die Zimmer wirken neu mit cineastischem Touch/ gute Betten/ Raindance-Dusche und vor allem (insbesondere auf den sonstigen französischen Standard in anderen Hotelketten bezogen) sehr sauber. Im Umfeld des Hotels gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Im Umfeld gibt es auch einen großen Carrefour mit günstiger Tankstelle.

Absolutely appalling greeting by the member of staff who checked us in. Fortunately we didn't see her again. Very clean room albeit small. Excellent breakfasts including hot choices. The young lady attending breakfast worked so hard to keep everything replenished. Apart from the first member of staff who was awful, everyone else was pleasant and helpful. Tram/bus stop to Town was five minutes walk away. Chargeable secured parking was not offered but was not needed as free general use parking available within 1 - 2 minutes walk. Note that the restaurants in the immediate area will give discounts up to 15% to hotel guests but the hotel didn’t mention this. We asked and got favourable responses....

Petit déjeuner fruits (poires et raisins passés et plein de moucherons Personnels peut impliqués qui te laisse partir au parking sous la pluie sans donner le code donc aller retour sous la pluie À oublier et passez votre chemin

Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, freundliches und zurückhaltendes Personal. Es ist ein Hotel zum Übernachten, nur zum Übernachten. Diese Funktion erfüllt es bestens. Mit dem Auto super erreichbar, jede Menge Restaurants in der Umgebung.

The room at about 24m2 was on the small side but perfectly functional and with a large bathroom. Extremely clean and well appointed and decorated with kettle etc and safe. Decor was in great condition, stylish and up to date. ALL the staff were remarkably helpful but my vote goes to the gentleman and lady serving breakfast who worked tirelessly to keep a busy breakfast area sorely serviced. They appeared to take pride and pleasure in exceeding expectation. So very refreshing! And the quality of the breakfast selection was better than I have had In many a five star hotel. Such a HUGE range and very high quality. This was my first stay in a Best Western and I will in future put them at the top of my list. Terrible is they can’t all be that good, can they! Thank you Best Western. * * * * *

Air conditioning didn't work, just blew out warm air. Room was very tired, it needed a good make over. Toilet wouldn't flush. Glad we only were staying one night.

Good location with plenty of parking. The double bed and pillows were excellent. McDonald’s minutes away as well as restaurants. The room’s layout was poor as the bed was positioned so that if anyone went to the toilet they would turn the light on in the face of the person sleeping and the pull out bed had no overhead light. Lord of noisiest (like running water etc) throughout the night, not ideal for light sleepers.

1 nuit reservée 1 semaine auparavant. A mon arrivee vers 17h on m affecte une Chambre au rdc a coté de l ascenseur a cote du hall d acceuil. Apres qq minutes dans la chambre on entend toutes les personnes qui prennent l ascenseur et qui discutent , rigolent... Je demande a changer de chambre et on me dit impossible et il faut que je fasse 1 mail a la direction ( pas possible par telephone) On me dit que dans tous les cas il faut bien qu il y ait 1 client dans cette chambre Apres qq minutes on me propose une chambre juste a cote mais qui est en quarantaine a cause d odeurs d egout. Je choisis donc l odeur plutot que le bruit... Je pensais dormir avec la fenetre entre ouverte mais imposdible de mettre la securite sur la fenetre Voitures garees juste sous la fenetre a 2m et donc le bruit des voitures en plus le soir et le matin. Aucun geste commercial de proposé ,je paie plein pot la chambre et ils me facturent meme le parking en sus Aucun sens du commerce ( une boisson offerte ou oarking ou geste sur le prix de la chambre....) J ai laisse un message sur l enquete de satisfaction la veille au soir mais personne ne m a contacte Je paie le sour et demande la facture et on le dit qu il faut la demander le lendemain matin J ai plus l habitude de Accor , on m avait recommandé BW , j ai testé et donc je reste chez Accor

J’ai passé une très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, le personnel de la réception était souriant et disponible, ce qui fait toujours plaisir après un long trajet. Le petit déjeuner a également été un vrai moment agréable : les personnes de la réception étaient aimables, attentifs et réactifs, veillant à ce que tout soit parfait. L’ambiance générale est calme et soignée, on s’y sent bien. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain passage

Excellent Stay in a Convenient Location. We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at this hotel. Léna was incredibly helpful before we set off ensuring that our requirements were met. From the moment we arrived, the front desk made us feel welcomed - they were knowledgeable about the hotel’s amenities, our room, and gave us fantastic recommendations for nearby places to eat (there are several restaurants next to the hotel and most provide a discount if you stay at this hotel). The location is ideal for a stop off for longer drives as it is located close to the main roads. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was great, had everything we needed, was quiet and the hotel even in provided complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommended!

Absolutely appalling greeting by the member of staff who checked us in. Fortunately we didn't see her again. Very clean room albeit small. Excellent breakfasts including hot choices. The young lady attending breakfast worked so hard to keep everything replenished. Apart from the first member of staff who was awful, everyone else was pleasant and helpful. Tram/bus stop to Town was five minutes walk away. Chargeable secured parking was not offered but was not needed as free general use parking available within 1 - 2 minutes walk. Note that the restaurants in the immediate area will give discounts up to 15% to hotel guests but the hotel didn’t mention this. We asked and got favourable responses....

Really great hotel. Excellent service and breakfast. Comfy bed and good air con. We used as a stopover en route to the south from Calais and so happy we decided to upgrade a bit from our usual budget hotels. It made a huge difference to have facilities around the hotel too.

La chambre est propre. L’emplacement est bien car il y a de nombreux restos autour. La note est moyenne car le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur. Les tables ne sont pas débarrassées!!! Il y a peu de choix. Le personnel ne semble pas motivé à débarrasser. Je n’y retournerai pas!

I did not verry good sleep to now that our car was parked with suitcases etc on a parkingplace that was in public and there walked a lot of people around…. Sorry for my english. We stayed for one night and it was okay. We arrived and parked the car without any trouble. Our room was a bit small, but it was clean with comfy beds, and also dog-friendly. There was no dining service in the hotel, so we went to the restaurant next door. It was okay, nothing special, but it would have been nice to have this service in hotel, or at least recomend .Breakfast was good. Overall, not a bad hotel.
