Very nice! The little touches were above and beyond: the little Parisian cafe style outdoor dining area, the reading nooks at the end of each hall, the decorations by the pool, such a stereo amps the average hotel. The staff was great, the front desk lady even helped us take a few pictures for our anniversary tradition. Breakfast was great. Lovely stay

Owner and staff and very attentive and friendly to clients’ needs and high satisfaction. I observed how they meticulously take care of the hotel cleanliness but even more of the pretty decoration in the lobby, hallways, stairs… Buffet offers great continental selection plus all kinds of veggies, beans for us vegeterians. Good location to access a variety of beautiful trails in the NorthWest Cascades.

Not sure if best westerns are going downhill but this property needs major updating. The pillows were all hard and lumpy. Everything felt grimy ann dingy. And the free breakfast was comparable to eating rubber. Everything was horrible and not even worth them bothering to serve it. Even the cold cereal my kids wouldn’t eat. One of the nights the power went out and there was no help from anyone on what to do until it came on again. At 1am someone above you must have been running their jetted tub but the noise was insanely loud in all surrounding rooms to where your eardrums vibrated. We had office staff called to figure it out as no one could sleep. Someone clearly needs to address that issue. Nice that pool and hitting were outdoors. But probably would not stay here again. I do not care for the attitude of the manager and that alone I would not stay here again.

Average hotel room, clean, pretty big, big bathroom with a decent shower and water pressure. The fridge was super loud and keep me up at night and the bed wasn't very comfortable but I think I'm picky. The power was out when I arrived at the inn but the staff did everything they could to get me in my room and comfortable which was the highlight of the stay, bc the service by staff was quite good. At least the window opened wide so I could get some air in there and read while the power was out which wasn't a bad way to spend the time. The power being out was caused by someone hitting a power pole near the inn, it was on July 3rd the night before the 4th so definitely not a normal occurrence.
