The property is nice- with a water feature in the back and an area to sit outside. Beds were comfy, breakfast was tasty, pool & hot tub were clean and a good size. It was great spending the week here.

My son & I stayed 2 days and absolutely LOVED it!! Beautiful hotel & suite with an incredible jacuzzi tub and plenty of amazing amenities! The staff is so friendly & welcoming. We will be going back and staying longer next time. They also have a gorgeous patio decorated in flowers & an incredible little waterfall. Quiet & within walking distance to many restaurants. Best place I have ever stayed!

This was by far the best hotel experience I've had! It's a beautiful hotel, and everything was perfect! I went solely for the hot tub and pool, because they looked lovely! And I was not disappointed! They have adult only time for an hour at the start and end of the day. This was amazing! The hot tub felt like heaven- surrounded by plants and windows and I loved it! The breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! I couldn't be happier to have driven an hour away to go in a pool and got tub!!! Also the lady that checked me in was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. She was great. Everyone was great!! I'll be back for sure.

While I always stay at Holiday inns when I travel I was less than pleased with this experience. I purposely booked an upgraded king room so that I can have a walk-in tub and did not when I checked in. The staff was very courteous but the decor is very out of date and the hot tub wasn't working at the time I was there

The staff is kind and detailed oriented! The hotel is clean and well cared for! You can tell the employees love their jobs! Only complaint would be the elevator was broken and 3 floors up with all our bags was very inconvenient. I love that they really pay attention to who is coming and going and only allow registered guests to use the amenities. Love that they have ice cream, cookies, and popcorn in the lobby each night as an evening snack! The breakfast was wonderful and they thought of all the little extras like avocado! The pool area was clean and well maintained and love that they offered a hot tub!

Seeing people early in the morning making sure the pool area was spotless and the plethora of options for breakfast....excellent. Cookies, popcorn and ice cream were available in the afternoon. We weren't able to enjoy that, but what a thoughtful thing. The staff at the desk were efficient, gregarious and had great area information. The best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at!

The staff was amazing. My daughter forgot her hydro flask and Lisa called me right away. The food was amazing for the continental breakfast and the hostess-wow greeting everyone with a hello and how are you and ended with have a good day. The room was spotless, and the hotel smelled so fresh and clean. The grounds to die for. I can't say enough positive comments.

The entire property is spotless! We had never been in the Niles/Warren area and didn’t know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised!!!! The hotel is truly amazing….the pool, courtyard, beds/pillows, breakfast, lobby, staff, etc. etc…..highly recommend!!

I came here just to stay for a short trip to attend a funeral. The hotel was extremely clean and well tended to. The beds were very comfortable. I did use the hot tub and it was perfect after a long day.Breakfast in the morning was quite extensive for a hotel breakfast.

This place was perfect! Wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast, 12 checkout, cool rooms, and clean halls. 10/10… though the bed nearly broke me bc it was too firm, my boyfriend loved it so… lol. I would recommend this place! Snacks free in the evening and bottled water. Can’t beat it!

I had a two night stay. I left the room at 1:30pm in the afternoon. When I returned the room had not been cleaned. When, reported ti mangement, she told me it a Holiday Inn Express, and housekeeping left at 1:30pm. Needless to say after returning to a room after a long day, to dirty towels on the floor and unmade bed. The manger soluntion, although very pleasant, was fir me at 1:30am come to front desk for towels. I would not recomend the Holiday Inn. My second bad experience with housekeeping.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. I'm 66 years old, and was treated like a king from the friendliest receptionist I have ever met! The room was impeccably clean. It's a little thing, but I really appreciated the liquid soap and hand lotion in the bathroom, rather than the very small pieces of soap that are usually offered, and the tiny lotion bottles. When I'm in town again, I will definitely visit your fine hotel! Thank you very much!

