We stayed for 3 nights. Room was perfect for a couple. Spotlessly clean. Could do with an extra mirror outside of the bathroom for 2 people getting ready at the same time and the lights by the bed are the main room lights instead of having a smaller lamp so if you want a light on in bed you have to have the whole room on. Very minor details in an otherwise perfect stay. We got 2 free drinks vouchers for the bar downstairs for not having our room serviced which was good. Staff very friendly and attentive. 10-15 minute walking distance to main CBD

Room was smaller than I expected but it was clean and adequate. No onsite parking which was a bit of a pain but discounted parking is available at a car park about 5 minute walk away.

The property was very clean, however we would have loved a full disclosure when we called to enquire about parking. The offsite parking was some distance away and cheaper if we booked directly online. Again we were charged a few dollars above our reservation charges which I suspect is "Credit card" charges but this wasn't mentioned by the Lady at check out.

Position was good for conference. Room had view of lane and garbage bins. It was generally quiet. Our room was last serviced on 2nd floor so I returned at approximately 3-4 pm to unserviced room which I the vacated to have cleaned. I had been out all day. This on the 2 full days we stayed. Room was small but comfortable the bathroom excellent and very clean and tidy. It also appeared reasonably fresh and fittings new. We did not receive the free bottle of wine as offered in original promo from hotels. Com.

Staff were helpful and accomodating. Bed was really comfy, handy location and it was brilliant having a smart TV. Would have loved an actual window (mine was frosted almost to the top) since I stayed for 5 days, would have made the room feel bigger and lighter. Aside from that, it was brilliant!

We were checked into a windowless room, it was like the broom closet. I complained and they moved us to a room with a window. Obviously they had other rooms available. I would not have made this booking if I had been aware of this. We would have stayed elsewhere.

We stayed on the grand final weekend and although we rarely watch TV when on holiday we did want to watch the football on the night of our arrival. Unfortunately the free to air TV channels were not working. The rooms are quite small so not ideal for a long stay.

Arrived at property - first nite - A/C failed turning off every 20 seconds. As windows cant be opened moved to another room at 4am. Completely frustrated. Cleaning of new room - didn’t happen until after 2 days. New room was not ideal. William - reception - was absolutely fabulous but could only help so much - his manner was friendly and professional. Main reason we didn’t leave. We have stayed 4 times previously but sadden to say they have lost our business. As we booked with Wotif nothing could be done to compensate us for a disappointing stay. For this to occur it was explained it would have to of been booked direct with Hotel.

This hotel room was one of those ones where you can only stay one night or else the life would drain out of you as you lay on the bed looking at the sliver of the outside world seen from the mostly frosted window. VIP perks not honoured. Staff wouldn’t care less or didn’t take the time to notice.

Upon arrival, the staff would not accept my digital card, in other worfs I had paid i advance bur was refused entry until i could produce a deposit. Without creating a fuss I went back in the 39 deg heat to obtain a deposit and paid in cash. I askes for a receipt for the cash payment bur was informed qe dont give receipts. Finally upon checkout they tired to see me off and not return my deposit, needless to say this was not a good staff experience, unscrupulous!

Booked through Hotels.com, I liked the fact that on the website it had breakfast was included. Ordered breakfast in the morning and was charged. I questioned this and was told ‘we only give free breakfast if you book directly with the hotel’. The air conditioning unit cut out, soon after turning on, upon resetting the unit flashed ‘needed service’. The air air-conditioning did not operate during the night.
