Staff was friendly and the parking lot was very well let all the through the night.

No paper towels in the men’s bathroom in the hallway. Ice machine was broken. Our main light when you first enter the room was out. Only one wash cloth. The hair dryer needs to be mounted on the wall!

Front desk was amazing only issue is that the ice machine was broken but you can ask for bag of ice at the front desk. Place was very clean 10 out of 10

Absolutely awful!! Never ever would stay here.. the place smelled soo bad. Rooms were dirty and had used dirty towels on floor. Got another room and still nasty and smelled. Went to front desk and another guest was on her third change of rooms for being gross. Advertisement for pool- they do NOT have a pool. When asked for a refund it was denied by manager! Walked out, it was so gross I couldn’t handle it for an entire night. The other guest complaining was also denied a refund. Worst place. Do NOT recommend.. save your money and time and stay somewhere else!!

While generally a good stay several negatives arose which did not happen on previous stays: I had to change rooms as the refrigerator was not working. In the new room the desk lamp wasn't working. My girlfriend (with her dog) had to change rooms as the first room had a terrible odor. In the second room she had to move the microwave as it wasn't working where plugged in. We had to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper! No tissues were available! There were beer bottles just sitting in the parking lot (risking being knocked/driven over). The outdoor garbage can was full to overflowing all over.

Place looked like it was recently renovated. Clean nice room pet friendly hotel. Stag was super nice and friendly. I would recommend staying here as it was a very nice clean comfortable place to stay. One thing I can recommend to the place is the doors slamming shut from the exit’s and rooms late at night and early in the morning. All the doors close with a loud bang. Not sure what can be done about that.

Looks and smelled clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good (can improve). I wish they had a laundry room for guests.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly, room was very clean and had everything we needed, parking was plentiful, breakfast was ok. My only real complaint was the back door. We were in a room right next to the back door, which slams shut. Since this area of the hotel was reserved for guests with pets, the door was slamming at all hours of the evening and night. Not only did that startle our little poodle, but we got no sleep. The door needs a silencer/shock absorber. I reported this to the front desk and the nice lady had no idea there was an issue with the door. Another guest there confirmed what I said. I really don’t like to complain in general, it was a very nice hotel. But we had been on the road for over 8 hours and were looking forward for a good night’s rest for the next stretch of our drive.

Traveling with cat and had a pet friendly room. Comfy bed. Shower was outdated but worked well. Very loud though- we were by the back door and people were in and out all night. Back door also didn’t lock. Fine for a quick stop with a pet.

Cleanliness was excellent, breakfast was okay, AC was barely sufficient in cooling, website listed a pool but this facility did NOT have a pool (we ended up going to the pool at a hotel next door, which was excellent)

Staff were very polite, but for a place that was "recently renovated," it can use much more work. The room was not clean. Stains were on curtains, bed topper, and every lamp shade was browning at every edge. As soon as ai touched the bed, a roach greeted me by walking out from behind the headboard. I killed it and another creepy crawley soon after. More insects began to inspect my hygiene bag and toothbrush as soon as I turned off the sink light. The bed was soft and the sheets seemed clean, but it was difficult to sleep because I kept imagining roaches on me. I don't think the room was up to code either since the two water sprinklers were crusted in rust or filth and deeply set into the ceiling, which was crumbling around them. The room door has a significant gap with the doorjam, so it was fairly noisy in the room. Plus the extra lock wouldn't close because the door part didn't align with the wall lever. Also, the lobby smelled of both types of rec smoke when we arrived.

The property was fine, but unfortunately I killed several cockroaches in my room.

There was rude employees aside from one who was a previous bus driver. Still haven’t gotten a call back from management. There was blood stains and multiple stains on the sheets and mattress cover and pillow. And a hole in it. Plus hair. And apparently there was no extra ones (mattress covers) and cleaning people left. So we had to make the bed ourselves with no mattress cover. I guess they clean them and put it back and that’s disgusting first of all second there should be multiple back ups and it never should have passed inspection. There is zero way they didn’t notice it unless they don’t strip beds inbetween. There was also hair and the towels smelled like spit up milk. No way it was cleaned and again had hairs on them. Absolutely disgusting

When I arrived , check in was easy , the room was decent and clean but I didn’t end up staying . I left to grab food and when I came back there were some cockroaches under the bathroom sink so I packed up and left . The front desk and manager were apologetic though and refunded my $50 required deposit , had to contact hotels.com to refund the stay and they did

Throughout the night we found three cockroaches. Two small ones and a medium sized one. They were all in the bathroom. We let the front desk know when we checked out but she seemed dismissive and simply stated “we’ll look into it.” We weren’t looking for a refund but people stay there with their children and these were not water bugs. These were actual roaches. The ones that can cause an infestation, if there’s not one already. Just wanted to make them aware so that no one on the future would have to deal with this.

Nice friendly welcome & easy check in. Room - we had 2 double beds which were very comfortable. All very clean. Amenities ie fridge/microwave/coffee maker/hairdryer. I was OK for breakfast (toast/bagels/waffles/cereal) but my husband would have enjoyed some bacon & sausage & scrambled eggs. All very clean. Value for money and would definitely stop there again. Not far from shops/restuarants.

The desk person was quite friendly and had excellent customer service! There were a few restaurants we could walk to. Our room was super clean, quiet and the beds were super comfy!

