Bed was very uncomfortable, my back hurt. We went to use the hot tub and it doesn’t work. The properly needs a major renovation and the cost was the cheapest.

Hotel looks nice outside, but some deferred maintenace and not working wifi.made my stay less enjoyable. Staff are indifferent and not well trained. For example, I was told breakfast served from 7...when it was set up at 6 every dsy. when i asked about nearby restaurants, i was told theyre mostly downtown...when in reality there are 6 or 7 good chain and.local restaurants wthin a block i travel for business and the ability to work in my room is important. i stayed 3 days and never had stable wifi servoce for more than a minute. Front desk staff just kind of shrugged and indicated thats just the way it is. Hot tub jets werent working. back door wasnt working. My room wasnt made up on day 3, so o had no towels. i should have booked at the Springhill Suites across the street.

We had to sign a waiver when we arrived that we wouldn't smoke, which we don't, and then they put us in a non-smoking room that smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that my nose was burning. Also, the Jacuzzi was out of order, which was an important part of the stay for us. After being out in the cold, we were planning to come back and recover in the hot tub, so we were very disappointed.

Loved the room it was spacious amd exactly what we needed. The hotel is a bit older and run down. The hot tub was broken but the service and employees were super nice. Would stay again

The pool and hot tub are disgusting. The tiles on the wall are failing. Even the window screen broken. Garbage, half eaten food, used towels around. The bottom of the pool is colorful in a bad way. And the hot tub handrail moves about a foot if you touch it. Breakfast-eggs in about quarter inch of water. Had to drain when trying to scoop. Milk pitcher had a line to show where it was full after use. So clearly milk sat in it a while. Room-mildew smell strong enough my child asked what the smell was. Fan high pitch awful noise. Child was there for a sports tournament, couldn't take a bath after cuz no plug. Good-Hot water super hot. Comfy mattress. Loved the pillows. Quiet. Ate yogurt and made waffles for breakfast. Staff was nice but had an issue checking in cuz Expedia they said? I had already paid the bill.

TV didn't work when we first arrived, but the personnel quickly got it programmed and going when we told them about it. Our grandson wanted to stay on the 3rd floor, which was fine until the elevator broke. The continental breakfast was good.

My wife stayed in a 2 queen bed room for one night and upon arrival found stains on the comforter of one bed and blood stains on the mattress of the other. She found mold growing on the walls of the bathroom. The morning she left she had to wait at the front counter for almost 10 minutes before having someone help her. I normally had a good experience at this establishment in the past but was very poor this time around. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again

So dirty! The room, elevator, hallways...it was just very run down and dirty. There was also vommit not cleaned up around the pool. So gross. Also they do not refresh the rooms during the visit.

Hotel is old but looks like they have tried to do updates. The hallways & lobby were very hot. Room only had ac in the bedroom part so we could not shut the door. Room was not dusty but needs a carpet cleaning & deep clean. It smelled like cigarette smoke. Hallways were dirty. The elevator made a odd sound so we only used the stairs. Pool was very dirty. I would not stay at this property again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We travel often, and I can't believe this place is listed on Hotels.com. The room was extremely dirty, I couldn't sleep at night due to the odors, and the bedding felt horrible against my skin. The worst part was the front desk; they are never there in the mornings, so you have to wait. When they do arrive, they are the rudest people ever.

Extra star because the man at the front desk was helpful during my late night check in, but the room wasn’t cleaned, and even after getting that fixed with a different room, the other room didn’t look much better. The entire property looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months.

The location was great but the overall experience was a mental game. I had to talk to myself about how it's just for one night, I can do it. The room smelled and bathroom was mold at the base. The whole hotel need a deep clean and we will never stay here again nor recommend it. Can we get a refund?

I'm here for business and a quick overnight. I need to write up a report tonight and the internet doesn't work. The on-duty manager's only resolution is to reset the router but it doesn't work. Absolutely unacceptable in 2025, who doesn't have internet? Absolute Fail. I'd go to another hotel but it's already 9:00 and I had a long flight and a long drive to get here. My advice: stay somewhere else.

I stayed in a double Queen room. It was very spacious, had 2 queen beds plus a sitting area with a couch and ottoman so lots of run to spread out. Also really Liked the dual sinks in the room, with the shower and toliet in a smaller separate room. Breakfast was decent…usual cereals, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, muffins, juice and coffee. Convenient location and parking was easy. Would recommend this hotel

Room was 97 Degrees when we got there. Turned on the AC, and 2 hours later it was still 91 degrees. Talked to Malyia at the front desk, not helpful in the least. No fans, no other rooms, nothing they could do. 10 pm, still 88 degrees in the room so we left with a signed promise of a refund. 10 days later and still no refund.

Girl at the front desk was beyond rude for no reason . Basically said I need to call the bank and when I did she still said it was wrong. Finally someone who actually knew that the charge was a “holding “ amount which I have never had a hotel do before . Once that was explained to me I just had to deal with it . Properly is run down needs a lot of work. Good thing it’s walking distance for a lot of things .

We needed a place to stay one night, driving through for 11 hour drive to ca. A place to relax and kids burn energy at the pool. Unfriendly Staff at desk was not informative about offers and hotel services. Never asked for car id for parking, so assuming no security. Tv devices didn’t work, mud and rock was tracked from entryway rugs into hotel room. Our room had strange set up, sink and counter in the room separate from the room with toilet and shower. Pool felt like pebbles and not heated. Pool towels were hand towels. Hot tub was not hot. And text messages were never responded to if we needed service. When checking out nobody at the front desk on the morning. We just left our keys on the desk. I say only good thing was our room had 3 beds and morning breakfast was good.

I liked that there was sufficient parking for residents. The area is beautiful but a little difficult to enter from the main street. The facilities were clean and breakfast was adequate. Thanks for a lovely stay.

My stay was great! rooms were clean and at a comfortable temperature. Staff was very professional and friendly. The only thing is the breakfast options are not very good. I stayed with my daughter and needed to have breakfast pretty early because of the event we were there for. Breakfast was available at a later time than other places we've stayed at, and the food area is very crowded with not enough stations waffle stations. When there's a lot of people trying to get breakfast and eat it's very frustrating.

Place seems like a they put a shiny bow to cover a lot of little problems. Tile in the pool is falling off the walls. A large group of locals came in and took over the pool as there’s no security. Seems to be falling apart in a lot of places. Breakfast was baaaad. All the bread and bagels were dry and hard, the apples were rotten in the fruit bowl, and the no bacon (as advertised in the giant sign outside). If I had paid less it would have been expected but I looked for a place that charged more in search of a better experience for the weekend.

Quiet and clean. Breakfast shown on the bill board looked much better than the actual offering. No Scrambled eggs. Instead they were preformed "omelet". Boiled eggs were very rubbery. Sausage instead of bacon. There were some cold cereal choices and waffles stations which we didn't try.