We come here all the time and we love it here this experience was different I booked the hotel for two nights and when I booked I told them that my daughter turned sixteen she will have two friends plus my oldest daughter who is an adult and they told me it was fine! The room is equipped to sleep Five! So Friday we got back about 7p the lady that was on shift she followed me and my daughters the whole time! The girls went to the pool she was in there asking them questions and what was their room number mind you there were other teenaged kids in there that were white and she never said anything to them! And they were LOUD! So when I came into the swimming area she comes back in asking who all was in my room basically harassing! I wanted to leave and get my money back!!! But my daughter wanted to stay! So then my brother comes up to see us because we were in town for the weekend, he goes by my room and I come out the pool room to go see him here she come room patrolling telling me you have too many people in your room I told her he’s not staying it’s my brother he only came to see us! (WE WERE NOT LOUD) we didn’t disturb ANYONE we were on the first floor on a dead end by the exit! She made my brother and I so uncomfortable with the harassment that I wanted my money back and to just leave!! The nit picking was insane !! Whenever I do come back to the area I will not be staying here!! I’m upset I can’t remember her name but she was HORRIBLE !!

(WE WERE NOT LOUD) we didn’t disturb ANYONE we were on the first floor on a dead end by the exit! She made my brother and I so uncomfortable with the harassment that I wanted my money back and to just leave!! The nit picking was insane !! Whenever I do come back to the area I will not be staying here!! I’m upset I can’t remember her name but she was HORRIBLE !!

We’ve stayed at lots of hotels all over the place but this one is something special!! Everything was so clean. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Beds were so comfortable. The gentleman who was in charge of breakfast did an amazing job, he was so organized and on top of everything! I’ve never seen so much food at a hotel breakfast!! There were even cookies, ice cream bars, popsicles and hot pockets in the lobby as a snack. Beautiful outdoor garden area and waterfall. We will be back!!

The staff is kind and detailed oriented! The hotel is clean and well cared for! You can tell the employees love their jobs! Only complaint would be the elevator was broken and 3 floors up with all our bags was very inconvenient. I love that they really pay attention to who is coming and going and only allow registered guests to use the amenities. Love that they have ice cream, cookies, and popcorn in the lobby each night as an evening snack! The breakfast was wonderful and they thought of all the little extras like avocado! The pool area was clean and well maintained and love that they offered a hot tub!

My son & I stayed 2 days and absolutely LOVED it!! Beautiful hotel & suite with an incredible jacuzzi tub and plenty of amazing amenities! The staff is so friendly & welcoming. We will be going back and staying longer next time. They also have a gorgeous patio decorated in flowers & an incredible little waterfall. Quiet & within walking distance to many restaurants. Best place I have ever stayed!

The staff was amazing. My daughter forgot her hydro flask and Lisa called me right away. The food was amazing for the continental breakfast and the hostess-wow greeting everyone with a hello and how are you and ended with have a good day. The room was spotless, and the hotel smelled so fresh and clean. The grounds to die for. I can't say enough positive comments.

This was by far the best hotel experience I've had! It's a beautiful hotel, and everything was perfect! I went solely for the hot tub and pool, because they looked lovely! And I was not disappointed! They have adult only time for an hour at the start and end of the day. This was amazing! The hot tub felt like heaven- surrounded by plants and windows and I loved it! The breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! I couldn't be happier to have driven an hour away to go in a pool and got tub!!! Also the lady that checked me in was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. She was great. Everyone was great!! I'll be back for sure.

This was a great stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered us complimentary bottles of water upon checking in. There is a cooler with complimentary ice cream and popsicles and a popcorn machine in the lobby for guests. The room was modestly updated and exceptionally clean. Cleanest bathroom of any of the hotels we have stayed at in the past year. (We travel a lot for sports). Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast bar was included in our stay as well. They offered a great variety of breakfast options from scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, cereal, various breads, bagels and muffins, etc. I would definitely stay here again if we end up in the area.

I came here just to stay for a short trip to attend a funeral. The hotel was extremely clean and well tended to. The beds were very comfortable. I did use the hot tub and it was perfect after a long day.Breakfast in the morning was quite extensive for a hotel breakfast.