I am writing to share our unfortunate experience during our recent stay at your hotel, which significantly deviated from our expectations based on the positive reviews we had read. We traveled for 12 hours from New York City to reach your location, only to encounter a distressing situation upon check-in. Upon entering our room, we were alarmed to find roaches scattering throughout the space. We promptly reported this issue to Lydia at the front desk, who did not provide the level of customer service we anticipated. She suggested relocating us to another room in what appeared to be an equally infested building, which was unacceptable to us. We requested a refund due to the unsatisfactory conditions, but were informed that this was not an option. Lydia offered to contact a manager, but the response was inadequate and left us feeling ignored. Additionally, while speaking with Hotels com, we learned that the hotel had already processed the payment and deposit, and they indicated that only your establishment could authorize a refund. Regrettably, during our time in the lobby, we also observed a roach crawling across the floor, which only added to our discomfort. Lydia's comment about needing to endure uncomfortable situations to resolve issues felt dismissive, especially when I inquired whether she would be willing to stay in a room infested with roaches. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! We are requested a full refund on the two rooms we paid for.

Check in was great. Nice people. Room was all right - TV stopped working and toilet paper holder was broken

Noisey. Loud. Room near exit door Slamming exit doors. All night Poor front desk communication

The walls are not insulated well. Can hear conversation in next room and hallway. Dog barking all night long made it hard to sleep. The bead was hard and un-level. Our neighboring room would randomly hit the wall with our headboard on it. Causing a loud noise and our bed to shake on and off all night long.

Most comfortable bed ever!!

The room was very nice. Breakfast was adequate. No soundproofing whatsoever. Could hear people talking in the hallway, dogs barking, doors slamming.

Great deal for the price. Building new and modern. Nice enough breakfast- only issue are the room doors have no padding/caulking and whenever a ‘neighbour’ shot the door it reverberated throughout the hall.

Quick overnight stay. Decent area conveniently located off the interstate. The shower was a plus and the bed was super comfy.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was very friendly and outgoing. She told me all about the area and gave me suggestions where to eat. (Room 106) I appreciate that the bed linens were very clean and the pillows were soft and fluffy. The bathroom for some reason had a very bad smell like old urine or vinegar. The shower door doesn’t close properly so water was getting all over the bathroom floor.

It was a perfect stop for us. We are driving to Florida from Pennsylvania. Clean and comfortable. The beds are like marshmallows, so airy and fluffy.

Our AC didn't work, small limited plastic shower that was very slippery, check in lady was unfriendly and rude. Limited. Area restaurant's.or second floor window was broken , screen ripped partially open and window would close all the way. Room was hot bad nite sleep.

It was a great stay. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. The room was way above comfort, clean, quiet and restful. Whenever I visit any cities in the USA . . . . your hotel will always be my first choice. Thank you for having me.

When I checked in, a person named "OM" was a COMPLETLY UNAPPROPRIATE!!! I travel with my service dog and OM started harassing me and wanted to know what my disability is and legally he is not allowed to ask me that! And he started yelling at me and told me he can do whatever he wants. I offered to show him my service dogs papers and he said no and he came around the counter to look at me and look at the dog and he said, what is your disability?.. I was about ready to call the police and have him arrested. he was a completely out of hand!! The girl at checkout in the morning was completely opposite. She was very nice. She apologized for him. And told me she was going to tell a manager or someone and if they could call me. I said yes. No one has called me. I will never stay there again!

Sleep Inn is conveniently located along I-95 with several restaurants close by and a Starbucks. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. Overall good experience.

Checking left a LOT to be desired. Took 4 hours to arrive there only to be told I couldn’t get checked in because the hotel needed an additional $100 for “incidentals”. This was not stated when I reserved room and I really had no more funds. The guy doing checkin clearly showed he could care less about my situation…watched me in distress and tears and offered nothing but “call who you booked with…they will have to help you….” While browsing the internet. Then when he found out I was a part of a military family, he tried to change his tune a bit because is this really how a military town treats its military families??? Otherwise, the rooms were nice because they were new, housekeeping was outstanding, and the lady that came afterwards to work front desk was simply amazing.

I always choose this property when I go to Fayetteville to visit family. It is convenient, nice and the staff is friendly.

The area was peaceful

Never been Fayetteville. The hotel was quiet not far from anywhere I needed to be.

Clean and convenient to I95.

Third stay, convenient to I-95. Rooms are large and the bed was decent. Helpful staff. Dog friendly when I previously had one. Just hotels and gas on this strip with Ruby Tuesdays (across street) as the principal dining and drinking option. Also a Subway across the street. Breakfast is rather poor and cuts off at 9 am.

The staff who checked me in was real friendly. The hotel is close to the highway. The hotel appears to be old but well kept. I did see a couple of bugs: one on my pillow and one in the bathroom. The beds and pillows are comfy. The starbucks nearby is a plus! For a quick overnight stop, this hotel does the job.

Driving from new York to Florida needed a place with a comfortable bed and hot shower. This served that purpose. Sad breakfast and weak coffee. But like I said served its purpose only there for a few hours to get some sleep and get moving. Great price

Breakfast was lacking but staff indicated they have been overwhelmed with guest lately. So they have run out of many items.

Property staff was nice. Room was clean. The breakfast served was very limited compared to other hotels. Only stayed 1 night so it wasn’t bad but wouldn’t want jt if I stayed multiple nights.

This hotel is very low in service and comfort. Very noisy in the rooms with doors opening and closed in hallways.Breakfast was almost nothing and many quest complaining a very disappointing.

Breakfast options was so so, no half and half cream for coffee, no plain bagels, minimal oatmeal packets. Staff was very nice.

Very nice, clean room…especially for the price! Only downside, breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired, especially with no fruit juice whatsoever!
