The pool area was ideal. Hot beverages and cold water always available in the lobby. Our room had an excellent view of the Logan Temple and Old Main set against the mountains. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold items. The bed was more firm than what we were used to. While located on main street we enjoyed walking to local shops and restaurants and we even shopped a local farmers market next door. This property is very clean. We always saw someone cleaning in the main areas and hall. The staff was always friendly.

The property was great. The room was very nice. Everything smelled good. The pull out bed was even comfy. They had cookies and a hot drink station in the lobby. The hot tub was broken while we were there. That was a bummer, but they were actively working to fix it. I would recommend this hotel and we'll stay again in the future if our travels take us to Logan again.

Best swimming pool and hot tub Ive seen at a hotel of this caliber. The inside outside hot tub in winter is great after a day of skiing! Lots of kids though. The staff was friendly and the place is fresh and clean. I will stay again!

Our stay overall was decent. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good with lots of options, the lobby and our room were clean. We did not find the beds to be comfortable, and the pool area was packed and a mess and they were not restocking the pool towels so we had to hunt some down at the office. It worked for us for one night.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Logan. Bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, but overall it was a great stay. Definitely best pool For families.

Overall it was a nice stay and would consider it again - however the parking lot was a sheet of ice and did not have enough parking stalls for everyone. The Breakfast was hit and miss, good one day, not so good the other. And pool looks way nicer in the pictures than it is for real. The room was nice and spacious, staff was friendly. Again overall a nice stay

We have been staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Logan since it opened and are truly amazed that the room, and in particular the bathroom, are still as clean as they were for our first visit.

We were let down by this hotel. The lobby looked beautiful but the rooms were nothing great. The phones don’t call the front desk, which the front desk knew about. When we checked in we weren’t told anything about the property and couldn’t find the elevator. The sheets and bedding were the roughest we’ve ever felt. As well as stained in spots. We were all so uncomfortable. The bathroom didn’t feel clean and just overall wouldn’t stay again.

I loved how spacious the room was. We had to get a pack and play for our baby and when we opened it up, it was covered with dried milk. It was disgusting. The front desk staff did get us a new one that was in perfect condition. The pool was fun because it had different sections you could swim in and the hot tub was indoor and outdoor both. Overall, our stay was good, but the room definitely could’ve been cleaner.

This is a new-looking property that is situated in the heart of Logan's downtown. It's a cute and thriving downtown that is entirely walkable, with many dining, entertainment and shopping options. Although the hotel was busy with many customers during my stay, I did not hear anyone since my room was so well insulated. The staff were all friendly and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Really loved the hotel and amenities. Location was excellent. Only thing was it seemed like the soundproofing wasn't great? We had a street facing window and it sounded like the window was open, though it was closed. Also we could hear every footstep of the guest above us during the night. Breakfast was great, everything was very clean and well put together. The room was wonderful, again clean and put together. Really appreciate the attention to detail.

Desk clerk was so positive and friendly. When I got to the room I found feather pillows and called to request non-feather. The clerk said she was new and didn't know where they were but would find out. Within a few minutes she had called the manager, found out the room had a mixture of both types. She checked each pillow for me and found only one of the 8 total in the room were down. She quickly rounded up fiber fill pillows for both queen beds in the room. The next morning the AC wasn't working right, so i called the morning clerk and within a minute she had a new room for us on the same floor and upgraded us to a king suite and asked ifwe needed help moving our things. Right after our check in and after moving rooms we got text messages checking on us and asking if we needed anything else. I know they're automated texts but it is a nice touch. We were also impressed with the pool and hot tub. Big and clean, and with an awesome, large, kiddy pool. No kids with us but rarely have we seen this nice of a family pool. We have been so impressed with the hospitality services here.

2 guests with walkers. Asked for the closest rooms available. We got there at 4:30 and were told that the only rooms available were 187 or 387. Did not know there was not an elevator available. We were put in 387. Due to the extreme pain walking we were not able to go to dinner. We were not able to go down for breakfast do to the long walk. By lunch time we decided to check out and go somewhere more accommodating. So my advice for this motel is to train your desk service people to be more considerate of guests who are struggling to walk.

The front desk girl was not very friendly she was rude. Our room was very clean and quiet as in we couldn’t head other guests BUT our room was on the East side which had a great view and Main Street car traffic which we heard all night and because of the slushy road conditions it was incredibly loud. I would stay here again but ask for a west room.

Well kept property, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The only negative I have is that the part of the hotel we stayed in was on the east side directly next to main street, which was quite noisy. Traffic calmed down later at night but picked up again first thing in the morning. If you stay there and are susceptible to noise, ask for a room away from main street.

This hotel is great. Right in the heart of Downtown Logan, it is so convenient to shopping, dining, activities and the University. Many places can be walked to. The hotel rooms are comfortable and quiet. It was great to be able to walk out of the hotel and see the Utah State Homecoming parade. After trying a couple of other hotels in the area, this will definitely be the one we return to.

Hampton Inn Logan is a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay. The lobby is welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is a great perk. While the bathrooms, TV, and flooring could use a little updating, everything was comfortable and I have no complaints overall.
