In booking, it states that it has a pool. When I call to verify how late the pool was open for my children they stated that their pool was under maintenance, which was not listed in the booking. I chatted with Expedia employee and they were unable to get a hold of the facility to do a refund. Expedia staff said they will be working on this hopefully to get me a refund.

Been here a couple times and it was an average experience before but this time was the worst. No pool or hot tub available which were the main components of paying $250 for two nights. Worst hotel experience won’t be coming back

Hotel has a lot of potential. If they kept breakfast stocked it would be good, but had trouble doing that. Big pool area with two hot tubs, but only one hot tub worked. Lots of lights were out in the pool area thought. Nice size room but they did not clean room, or at least change out towels.

Gym should be closed down!!!equipment 50 years old and broken .Nothing was working .Dirty hallways,room had smelly bed sheets.Breakfast very limited and poor .Hotel was nice 10 years ago but not anymore !!!!

The hotel is very nice and clean. They were doing some remodeling so I little dirt here and there but that’s to be expected. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area with hit tubs was great. The only thing I would say is it had too much chlorine in the pool and it would burn your eyes after awhile. That’s the only thing I can say bad about out stay.The breakfast was great as well. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The pool was ice cold. That is a problem with children wanting to swim. They ran out of breakfast before we were able to eat so we had to go to McDonalds instead. Overall not a bad place and I don't expect the Hilton at these prices. I do expect a warm pool and breakfast though.

Disappointing stay, overall. Room was very unclean - hairs in the towel and linens, crumbs and stains throughout, burn marks on the carpets, and ants around the tub and bathroom (despite asking someone to come address the ants). The hot tub and pool were so overchlorinated, our eyes were burning just from being around them. Booked for the whirlpool tub and hot tub, couldn't really use either.

Free breakfast was the worst I have seen in last 5 years I have been staying at the hotel. Hot tub was cold. The other hot tub is still broke from a year ago. The beds are comfy and room was clean. The access door to the shower kept coming unlatched.

We drove up for 4th of July weekend and expected a nice time at the dells. Brought the family and our dog on a 2hr car ride. Upon arrival we saw that the room had tons of dust around tables, mold on the ground in shower, a substance on the lamp that looked nasty, hair strands all over the let out bed and counters. Last but not least, a Cheeto on the floor!!! Ruined the whole weekend and although they offered a house keeper to come in and clean, I didn’t trust it considering it hadn’t been done below we arrived. Packed the family up and immediately went back home. Please do not go here to stay!!! They only had one person at desk and she tried but no rooms available as it was a holiday. We did get our refund but the whole experience sucked and let my child down!!

We booked this stay as a one night getaway as we visited the Dells. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly. The room itself needed some attention. There were dead lady bugs on the ground, hair EVERYWHERE. Our pillows and sheets on one bed were covered in hair (kind of looked like short black dog hair). The headboards and floors were gross. Behind the mattress was clearly neglected for awhile. The jetted tub was nice but the water temperature was COLD and the hair in the tub was gross. The shower curtains & window curtains had black mold on them. And the window curtains were see thru completely. Overall, this was good enough for a place to sleep but unfortunately I would not visit this location again.

The room was not cleaned properly. Found black hair in shower in hot tub and on back of toilet. Alot of bugs on widow sill. Sheets were stained. No bedding in room for the pullout couch. Telephone was not working, nor were a few of the outlets. Very poor experience.

Checkin was good but the hotel overall was dirty. Elevator and hallway needed to be vacuumed. The room was dirty, the sheets seemed fresh but the bathroom had not been cleaned. Hairs here and there were gross in the room. Breakfast was good. This place could be great.

Dirty pool. Floors are rarely cleaned. Elevator was never vacuumed. Railing in elevator hanging and broken and never fixed. Room door had a gap on top and needed a push to shut. No pool towels. Breakfast was not fresh. Toaster didnt toast after leaving in 5 minutes.

This has the opportunity to be a nice property, but there appears to be next to zero effort put into cleanliness or upkeep. We had a three night stay, and none of the common areas were vacuumed at any point during our stay. Large chunks of food and other things were clearly visible on the carpet. There were also weeds and grass by every entrance that were over knee high. Again, a little effort on cleanliness would go a long way. Our room was slightly cleaner, but our sleeper sofa had two cushions of the same size and one random cushion that was clearly just thrown in. When we asked for bedding for the sleeper sofa, we were treated as being an inconvenience. The front desk staff all three days (two different gentleman) were abrasive and less than welcoming. When we went to check out at the end of our stay, the gentleman who was operating the desk at 7am had left and placed a note on the front desk saying staff had stepped away for awhile. This was when most guests were trying to check out. With some better customer service and waaaaaay more attention to cleanliness, this could be a decent property. Until that happens, might want to find a different place to stay.

Do not stay here. We checked in at about 10:10pm. They gave us keys and the room had messy beds and was not cleaned. We went back downstairs and the front desk person called around and gave us another room which we went to three times, once with him and couldn’t get the door open. We waited in the kitchen area and finally at about 11:30 we got a room. We went up and the beds were made but there was hit in the sink and in the bed. It looked like they didn’t change the sheets and just remade the bed. The floor between the beds was wet and the window was opened and it smelled like they just came in and sprayed something. There was also white spray stains on the couch which we can only guess what those were. Two male housekeepers came in and told us that they mistook the sheets and put dirty ones on there earlier and went back three to four times before they got clean ones. We were told they would bring us up clean pillowcases but never did. We slept without pillows. We finally went to bed around 1 am. This was the most disgusting hotel Stay I have ever had.

