I enjoyed my stay, I used to live in Columbus, Ms. I was visting family. The Hotel room was very clean, there was a nice amount of handicap parking spaces. The swimming pool was nice & clean. The breakfast was nice. Close to Gas stations. The staff was very nice as well. I Highly recommend this Best Western Hotel.

2 minutes upon entering my room, i noticed the TV was not working. I checked to see if it was plugged in and found a loaded hand gun hidden behind the TV and a dark vial. I called front desk and asked them to call the police. I then asked to be moved to a different room and was told no. No compensation was ever offered, and the hotel staff seemed to act as if hidden semiautomatic weapons being left in a room was a normal thing. The gym had broken equipment that was unusable, and they served the same breakfast 3 days in a row. This is a place that i would not recommended.

Overall, our stay was fantastic. The front desk clerks were very nice! Melissa was very nice and had us checked in within minutes. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Thanks to Bestwestern and Hotels.com for a fantastic stay. All of the staff needs a pat on the back. Will be returning again. Family loved the stay. 💯

Nice property.. my bathroom had hair in the sink and tub. Tub had dried up soap scum on the walls and smelt like wet dog. Wasn’t too pleased with the bathroom.

Our room's floor was dirty and so was the bathtub. There was a mildew smell as soon as you walked into the lobby. The beds were clean. We couldn't access Netflix or YouTube, you had to call a separate number and when I did they told me to call back later! I think next time we go to Philadelphia we will stay somewhere else!

It was super dirty. There were holes in the walls, spots on the carpet, and there was still a ponytail holder on the bathroom floor from the last person who’d stayed in the room. The man who checked me in acted like he’d rather have a pencil stabbed in his eye than be checking me in. I would not want to stay here again!

Everyone was completely accommodating and friendly. Beds were hard and uncomfortable after a few hrs sleeping on them. Pillows were super terrible like a Kleenex and a cotton ball. I would definitely stay again but bringing a pillow.

It’s under construction on the 3rd floor. We were in 116 on the first. A little outdated but clean. Toilets are low. Hopefully they are getting to that in their update. Decent breakfast. Crowded, so food ran out quick. We didn’t have time to wait.

Staff was good, extra kudos to Melissa. Room clean and well stocked, but while we found the bed comfortable whatever the mattress was atop was very noisy with any movement. Skipped breakfast after finding it look unappealing, limited and not enough healthy options.

I booked my stay weeks in advance. Drove 10 hours. Got there and the lady at the desk said she didn't have a room for me. I told her that was not acceptable because I had a double queen suite booked. She eventually said she found a room for me. My kids and I unloaded everything and got to the room. The room they put us in had no air. I called the desk and they came up and said that the air doesn't work in that room. (the front desk person as well as the live in housekeeper were very rude) I told them that was not ok. I called hotels.com & between them and the property manager they put us in a smaller room for the night (phone didn't work in this room)saying we would have our suite the next day (Thanksgiving). We had to load up everything in our car that morning. The next day I was told the original suite was not available and they would have a different suite when we got back that day. That evening we were moved into a different suite.(unloaded again, 3rd room since checking in) The air worked in this room but the fridge did not. We just dealt with it at this point. We were given a credit of $60 on a 4 night suite stay for our "inconvenience". I would never stay here again and would not recommend it either.

The staff, including Melissa and Cecily, were awesome! I'm not sure what the gentleman's name was that took our cooler upstairs and filled it with ice, but he was so thoughtful. (The downstairs ice machine was down) The breakfast hostess was amazing and we really enjoyed talking with her.

Loved the location, however the room had a musty odor that we could only be coming from the air conditioner. Also tried to pay upon arrival, but they wouldn't take my money. The website didn't provide a way to apply a senior discount and when we checked out they would NOT fix the problem AND charged my card (only for reservation NOT PAYMENT) VERY DISSATISFIED.
