I traveled four hours to this property to attend a concert and arrived to check in after I booked ahead of time to be told there was no running water but it was going to be fixed immediately I could not get a refund and when I checked out the next morning the hotel was still without water and the people in the office did not care

Hotel was in poor condition. The parking lot has not been maintained in years and looked like it belonged to an abandoned building with weeds and grass growing throughout. The staff were friendly but that was the only good thing I can say about my visit. The room we were booked in smelled horrible like mildewed carpet, so strong that it took your breath at first walking in the door.I woke with a horrible headache after the night. the pictures show one but therer is NO POOL. The only reason I stayed here was it was literally the only room available within an hour drive of the area due to a concert. Even the website showed no vacancies. I was able to book this through a 3rd party site so I was apprehensive about even getting a room at all. I changed to another location for the remainder of my trip and will never stay at this location again!

The entire outside of the building and walkways was dirty and cluttered with construction materials. The Wi-Fi was weak and continuously froze up. There was so little water pressure that the shower couldn’t work. What little hot water came out of the faucet was tepid at best. At 4:30 am 5 police cars showed up and they pounded on a door for a while. Then there was about 15 people wandering around and talking to the police until 7:00 am or so. The room itself was ok. Naturally the breakfast was weak and the coffee machine made awful coffee. This was the worst Econo Lodge I’ve been to, by far.

This property is nothing like the pictures. There is a pool in the picture but no pool there. I feel like they used pics from a different Econo Lodge for some of them. The furniture in the lobby and room was badly stained. The toilet and tub were gross. We asked for a different room initially but then a refund as there was a room at the casino albeit more than 2 times the price. The new owner who had purchased three days prior concurred with condition and offered room at his hotel next door. We went there. It was much better but not superb…The staff next door and owner were super nice.

The first thing i noticed was the pool has been filled in, but there's no updated photos so you think it's an amenity you'll have. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with the smell of stale cigarettes. There was a white stain on the bed skirt, so i went and got a new one. The shower rod was barely hanging on and there was a creek in the shower wall as well as tile coming off the wall near the bathroom door. Do not recommend.

The stairs are literally falling apart. The ice machines don’t work. The first rooms bathroom light didn’t work. The second rooms tv and bathroom fan didn’t work. There was no safety door latch. The sheets smelled, the rooms all smell like mildew. Worst econo lodge I’ve stayed in.

The floors were absolutely disgusting. They haven’t been mopped in a long time. I finally just took a wet wash cloth and put on the floor beside the bed to wash my feet before getting into the bed. The toilet wouldn’t flush.

Horrible every towel in the room was dirty thw sheets on the bed was dirty and the tub looked like a dog was cleaned in it..we had to go to walmart to gwt some sheets evem when we requested clean items they was nasty too..a guy coughed all night long outside our room..people was standing around outside the rooms it was really uncomfortable

Not cleaned inadequate stock room sheets were cleaned but dingy with blood stains on them. no ironing board garbage cans and 1chair for 2 guests plus roaches in the bathroom this was a mess and a nightmare was going to request a refund but it was so bad I just left. I have stayed here before it was okay but I Will not return after this time.

I wish there was a Zero star option. This was THEE WORST hotel stay I ever had. My stays in 3rd world countries weren't this bad. "The Trap" should have been apart of this hotel's description. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, curtains falling off the rod, dirty floors, old white particles on the nightstands and table, dirty rolling chair, poorly redone taping of drywall on ceilings, dirty refrigerator, gnats all over the room, FILTHY shower/tub and shower curtain, stained hand & body towels, unclean microwave, aged debris on bedding, someone's folded papers in the chubby of the nightstand, dried blood droppings on the floor around the bed, old (I believe) ketchup on the faucet & the light switch when you first enter didn't work. I have videos and pics to prove everything mentioned.

It was close to the casinos restaurants and gas stations but the lights over the sink didn't work the bathroom door didn't close the comforter had stains on it the tub was dirty the toilet leaked and was dirty and the room had an odor.The price was too much to pay with the outdated issues in and around the room

At check-in they went through 6 key cards for our room none of which worked. They never fixed it so every time we left our room we had to wait to have the door opened for us. Our room was missing a lamp that made the light in the room very dim the light that was there had a shortage of some sorts and would flicker on and off. The bath tub held water and would not drain the water was also brown and dirty when you turned it on.. will never stay there again.

Location is good , property clean , and ok staff , but felt some things needed attention in the room , such as bathoom door knob needed replacement , was hard to lock ,could not stop the shower drip and the toilet would make noises throughout the night , it kept refilling , like every 40-45 minutes , ac also made strange noises where you thought you were in a wind storm at times , otherwise a decent stay , big rooms with good amenities , and great location .

It was my first time staying in Philadelphia. It's an older property but was still a nice stay. The check-in process was easy and the front desk representative was friendly. The room was large and had what I needed. Would definitely return when back in town.

When I arrived to check in, the hotel told me that Expedia had called and canceled my reservation, which I did not believe to be true because I had an itinerary number and had received no cancellation from Hotels.com. It took over an hour to beg for a smoking room, which was different than the non-smoking room I had booked. I will never stay at this hotel again.

It was great. I have stayed in many "inexpensive" motels. This one was very good. Staff friendly, helpful. Room was clean and had everything needed. (even had good pillows, didn't have to get mine out of the car) Would stay again.

At check-in they went through 6 key cards for our room none of which worked. They never fixed it so every time we left our room we had to wait to have the door opened for us. Our room was missing a lamp that made the light in the room very dim the light that was there had a shortage of some sorts and would flicker on and off. The bath tub held water and would not drain the water was also brown and dirty when you turned it on.. will never stay there again.

The owner greeted and handled our check-in. He was so helpful, telling us about the casinos and other activities in the area even though he'd only been there a short time himself. Our room was clean and comfortable. The owner was very attentive to our needs. We will be staying there next visit.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Service to check in could have used a smile and a friendlier attitude. The biggest thing was the outside property looked like it had its fair share of less than ethical activities. I would not have felt safe leaving my family at this establishment to go play golf.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. They provided biscuits and gravy, and the usual fair, including two types of batter for the waffles. The rooms were clean and decent for a motel. We just stayed the one night to be ready for the water park just down the road.

The entire outside of the building and walkways was dirty and cluttered with construction materials. The Wi-Fi was weak and continuously froze up. There was so little water pressure that the shower couldn’t work. What little hot water came out of the faucet was tepid at best. At 4:30 am 5 police cars showed up and they pounded on a door for a while. Then there was about 15 people wandering around and talking to the police until 7:00 am or so. The room itself was ok. Naturally the breakfast was weak and the coffee machine made awful coffee. This was the worst Econo Lodge I’ve been to, by far.

It wasn't what I expected and the breakfast was very limited. I have stayed at several hotels their stay was bad, but that had some awesome breakfast. I loved that so I always will go to the same hotel even if the stay was horrible.
