Basic room with a shower to sleep in . Only downside was a nearby property playing 1950s music which room 15 double glazing could not cope with

Rooms are extremely small, dangerously so as you can't even walk round the bed , and there was a great big radiator on the wall that I injured my hand and foot on at least a couple of times. Shower is raised high off the ground and I also slipped and hurt myself getting out due to wet floor and no anti slip mat. There just isn't enough of an effort made to improve or maintain the property itself. The second room we booked for my parents had a broken handle on the outside of the room door, the door itself needed a really heavy push to open, and didn't lock tight, one nudge and the Yale would not withstand it. Their bathroom door was hanging off also. Otherwise great price, friendly owner, and pleasant stay. It was clean enough, especially given the price, and the other issues. It was quiet enough also which was a surprise. Not at all soundproof but luckily it was quiet as I say. I would definitely stay here again, and as stated for the price itself I have stayed in worse at higher prices but I thought I would provide a proper honest review for folks to avoid disappointment. Horrible as the Manager was very unhelpful as they didn't cater for disabled customers

Basic room for a short weekend away, 5 mins walk to McDonald and tower. Budget stays for the need of just a bed and shower. Checked in 2 hours earlier, friendly receptionist. Wall is thin so light sleepers will need ear plug.

The room was clean and the location is good
