Under remodeling!!! Piles of materials stacked around interior. vending machines out of order... Unorganized!! Dirty but rooms were clean... Breakfast ran out of the hot food and did not replentish. Landscaping was full of weeds not manicured at all. Door numbers taped on doors. No trash can in bathroom. Short staffed!! Would not consider staying there again.

Elevator has been inoperable for at least the last three months according to other reviews. And, they DO NOT inform you until check in. The rooms itself was ok. Bed was comfortable. You could see that they had recently updated the room but there were a couple of minor things that still needed to be finished.

The pool was not clean, and most of the pool furniture was broken, which made it hard to enjoy the outdoor area. There was no TV in the breakfast area, which made the mornings feel a bit dull. A strong smell of marijuana was noticeable in the hallways, which was unpleasant. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, which was one of the few positives during my stay.

The floors were so dirty in the room that you needed to wash the bottom of your shoes, if you did walk barefoot you had to wash your feet before bed because they were black! Couldn't use the hot tub or the pool, the check-in desk clerk didn't look at you and was rude. Make sure you don't get a connecting room as the noise travels very easily.

Hotel needs some updating. Room definitely wasn’t cleaned well. Several hairs left in the tub. Also looked like someone’s dirty feet were in the tub. We stayed, however I went and bought cleaning stuff and cleaned the bathroom before we would use it. Found pee under the Toilet seat when cleaning. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement.

We liked the safety & quietness of the inside & outside of the hotel. We didn't like that there was a stain on the top sheet, so we took it off. Also, the fridge in our room was iced over. It needed to be defrosted & cleaned.

This place is filthy! The trash was still in my room from a previous stay, the hallways have not been vacuumed in weeks and the stairs appear to have not been vacuumed since they were installed. There is still, after a couple of years staying here, still have room numbers on the door on blue tape. Also, the panic bar on the first floor stairway door is still in disrepair and the elevator is again inoperable. I have a choice of where to stay and I will never stay here again! I give you one star as I have no other option so that this review gets to you … I will post it in other areas as well as people need to know before they chose to stay here.

First off Brandy the receptionist was really nice & welcoming. Now the hotel as far as the appearance it is not appeasing to the eye. There was a big roach in my room. The shower was disgusting, it was just really bad all the way around. I would checked out upon arrival had I not already paid & it was non-refundable. I would not recommend this place. Like it was so bad I would rather sleep in my car. I would never ever stay at this place again.

The rooms don't have numbers. They use painters tape to number the rooms. Our room had left over food in the fridge and eggs in the microwave. The bedding was in horrible condition and the sheets were dirty. Had to ask housekeeping to come in and clean the room! I will never stay here again!

Room was NOT as presented online. The suite did NOT have a sofa couch as stated online AND when I checked in. So they gave me an air mattress. In our room the TV’s and phone did not work. I called the front desk several times about the TV’s and they could not doing anything about it. This was NOT a budget hotel so for the price I would expect the TV’s to work. In the bedroom where both beds were located, there were no A/C vents so we were very hot all night. The front desk clerk told me several times she would reach out to her manager regarding these “inconveniences” but of course I never heard back. Very poor service

This isn't a Ritz Carlton. However, your expectations for the price you pay will be exceeded. The breakfast is very good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The only issue we had was zero WiFi due to our rooms proximity to the office. If we were closer we would have had service.

This place is a total dump. For starters my room number was duct taped, with hand written numbers, at least is was blue duct tape. The TV was a 22 inch TV with a 16 inch display, just had to laugh about that. The breakfast was a mess, nothing worth eating, nothing!!! Go anywhere else. 1 star is 1 too many.

The employees were cool & accommodating however, that’s not my reason for staying. The hotel must have been under construction or something because it was horrible. The elevator was broken so I had to tote my suitcase up stairs to get to the room. The walls were so thin I heard the kids down the hall from me watching cartoons on their tablet. And when the kids were doing who knows what, the adults were in the hallway fussing and fighting. This went on for about an hour in the middle of the night. So loud it woke me up. Management was no help because I couldn’t even reach them to complain. The breakfast was good but it was cold, but eh, microwave! Overall a horrible experience for me. But, the staff was cool 😒

I paid for a 3-day stay three rooms and we only got towels the first day we were there I had to go to Walmart and buy towels because they would not give the people in the hotel towels which was ridiculous that I had to pay over $500 and also go to Walmart and buy towels for me and my family to bathe with because they did not have towels available for the paying people at the hotel this was very unprofessional to allow your guests not to be able to take baths or to receive towels I will never stay at this hotel again due to the lack of customer service with the employees as well as the manager this is not a good place for you to stay if you are with your family and you had to go to a whole other hotel to go swimming

I stay here quite often, usually every 3-4 months. Since the renovation has pretty much been completed; the property is a lot nicer. However, due to low staffing levels; I was not able to check in on time as the rooms were not completely turned over "due to we were totally booked the night before" per the 1 daytime clerk on duty. It's a good place to stay for a moderate price most of the time.

Liked price and convenience of location. Didn’t look clean in areas such as bathroom/ tub area. Blue masking tape labeled rooms numbers - weird. No hand bars in shower/tub and my 11 year old son slipped and fell completely out of the tub pulling entire shower curtain down. He landed flat on his back and now has complaint of tailbone pain. When reported to front desk, the front desk person was very non empathetic. Her co worker came to relieve her and was very nice saying she hoped my son was ok and sorry it happened. She assisted me in writing a report of the incident.

The room was not cleaned properly. The ac vent has not been cleaned. When I took of the comforter there was a box cutter under it and strands of hair in areas of the bed. The staff is nice and the hotel location is great. It’s convenient, a lot of restaurants and shopping stores around the area.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation s. I gave overall 4 stars dues to room coffee pot did not work. I received another one from front desk but was missing the lid where water goes and it was dirty so I did not use. Also, the elevator was broken. I did not mind using stairs but the stairway needed to be vacuumed. I loved the fact the rooms DID NOT have carpet! The A/C was amazing and kept the room nice and cool. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods, both hot and cold.