We got ro the hotel at 3:15(check in was at 3). We were told our room wasn't ready but would be in 20 to 30 minutes. There was also a sign on the desk that the whole pool area was cloaed for maintenance (no notice of this was given). After an hour wait our room was ready. We had booked the more expensive jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi tub did not work. It was never fixed during our stay even though it was reported. When we returned from hiking on Saturday we went to our room and there was water coming down from the cielimg in the bathroom. This was resolved. The staff was helpful for the most part, but zero compensation was offered at any time. Overall I paid a premium price and did not receive any of the amenities promised for the extra cost. Not a good experience.

This is an older property just off of I-90 that is clean, quiet and perfect for a fun or business stop over. It offers a breakfast that includes "scrambled eggs", sausage, and potatoes. While not gourmet, it is fine. The hotel also offers apples, yogurt, coffee and the required sugar cereals. As for the room, it was clean and spacious, but also a little dated (1990s maybe early 2000s). The check-in was handled professionally and quickly. The cleaning staff was professional too. When I went to check out no one was at the front desk and was unable to break a bill to leave the cleaning staff a tip.

It was good overall, the staff were great and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great too. The only thing would be the Internet was way too slow to watch tv or use the WiFi.

I booked a room with two beds and a pull out sofa for a family (5 people). The pullout sofa was broken (the mattress would not have been adequate for sleep as it was completely broken down and coils poking through and the support in the frame was broken so bottom half of the mattress collapsed.) There were no linens available for the pull out - I asked and she said she was out and they should've been in the cabinet but they weren't. So I stripped one of the beds to use those sheets and found that the comforter had a large fecal stain on it. Stay elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay. We were simply traveling & in need of a place to stay the night. The bed was very comfortable! The shower was roomy! Water pressure was as expected in a hotel, nothing amazing but still fine. Breakfast was the standard & hot. We would stay again.

On check in we were given a key to a dirty not cleaned room. Went down to desk and was given key to another room and that one also ended up not being cleaned. Desk attendant checked third room and it was cleaned before we were given key. Front desk guy was awesome and apologized but it’s unfortunate to walk into 2 rooms that were used from last people and have to go through that hassle.

Well the staff was nonchalant, when checking in they act like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I was there to check in to my room at 15:00. So the room wasn’t ready I’m ok with that but I asked to get another room and they didn’t have any available as they say. So I was able to get my room closer to 16:00. Customer service and professionalism were definitely subpar.

Got there and waited for 30 mins for someone to come up to the desk. Took us calling the hotel to get the guy to actually come up to help us. Took an additional 30 just waiting on help to get towels…. I was not pleased with how we were treated in the evening when we came in. Morning staff was much nicer…..

Room was a nice size, clean. The room across the hall had a small barking dog that was barking alot. I did complain after about 2hrs & the staff just appoligized. But still had to listen to the barking & scratching on the door. Each morning, the continental breakfast was not restocked. Almost all was gone & this happened each morning, even going at different times. The 2 cereals where even gone. Bananas where brown.

We showed up around 9:15pm to check in and we were told our room was not ready yet. Unfortunately they were short staffed, which is understandable... That is the way of the world now. We had to wait 30 minutes after a long day of travel. I asked if they would consider a discount due to the inconvenience and they said they would ask their manager. Same story the next morning. 2 days later and I still have not heard anything.

Easy to find Hotel. Conveniently located across a gas station and travel center for quick trips. I appreciated the well maintained common areas and upkeep of building in general. My group enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area the most!

Location was good as it was next to the highway. Was not too close to Dells. if there is one thing that could be changed, it's the carpets. they make the hotel look old, dark and dirty

The location was great for skiing at Cascade and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tired and carpet worn with a musty smell, however it was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool area was packed with kids but they all were enjoying themselves. The hotel is fine and convenient.

Good spot and not too far from the Dells or Baraboo. Went to Kalahari for some waterpark fun and went hiking at Devils Lake. Did some mini golfing and eating out at local restaurants and the room was always a cozy spot to came back to.

So convenient, near the expressway, yet quiet. There’s no early check-in, so I waited in the lobby and laid down on a couch for awhile. Room was nice, with comfy bed and pillows, clean bathroom, fridge, and micro, but my Tv wasn’t working properly (they did fix it) and the phone was filthy. Very nice breakfast. Very nice people at the desk. And very nice pool.

This hotel is short staffed. They didn’t keep up with the breakfast service—ran out of coffee and syrup midway through because no one was there to take care of the guests. Our room phone didn’t work, and we had to ask for sheets for sleeper sofa. The lady who I asked for more coffee/cups was rather rude. Disappointing stay. Pool was ok but in the middle of remodeling the area. No switch to turn on the hot tub. No one there to checkout.

It is a decent option close to Cascade Mountain for skiing and the rooms are spacious enough for a family of 5. The breakfast was extremely limited so do not expect to eat here. There was very little to eat and not restocked both days we were here. No coffee by 8am. No ice or vending on floors 2 and 3 so a little inconvenient. But it was a reasonable no frills option to stay close to Cascade

This was a good hotel. It was clean end, the staff was friendly. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast was overwhelming for the employees. It was very busy all morning and they were not able to keep up with the demand for food.

Staff not especially friendly/welcoming. Breakfast staff was not attentive to guests and performed the minimum duties. Vases and fake flowers still have label's attached. Dirty windows, grates. Landscaping needed attention.

We liked staying here. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and the hotel smelled nice. The hotel does need an update (from bedsheets to tvs) but this didn’t bother us too much since we spent the days out. Pool was great! Hot tub great! And the best part was the breakfast, it had many different options and the food was all good. We will stay again!
